@bt_uk The 14th is not acceptable. This problem is all of BT's own doing. We clearly told BT our line was not to be cancelled. You cancelled our line when you installed our neighbour's line. We have been without Internet ever since due to BT!!!

@bt_uk My service with you was PERFECT for 2 years, the deal expired and I set up a new one for a lower cost a month ago and it’s been truly awful. Same address, same equipment, totally different level of service.
