@bt_uk broadband has been down since 19/10 and had an engineer come round from openreach saying we need a hub box 10days ago. A number of unhelpful calls, texts and emails since. Just told to try and fix it through troubleshoot. No new hub box and still no internet!

@Captain_Bold @bt_uk Yep. And I’ve just had a DM from BT confirming it’s out and may not be expected back until 9pm. Which isn’t a help for me as I have a night school class on zoom from 6-7pm that I’ve paid a tenner for and my data coverage on my phone isn’t good enough to use as a hotspot 😒

@bt_uk Hi I was due to have my full fibra installed on 14th Nov but was cancelled ur end not mine n now booked in for Dec2nd but never been given a explanation why my fitting was cancelled in the first place.I was offered this fantastic offer by BT direct becouse I was a good customer.

@bt_uk I did and the gentleman was very polite (as it was not his fault). He did type up the notes for when we call to cancel in a few months time. He was surprised better offers werent available.
