    @VodafoneUK We have been without internet for almost a week now, despite multiple calls and chats with various customer service reps. This is absolutely disgusting service 😑

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

    @VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

    Incredibly frustrating customer service experience with @VodafoneUK London Victoria. Upgraded phone yesterday over the phone, was told that it would be waiting for me in store today.... apparently It’s not available. The phone is in stock in store, but 1/2

    @O2 Thanks guys. Going to get someone I know with O2 to come through so I can check what your network coverage is like. Wife’s with @VodafoneUK and has no issues.

    @kevinhatchard @VodafoneUK Honestly mate but the phone outright. There’s very few cases of a network doing a better offer. Some companies, including Apple if you’re getting an iPhone, even offer the chance to pay monthly & interest free. I’m gonna get the iPhone mini. My monthly payment will be...

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    @VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

    You can help by letting me leave my two remaining contracts with you early... I really don’t want to have to deal with @Vodafoneuk ever again after such terrible service 😡

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    Forgot to pay @VodafoneUK by 5 days. Vodafone’s answer? Not to remind me, but to get @TheZincGroup to send a letter saying they’re going to cut me off, possibly add £638 or send to debt collector making it £841. *clears throat* go **** yourselves!

    I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Hope you dont have mobile with them- when my late husband died we tried to cancel hus mobile account and get back the £50 credit i had put on account so he could ring people from hospice - they insisted on talking to account holder even after we sent screem shot death certificate

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK After my contract ended with Vodafone, they continued to take money out of my account for 8 months. I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.
