@bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

So it transpires that @WeAreOpenreach aren’t carrying out the work I need due to current Covid restrictions & @bt_uk didn’t know! Very poor communication from both companies not only with each other but also to the end user, it only took 5 unattended appointments to be told! #bt

So @bt_uk after a year onto you with copious amounts of excuses why the fibre sitting outside my door is not connected you inform me my address is not on this rollout? Even though my post code is on your Facebook advert for fibre....utterly despicable way to treat people.
