Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.
