    @bt_uk hi we’ve been given a new EE/ BT Router the new service wasn’t due to go live until midnight tonight but our current router has stopped working

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    @SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    @bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @bt_uk Ok its 0.11 mbps download, 0.13 upload. (Thats from google) cant login because i cant remember my password and it wont reset for some reason

    @haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

    @bt_uk Thanks for the help. I spoke to freeview, tried a few things which didn't work but i contacted your TV help and after doing a few basic things somehow it appears to be working now! Very Strange. Tks

    @bt_uk Hi Dee, yes he did but sadly, despite his efforts, couldn’t help. #OpenReach is a law unto itself & isn’t customer facing. Remarkable really that Ofcom allows companies to do business in this way & BT as the owner can’t regulate it. But thanks for all your help.

    Ten mins on hold to @bt_uk who transfer me to @EE. To pass security I have to give the amount of my last EE bill. The customer service agent doesn’t seem to understand that I don’t have a last bill as I haven’t switched yet. Puts me on hold for 37 mins and then drops the call

    So 2hrs on phone & @bt_uk have now cancelled my account & Halo3+ to set up new account with v slow speed, 2 week installation time & “promise’” to upgrade to 21st century speed soon… Went to validate new account and my DoB is wrong! You could not make this up @ofcom #noservice

    @bt_uk So @bt_uk @Ofcom after 2 wks STILL no landline or broadband BT deactivated 4G hybrid hub 6/4/22 didn’t say them cancelling order would do that Promised replacement 7/4/22 never arrived Sent to old address? Then promised by 12/4 (nothing!) now saying 15/4 earliest #Noservice

    Back on the phone to @bt_uk who advise that as the switch hasn’t happened just to stay on my @bt_uk plans instead to avoid any hassle. Also they have never heard of an esim before so can’t really help.
