@virginmedia just witnessed the most outrageous and aggressive driving by one of your employees. I would have provided the number plate but they were so close I couldn’t note it down. Undertook multiple cars and almost caused a crash with a lorry on a roundabout. #awfuldriving

@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia I think my wife called 2-3 weeks ago, but the view on the customer service line is one we have built over years as a customer. I did try calling last week to receive an automated message that an upgrade was taking place in my area and service would be better later. It wasn’t
