    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk my elderly grandmother is struggling to contact you. No one replies to emails, picks up the phone or responds to her. She’s been told her contract is going up in price for no reason. It’s causing a lot of stress and I’m trying to help in any way I can... please assist.

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    Third hour on the phone to @bt_uk still no idea why the installer just failed to turn up, and next appointment not for two weeks. Shockingly bad service.

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    Hey @bt_uk, the whole side of my street has no internet access, everyone is waking up to find they can’t work from home! I checked online and from first report at midnight they estimate a fix by Wednesday. Is that really the earlier you can do for 50+ households??

    @BT_uk @BTOpenreach1 customer service is appalling. On hold, 40 minutes, transerred from department to department. Waiting 2 years for a line, over 30 calls, STILL NO LINE. Now billed for someone elses line! Told 'engineer has installed the line'... not here they haven't!

    @bt_uk we were told they wouldn't provide any better, so we stayed, but this also was a lie as SKY hooked us up to the fibre....sometimes the broadband was so bad I couldn't even run a speed test...I made complaints and when we finally had enough we are STILL being penalised

    @bt_uk contract and ur threatening us with debt collectors if we don't pay £250. We paid for years for a rubbish service b/c we were told it was the best u had but that was a lie, there was fibre in the area for 2 years and we were never offered it, when we said we were leaving for SKY

    @bt_uk STILL NOTHING SHARON! This is appalling service from BT - wasting my life trying to get you to do soemthing abut this! Your departments have no idea what each are doing.... WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A COMPANY. Please get my line installed and then you can charge me!!!

    @bt_uk I had an email yesterday saying my broadband service was to be ceased not initiated by me, I was told on a call yesterday it could only be resolved by a team today who would call me at 8. Also digital voice not worked for a month now!
