    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    @bt_uk we’ve just had the second engineer round to try and sort out our internet and it’s still not working. Every time I call no one has a solution. How do I get this fixed!?

    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    @bt_uk Managed to get through to the chat service. Rohit Kumar arranged an engineer to visit on Tuesday as he wasn’t able to repair the connection remotely.

    @noelkrusty @bt_uk Mine has been like it since Friday. Biggest mistake I made was switching from standard fibre (to the cabinet) to Fibre to the property. It's been down 4 times since December 2021...not just for an hour or so, for DAYS. I think there is some major issue in Towcester...

    @bt_uk are there known issues in postcode AB15? I’ve used the online checker but it asks for my landline number. I don’t have a landline number with my account so can’t check. Had zero internet through Wi-Fi or socket since 4pm. Worried about work tomorrow.

    @bt_uk @Ofcom Back here again…day 9. All I’ve received are empty promises. No one answers the phone, left waiting for an update for days. Took a day off work today for an engineer to come but then receive a text to say it’s not required, an extra 5 days is needed to fix it…
