    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk been without broadband service since 15th January! Fix date keeps moving. Called for updates on numerous occasions.Trying to work from home and the BT Minihub provided is next to useless. BT and Openreach fail yet again!

    @bt_uk So my fibre 900 WiFi only gives my sons new Xbox series one 50 mbs max s as nd that’s with your bt mini connectors for better signal Only 15 ft away from router is certainly not good enough for £60 pm only my hard wired Xbox in living room gets 700 mbs

    @bt_uk also, you've still not sent your complaints procedure. Even if I do get connected on Mon my complaint about 21 days without service is inevitable, so please don't add to this by repeatedly not forwarding it as requested.

    @bt_uk. Trying to speak to your complaints line following clearance work to open reach conduit as now no landline /broadband issue. Want my mobile data limit increased under Keep Connected promise. 2 hours so far & keep getting disconnected when on hold. Help pls!
