We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
