Call was recorded and I came home extra early from work, but yet again you have considerably failed to stick to your word and meet the needs of your customer!!!

Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.
