@bt_uk After a week of attempting to "renew" a long standing service contact (7 days, 8+ hours on the phone and 3 attempts) you tell me it's all sorted. Yesterdays email "We've disconnected all your services". I now have to renew my account again and accept 3+ days of no service!

@bt_uk we have been sent a EE mini hub to use until our broadband is installed. Mini hub isn't working & multiple calls to tech support later, still not sorted. Please can you suggest how best we get this fixed? Thanks
