    @virginmedia I’m not hopeful. You have given a 10day lead time for a fix. It’s been 6 days and my connection is still unusable. I just had to switch to 5g again. I genuinely don’t get what could possibly cause a 10 day lead time. 10 days without internet when I still have to wfh

    Yo @virginmedia, my bill increased by 4 quids *again* for exactly the same service, this is more or less 15 quids increase form wy I signed up 4 years ago for *the same* things. Hyperoptic is 10 quids less for 1Gbps instead of 200M.

    @virginmedia So the engineer been down, and he's said that the main reason for the these issues are the cable is being shared on the same cable wire as the neighbours... which an incorrect set up. Cutting corners, what a joke.

    @virginmedia Our internet drops out intermittently during the day. Other local people with Virgin have same issue. Impossible to get to talk to anybody. Working from home as do others. Post Code CT170PB. Your system check says no issues!! How are we supposed to get this addressed
