    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    @bt_uk We were moved to a half fibre service on 7 Oct. We were told our "broadband would stop working for about half an hour, maybe a little longer". That was 2 days ago and it has still not reconnected despite rebooting the router several times.

    @bt_uk 1) You say that Lesley but this fix date has moved 5 times, and only once have you contacted me to tell me. Every other time I've had to call. I've been promised multiple call backs and they haven't happened. I've been promised text alerts from openreach and that hasn't happened

    @bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

    @bt_uk Managed to fix it by buying a 10m ethernet cable which I've got running out of the window from upstairs and in through the window downstairs to the router. Pretty poor though that the only device I have in the house that can't connect by WiFi to my BT router is the BT TV Box.

    @bt_uk 3) I understand that issues happen. And I understand that delays in fixing complex problems happen. That's all normal and part of openreachs process.

    @bt_uk 4) What I don't understand is how you, BT, think its OK to not communicate, not take 3 minutes to call when these dates are pushed back, to explain why, not offer a temporary hub for such a big problem

    @btsport was Ben Kay aware of the fact that there were 2 teams playing at the Rev yesterday? Anyone would have thought that Bath won and the non-Bath team were anonymous. We have had to tolerate Kay’s poor one-eyed commentating for too long. Time to move on.
