    Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

    @virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

    @bt_uk Twice today I’ve called 0800 800 150 & spoken to 2 helpful operators about my BT minihub signal dropping out; I’ve moved house & won’t get proper BT Wi-fi until 23/1/20. Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

    @bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

    @bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

    @bt_uk I’ve booked our 5th engineer visit for next Tuesday, and still have no internet. So I guess it depends what you mean by sorted. The level of service is appalling, given the premium you charge.

    @bt_uk Not a single device can connect to my router and load a simple webpage. I pay Sky for 50 GB a month because the WiFi is pitifully slow. The wired connection is better, but still poor. Why do you seem to be disregarding the wireless speed?

    @bt_uk I will, thank you. I am out of all patience now though as had already been personally promised it had been dealt with. BT makes it virtually impossible for a customer to leave, even when dead. It is truly distressing.

    I have been on the phone to @bt_uk for nearly 4 hours trying to sort my elderly grandparents phoneline. Service has been absolutely horrendous. Very disappointed. They are about to leave 86 year olds without a landline as everyone seems to be blaming each other. Do better @bt_uk
