    @dowenb @highlight If you’re using Virgin Media cable then this isn’t the same technology as the rate adaptive technology used in ADSL and VDSL, so you don’t have a sync speed to monitor. One issue you can have with Cable can be an increase in latency especially under load.

    Yaaa final bill from Talk Talk is on its way I have wasted so much money and time with this rubbish company. I had no service from them now I am back with Virgin Media I was such a Clutx to of changed, as soon as that bill comes in and I pay I will be happy😊😊😊😊

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @SagaUK you obviously don’t care about my holiday and assume that anyone who goes with saga will put up with appalling service as wont be young enough or tech savvy enough to use social media. So far, worst holiday of my life - no problems with Virgin or Wendy Wu. Just with Saga

    @virginmedia Spent an hour on the phone to say that we cancelled the engineer! This is not true at all. Very disappointed being a customer from day 1! Paying a line rental for over a year when it's not working can someone please look into this

    @virginmedia totally appalled by the waiting and the way I’m being treated only want to give my 30 day notice and cancel but no such luck feel stuck with this contract. Customer service is pushy and not bothered if you want to cancel.

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia Hi could someone contact us please? We were leaving your service but were persuaded to stay with a new deal. The package that has been activated isn't what was agreed and we can't get hold of any to speak to. Broadband also still keeps dropping out.
