    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    @samhoulden @bt_uk I’ve had similar problems with BT in the past. They are dreadful and an example of a company that’s got too big and which priorises an extra penny of profit over investing in good customer service.

    @bt_uk @BT on 28/11 agreed upgrade of just broadband to add landline AND to RETAIN current phone no.for relative with dementia. Checked online and spotted BT error: change of phone no. BT cancel and refuse to honour deal .Disappointingly poor!

    Getting really frustrated with @bt_uk - broadband was supposed to start on Monday, waited all day for it, tried to call customer services and spent all morning on the phone, apparently our broadband mysteriously got cancelled & now today still waiting on internet - disappointing
