    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    @bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

    @bt_uk I know - but that's why it's flawed - the speed can be as good as 60MB when checked, but if the latency is rubbish, page load times are so bad I might as well be on a dial-up! The business also goes from fantastic to non-existing at times and we need it to take payments.

    Nice @bt_uk, leaving a whole community of homes and businesses without internet at postcode TN12 6NS. Quoted no fix until April 4th. Engerneer turning up shrugging shoulders with not one telling us what the issues, some claiming no issues reported. This has to be a joke right?
