@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

@bt_uk @BTGroup update to my problem. Received a call from one of your employees as to "sorry, can't do anything until Monday". Assuming that means Monday 8th Nov. Said, she had the specialist with her. Not sure what that person was doing. Will shortly make a call to report this again.

Whatever the "unstable broadband" checking process from the @bt_uk website does it doesn't work unless your broadband is off when of course the web-site will not work

@bt_uk Thanks for checking in Dee. I spoke to a helpful chap at BT last night who got us a 4g hub sent out so that's good. It arrived today. Looks like we have another issue somewhere else on our line now but engineer booked for Tuesday so fingers crossed.
