@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@bt_uk You have plenty of tools to measure internet speeds yourself. The service I am receiving is utter garbage, and it's abusive to the degree BT is the only supplier available in this building. Be proactive if you care.

@SamLP @bt_uk That was part of the problem that put me off when I vaguely prodded this in the past. I got Vodafone Broadband. It is delivered by Openreach so effectively the same service in the wire. £18 a month including keeping the phone line for incoming calls.

@bt_uk Yes I will take the complaint to the Ombudsman. If inflation is growing up to 10% and families need to reconsider expenses, not sure how BT can justify to lock in their customer base to a long contract. I am starting to be Resentful to your brand and can't wait to be out..
