    @VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

    @VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

    @VodafoneUK Have spoken to @one.com you want to charge me for an early upgrade. Even though the product I have isn’t fit for purpose. I’ve been a customer of @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20 years. Disgraceful I will wait until my contract is up terminate it and take my business elsewhere

    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK The Borehamwood store told me it had been discontinued for weeks and they had none in stock and obviously now would not , the purchase of this phone has been nothing but problems since Feb 20th . Continual lies from Vodaphone

    Hi @VodafoneUK - your billing is broken and you've sent (another) threatening call about cutting off my phone while I'm trying to recover from a broken back. Wouldn't be an issue apart from I've called four(!) separate times in the past week to rectify the issue... Please fix!

    @VodafoneUK I keep getting texts about the fact you're shutting off the 3G network, and how I need to upgrade to a newer model phone because it uses 3G for calls and texts, but I'm pretty certain it doesn't because it is a 2019 model. Are these simply being sent to me in error?

    @VodafoneUK wifi was down since yesterday morning,spent over 5 hours on the phone to 3 different WiFi Xperts missed the world cup final 2get absolutely no where. Poor considering,I have your top broadband package with guaranteed help.Hardware & software on ure router is terrible

    @VodafoneUK, not only I couldn’t get the upgraded phone for 10 weeks, I had to pay for the new plan without the new phone. I was forced to cancel the iphone14 order and I was downgraded to my old plan except it hasn’t been working for 70 hours. Alas, I have no service since Fri!
