Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect.
