    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    @ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    Hi @bt_uk another neighbour in the building has also reported identical issues. Sending me a replacement router clearly isn't the solution

    Get your TV and broadband from @bt_uk if you like waiting nearly 3 weeks for the equipment and spending nearly 5 hours on the phone to them chasing it up. After all these phone calls and chasing, I've been sent a WiFi disk that doesn't work and a tv box remote but no TV box.

    @bt_uk I work from home and my BT Broadband in #Headington #Oxford has now been down for over a week, although I had been told by your team it would be fixed on Monday. Although it is an apparently a 'major outage' I can't find anyone else in the area having problems.

    @bt_uk A very help woman called Corrine at BT has sorted it all out. She was brilliant. Outreach-BT communication error. Mistakes happen but it’s taken me hours on the phone to sort it. It was not the fault of Tulloch Homes and two BT staff yesterday blamed them.

    @bt_uk after calling up 5 times and spending over 5 hours on the phone, I still do not have functioning TV and broadband. How much more time and effort am I expected to spend sorting this out and why is it acceptable to treat your customers like this?!

    @bt_uk it appears that the only thing you consistently do well is providing poor customer service. Nearly 3 weeks and 5 hours on the phone to get a new router and TV box sent out and no proper apology or compensation despite being escalated to several different managers

    To all my followers and anybody who reads this be very, very careful when dealing with @bt_uk I’ve been with them for years and years but now that I’m selling my house next month to downsize they are charging me nearly £500 to cancel my broadband and home phone contract. 1/2

    @bt_uk is there works going on in B23 you haven't warned us about? 3 Kelly vans outside and my WiFI has just gone down mid-video call with a potential client. Still not back on. Some info on the service I pay you for would be lovely.
