@bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

@bt_uk charging up front for BT sport in full despite me cancelling the service a fortnight ago and then retrospectively refunding me half in another month’s time is scandalous. FYI I need that £15.30 now. It’s 2022. My electric bill has quadrupled and diesel is £2 per litre

@sharoncanavar @bt_uk not only own but actually address the issues raised. In short do better than this example of poor customer service. If the staff say they work for BT then that deliberate attempt to deceive should be cause for the parent company to investigate.
