@EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?

  • emirrelevant
Emyr Glyn Rees (@emirrelevant) reported from Hackney, England

@EE Live chat rarely connects - please direct me to the WhatsApp chat support please.

  • timpar2109
tim parsons (@timpar2109) reported from Poplar, England

@EE your customer service is poor. Need to register an issue with broadband dropping out why can't I just chat with someone or log the issue. It's happened 3 times in last 2 hours router just loses the connection.

  • Lynseym247
Lynsey (@Lynseym247) reported from City of London, England

@AndrewWebbLFC @EE That’s exactly what I was thinking! Glad it’s not just me, the signal has been poor for weeks

  • Ayoolanaa
Ayo (@Ayoolanaa) reported from Hackney, England

@EE you’re back again with your nonsense. Why can I not go a day without my internet connection dropping? Why is your service so bad?

  • mrdavidnunn
David Nunn (@mrdavidnunn) reported from London, England

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

  • fuhirees
Michael Buckley (@fuhirees) reported from Islington, England

@EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email. This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

  • FraserHardy_uk
Fraser Hardy (@FraserHardy_uk) reported from City of London, England

@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

  • ianeastlondon
IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from Poplar, England

@beauchamp45 @EE Sounds awful. The last thing you both needed.

@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

  • A_L_REID
ALRII (@A_L_REID) reported from Islington, England

  • 75Snapper
GraemeT (@75Snapper) reported from London, England

@EE come on guys the wife has two callbacks regarding an upgrade process that’s gone wrong at this rate you’ll be losing a valuable customer or even still lost it already #notahappywife

  • ianeastlondon
IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from City of London, England

I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

  • richardfoster1
Richard Foster (@richardfoster1) reported from London, England

@bt_uk just switched over to BT broadband (with @EE ) but no internet. Equipment worked fine on precious EE connection… help!

  • adrian_pennelli
Mr P (@adrian_pennelli) reported from Hackney, England

Ah well. So it will be good riddence to @EE at the end of my contract and hello to @virginmedia and @Virgin as they have been excellent dealing with my wife's issues unlike you lot. Dreadful service from @EE where the customer is taken for granted. #poorservice #poorcustomercare

He deleted the tweet I couldn’t even see it. @EE needs to terminate ungrateful customers like this man.

    @ee your network is awful

  • agoldentale
    Dudley (@agoldentale) reported

@EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot

  • Fizzinnf
    David Physick (@Fizzinnf) reported

When is @EE going to sort out its signal in #Woodbridge so it is possible to use the car parking app? Decent signal in #Felixstowe. An annoying first world problem.

  • Phoenixrahman
    Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported

@VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.

  • BagFleaBag
    Jo Oliver 💜🇬🇧 (@BagFleaBag) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldn’t work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.

  • a37yM
    Arty Em (@a37yM) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.

  • loisgriff_
    beth (@loisgriff_) reported

Anyone else not got service on ee? I haven’t had service since last night. @EE

  • virgodragon864
    Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported

@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.

  • sisterhaze
    Hay (@sisterhaze) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?

  • robjohn75
    Robin John (@robjohn75) reported

@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.🤔 Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.
