Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

Stuart Sharp (@SharpStu) reported@bt_uk Red lights flash on/off for 31 seconds, then single blue signal bar flashes for 18 seconds, then back to red flashing. Before it was remotely deactivated there was a single sold signal bar in white - which accordingly to the instructions is because the broadband is not working.
