    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    @bt_uk Would really appreciate if my internet stopped going down randomly while I’m finishing my results for quizzes which have taken over an hour. I then had to wait two hours for it to come back up. I’m underground, the internet is the only thing I can use down here. 🙃

    15. disconnect after 7 days. He did not have a clear answer to that. To me a 30 days notice is that service will be live for 30 days. Trusting @bt_uk's 30 day notice, I had opted for an activation date of 30th August with the new provider. Now I am left with no internet access.

    @victoria_impact Need to tag @bt_uk We’ve just had 2 blokes - who told lies : ‘we aren’t selling anything’ . And ‘People have reported internet issues’ (no they haven’t ) and wanted to know who we got our internet off. Didn’t come across very professional

    @bt_uk today is 3 Aug and now 19.32hrs. The current outage of broadband has an estimated fix for 11.39hrs today! Hopeless, so you are. Can't believe I'm even paying for this non-service.

    @bt_uk 1/2 Hi BT, my mum has spent an hour on the phone this morning trying to sort out the an error you've made in changing her from quarterly to monthly bills. You changed this and she never asked for it, she spoke to an adviser today who claimed it had reverted to quarterly..

    @bt_uk #BTdown 2nd time in a month. Estimated return of service slipped yet again. BT customer services normal reply 'out of our hands'. @bt_uk you are selling a service you can't reliably provide
