@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk Got a strange (potential minor security) issue. I mainly check my BT emails using Windows 10 email client. But every so often it stops syncing with BT and I have to re-input my password. But it only works if I use an old password that isn't actually my password anymore?

@bt_uk We have a new hub coming, today, so will see if that solves things. Support told me that, if it doesn't, there's nothing more they can do. Not sure where that leaves me, having shelled out £200 for Complete Wi-fi discs, though.
