    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

    Hello @bt_uk, we’ve tried numerous times since October to get you to repair our landline and you’ve yet to help. My clinically unwell father is now missing doctors appointments as the hospital can’t phone us. You keep assuring us you’re on top of it, but nothing has happened.

    When @bt_uk tell you to fix your interent issue using a product you were never given, so you question the contract you were forced into taking and they hang up.... lucky my contracts up and I can leave.. which cancelling with you was by far the smoothest part of this
