Dein Moore (@deingerous1) reported from Stratford, England@bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.

I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.
