It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

But I’m fed up with him (& all managers) being so rude to journalists & thinking they can just talk to people like rubbish & it’s about time they get called out
