    Hi @virginmedia . Since 5pm I've probably had a total of 3min of working internet in the flat - where I work. Full time. I'm aware there's an ongoing problem in the area (N19 5HY) but the fact is I have lost hours of work over this and I'm not happy. Awaiting your reply. Thanks

    @virginmedia Yes did speak to the team and the only option open to me was to leave, come back as a new customer (send equipment back etc, place new order) or go to another provider. With those 2 options on the table you can see why I've chosen to leave.

    @virginmedia It’s fine managed to chat via the complaints section of your website eventually - it’s like you don’t want anyone to actually get help when your website doesn’t have the answer! Tomorrow will tell if the issue is fixed or not ,as promised. Hugely frustrating.

    @virginmedia Over the last 2 years I’ve checked all my cables, rebooted my router and reconnected all my devices more times than you’ve had hot dinners. Because it works for a bit you consider it fixed. It’s not. I even upgraded my broadband because you said it would fix it. It didn’t.

    @virginmedia The last time I spoke to someone? Last week, I think. Turn it off and turn it back on again, as usual. Normally, I don’t even get to speak to someone, just an automated message telling me that you’re running tests. There’s never any thought that I’ve reported all these issues

    @virginmedia This isn't an issue where someone from the community can help. So I'm not wasting my time and doing that. As I've mentioned, it's been over a month and I've had 2 engineer visits. No disrespect, but if 2 engineers have come and gone then doubt someone from the community can help
