@virginmedia I reported my loss of WiFi on 16/10. Engineer on 21/10 was not able to fix as virgin had put a noise blocker on. Engineer on 27/10 did fix WiFi. So no WiFi for at least 10 days so no bills for a couple of months at least if £8 a day for no WiFi?

@virginmedia You do know we get tons of messages before engineer comes to property so why don’t we send one of cancellation and after if outage is fixed to ask them is your home broadband is working or not ?

Which idiot at @virginmedia thought it was a good idea to take most of North London’s broadband down and to schedule upgrade and maintenance work to start at 9.30 a.m. on a weekday morning when thousands of people are WFH? That’s ridiculous.

@virginmedia That’s the problem, nothing is flashing it has the white line. But then it cuts out every hour. I check the hub and turn it off and on again then it will have all green in the 3 symbols for ages. I do a-lot of video calls for work and then, boom internet goes. It’s intermittent.

Instead of offering compensation for awful service in East London late Jan/early Feb, @virginmedia have the cheek to charge me £25 for sending an engineer when there were known issues. They say it's a "valid" charge, which is ridiculous. Complaint lodged!!

@virginmedia Hello. I keep losing connection sometimes outgoing but mainly incoming calls that are going straight to voicemail. This has been going on for months and the only advice I’m getting is to unplug etc. Occasionally told it will be resolved remotely. Never is. I have panic alarm.
