Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Every time I come back here & try to watch a football match or the Formula 1 it fails. They keep getting engineers out but u never fix it, yet you keep charging them a fortune tune?

My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
