    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    So between @bt_uk and @parcelforce I’ve had no delivery of new router and no engineer to do a line check. And no resolution to either complaint.

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @bt_uk ruining mine & my recently widowed grandmothers lives. 6 weeks of threats, empty promises and demands of speaking to my dead grandfather. In shock about the lack of compassion &poor customer service. Threats to my grandmother of sending debt collectors, pls reply ASAP.

    So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    @bt_uk Yes I have an open fault. Got through after 40 minutes on second attempt. No Broadband until next week. Not eligible for compensation because under BT terms and conditions this is acceptable service Unbelievable

    @andyb7274 @bt_uk Honestly Andy I've never known any company so bloody clueless, we even had two engineers turn out today without an appointment to reinstall the copper phone line which we don't want and don't need. The same two who turned out last week for the same reason and got told to go away

    Well after 11 day my @bt_uk #fibre900 is still not working correctly! BT are the most incompetent useless bunch of clowns I've ever dealt with. They can't even book an engineer correctly. Time is running out before I have this crap removed and get a different provider.

    I am a disabled customer with @bt_uk and I’m absolutely disgusted in how they handled my complaint, they took my money they should give it back as I was unable to use my landline for over 2 years, £33 pm and they offered me £70 total refund. Disgrace grrrr

    @MarkMowbrayNE @redvanman12 @bt_uk To be honest, I wouldn't blame the staff, I worked on a BT contract a few years ago and the process was a nightmare, trying to book an engineer was down to 1 phone number, 2 guys answering it, constantly engaged. The staff will be limited by call stats and how many calls taken
