    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk I am at my wits end. Broadband should have been installed in May, with delays to July. You have given me the router but not connected it despite 10 broken engineer appointments. I have wasted so much time on the phone and waiting in… get in touch and resolve this asap!!

    Maybe have internet back on August 24. 2 days before my birthday... Fingers crossed this works. Not much hope after the mess @bt_uk has made so far. Next step will be having to file a complaint with Ofcom as BT can't seem to sort this mess out.

    @bt_uk for the 4th time since getting you service and BT box it stopped working. The service is horrendous, guess you'll do a reset again deleting all the records that won't work then send an engineer out to do a 2 minute fix. This isn't acceptable

    @bt_uk hello, I’ve been trying to buy one of your packages since yesterday via an affiliate website to get a reward card but your website doesn’t work when I take it to checkout. Online chat told me you can’t do anything?! It’s your website thats the issue not the affiliate :-(

    @bt_uk It’s not about just frustration. It’s about a company @bt_uk taking money for a service they’ve not provided and then has to cost the customer to resolve it!? How is that right or ‘good’ customer services?! They could put an email address on the site! #poorcustomerservice
