    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    “Everything you need is now online” Dear @bt_uk, this is untrue. Unlike other providers (@PrimeVideo, @NOWTV) you can’t fully manage your account - so “everything you need” isn’t online. Cancel or amend anything? You need to call. And you’ve removed my BTSport discount AGAIN.

    Worst company @bt_uk - no internet for 10 days& now the mini hub internet doesn’t work. Not ideal when we WFH &have no internet. Tweeted them 3 times & they’re choosing to ignore me. Can’t comprehend how a massive company like this can get away with being RUDE to paying customers

    @HXValley @bt_uk They are good. I had a problem whilst moving house and it was all sorted - DMs, emails and phone calls and all comms seemed synchronised. I was impressed.

    @EE Hi, I'm I have the @btsport add-on to my contract plus big screen and when I've gone to cast tonight it says BT Sport no longer allows casting to Android TVs and I have to download their app. Can you help?
