  @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  @bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
