So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@paulchowdhry @EE @btsport Download the bt app (if you are new customer) when registering it should give you option as EE customer. Fill in form then you should be good to go. Can take upto 24 hrs.

@bt_uk 6 months of no internet so owed approx £500 in automatic compensation. The customer resolutions team seems unable to respond to any queries- please advise where I go from here. I’ve been waiting to hear for over a month now.
