    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK ur customer service is 💩 if I knew changing to u would be this much hassle I would never of bothered 1 hr 30 on live chat and so far 45 mins on the phone cos btreach engineer didn’t bother knocking on my door and ur expecting me o wait a week cos of his screw up

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had exactly the same problems with Three. Diff is Three were part of the Ombudsman scheme and they eventually resolved in my favour. Vodafone were not opting to run their own dispute resolution system.

    @VodafoneUK Too late, we have spoken to someone and we are leaving. Shocking service over the phone as well, on hills for 45 minutes and cut off multiple times. Staff who don’t listen. As you are my mobile phone provider I will also be leaving at the end of my contract.
