    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

    @bt_uk I've been on the phone with your consultant for nearly an hour trying to submit a complaint. I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    To find out if your @bt_uk broadband is down you have to go online. When you request help they text you online resources, including a YouTube video. When you call they ask you to check your emails. Not sure how this is accessible for people with limited data resources

Only reason I'm not overdrawn is cause I've got strick instructions on the acct to avoid that - after a similar OD incident where I was in turn charged.This is madness.Reached out for a resolution, only to have another 2 attempts at acc for £25 a pop

    Are you a @bt_uk & @EE customer? How do you feel about the total disrespect @WebhelpUK members of staff have for you? Agents and TLs being intoxicated whilst working, vaping and using their mobiles on the call floor. You ask where is operations in this? They don’t have a clue.
