Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.
