@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

@bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

Wow. Had broadband for 3 weeks now and suddenly got disconnected. @bt_uk telephone support team stated my line has still not been connected yet and I only had a landline package? I ordered the Essential broadband package until Fibre 2 or infinity was available in the area...

@bt_uk Paid extra for ‘more reliable’ Wi-fi with @bt_uk but it keeps dropping out. Reported to BT and promised call back within 30 minutes. It is now over seven hours and heard nothing. Help desk as reliable as Wi-Fi!!! Advice please!

@bt_uk So will the engineer come back to fit the smart hub etc? I really don’t think this is good enough to be honest. I am being charged from tomorrow. If I knew you would be this bad, I would never go with BT and gone with SKY instead, so how can this rectified for me? Reduce my bill?
