    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. We ordered broadband 2 months ago. 1st survey results "lost". You wanted £842.95 for extra construction charges followed by £1733.14 for the same. Just been told you need to cancel the order and start again. Do you treat all customers so badly?

    @bt_uk Ta for response, just had a conversation with a nice gentleman via 150 ( mobile) news was definitely not what I wanted to hear ..seems it's all down to Openreach ..who will REVIEW issue mid October ..I'll let the my neighbours know. Absolutely insane this is. stay safe
