I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs.
