    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @bt_uk We managed to contact someone using the web chat service. It turns out that whilst our phones were activated the broadband was not. We have been assured that it will be activated today. However given the issues to date I suspect that we will still not be connected tomorrow.

    @bt_uk EH28 internet service appears to be up, down & very slow. Don't have a land line phone to check the number. Is this a known service issue and do you have any comment on when service will be stable?
