@VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

@PippaMossUK @VodafoneUK Obviously have issues reading the ‘Phone/chat/retail do not communicate at all’ bit of your tweet too. I got cut off twice after spending an hour attempting to get access to part of the contract I’m paying extra for working. It still doesn’t. What happened Vodafone? Used 2B ok.
