@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk agreed to @jugglerbry, my queries are not being answered despite being on hold on customer service phone line for 1 hour and get very poor response on cancelling my BT broadband service.

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

Hi @bt_uk I reported a fault on the 26th Aug - only getting 0.2mb broadband!! The 61998 service said no fault detected. Reported again today as still only getting 0.2mb broadband but 61998 now agree with issue. Can you ensure this issue is resolved and backdated to 26th Aug?

@bt_uk @lexilegs27 Had poor customer service today when I called. Tried to change a bill into my name for remainder of a contract. I'm on account as account manager but to change bill to me you want to charge bill holder over £120 as buyout fee! Ridiculous.

@bt_uk It would be so much better to have a link on your website for checking status of mobile network.. also a link to easily report faults like drop in signal.. you have a chack status for line line, BB,TV. Why not mobile
