Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

I'm more than capable of running said test myself the issue is your infrastructure. I am leaving the network due to the atrocious upload which falls below a lowest level stream standard!
