Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
