    @bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

    @bt_uk Trying to with your incredibly bad website offering as far as I can see no information on this exact issue and no phone number to deal with it. I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

    @bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

    Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    @bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

    @bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

    @TJAllon1 @bt_uk BT are absolutely awful. I signed up to them in 2016. Between Nov and Feb 2017, they didn't give me a shred of service, and had the gall to charge me £300+! Go elsewhere. Like I did. Save yourself the hassle.

    @apaterson77749 @btsport Yep, I didn’t have a huge problem with Klopp’s comments (bar the very start) as a lot of what he says/said makes sense. But I’m fed up with him (& all managers) being so rude to journalists & thinking they can just talk to people like rubbish & it’s about time they get called out
