    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

    @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    @bt_uk Lisa, we had the executive resolution centre on this for a week, openreach keep giving us the runaround! Letting road permitt expire, engineer turned up last Sunday with no job details, but with permitt & TM but no hoist, Tuesday patch lead manager headscratching -bad bad service

    @bt_uk No I was following the new customer process through and in the T&Cs it says you'll be subject to the increase on 31/03 so was questioning whether as a new customer you'd ever pay the initially advertised price.

    Hi @bt_uk why is the max roaming package you do 500mb for £6 a day for the USA? Most other networks offer far more, even EE which is the network you use!

    So it turns out that @bt_uk are utterly stupid. Send out a survery asking how my BT service is, and then only ask about BT Broadband (which I don't and would never use). Furthermore, they STILL (after being told repeatedly) haven't corrected the spelling of my name. Incompetence.

    @bt_uk Thanks - but the largest internet provider in the UK -bad 🥲🥲! Aaron Toor is dealing with this in executive resolutions and can only get a reply openreach every 24hrs to respond - with no explanation or plan - 3 adults working from home and a school children @OpenreachHelp help
