@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

@bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@btsport i payed £25 to watch Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder 3, the stream didnt work, i didnt get to watch 1 second of the fight. i called customer services to get a refund but they said my email was wrong,its the same email i always use to book PPV.

@bt_uk So basically I cancel my Sky contract and leave and I have to cancel BT sport with you guys so I don’t pay for that anymore and select a new tv package with yourselves ... 1 last question my BT sport contract with you runs to 2023 I wouldn’t get a cancellation fee would I ?

@pwlang @bt_uk Smart move ... Sky should have told subscribers to BT Sport and other channels this at the start ... basically they have sold us down the river I said to my tribe we would get this by Christmas only to tell them it’s not happening Good job my contract is up in February
