    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

No-one came & chasing it turns out you have @OpenreachHelp at a local outage? When will it be fixed & will we be reimbursed for days lost?
