How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers
