@MillwallDolbs2 @EE @Samsung @vodafone @O2 @3MobilesShop @tescomobile When u sort a mobile bill ask about the 15% discount offer. Got my 11 with unlimited data calls and texts £61 a month. Not a bad deal

  • eugenio_sp Eugenio Sánchez (@eugenio_sp) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

  • gundisalvus19 𝙶𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚊𝚕𝚟𝚞𝚜 (@gundisalvus19) reported from Harrow Weald, England

I got tired of not getting a good answer to my problem, so goodbye @ThreeUK! 👋🏼👋🏼 Hello @EE! 🤙🏼

  • PaulGrayburn PG tweets (@PaulGrayburn) reported from Romford, England

@DanJay946 @EE @ThreeUK @giffgaff You know they use the O2 network. You’d get a better performance with them instead of giffgaff.

  • orthogenes1s Emma (@orthogenes1s) reported from Tottenham, England

@EE Thanks David, same issue with 222 I’m afraid

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@EE I informed them in the store that I only needed it temporarily while waiting for my new home connection to go live, I don't know whether they did(or can) cancel it in advance

  • geometric Geo (@geometric) reported from Kensington, England

    @lilsusie @henry_cuddles @EE @ThreeUK It’s not a bad network! Just doesn’t do what I want

  • gemma_thomas7 Gemma Thomas 🇪🇺 (@gemma_thomas7) reported from Camberwell, England

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

  • johnrahers It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Hi Mickey, I wouldn’t be able to help you as I don’t have the time to respond to your fruitless communications. :) John

  • siliconglen Craig Cockburn 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@siliconglen) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE Visit your site. Visit the flexible and customer centric o2 site. Then realise you are not so customer centric as you used to be. I like the idea of organising my contract my way.

  • kevbeaumont1984 kev beaumont (@kevbeaumont1984) reported from Richmond, England

@EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

  • lisa661974 lisa lou (@lisa661974) reported from London, England

@EE is there a problem with your mobile data this evening.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • penfoldjack79 David (@penfoldjack79) reported

@EE Not by that much it doesn’t. Nearly 15% for the same service is insane. What you’re saying is a damn generic answer probably briefed to you in preparation for the back lash from the big wigs claiming thousands in bonuses. #greedyEE

  • PasoPeanuts El Paso B Aрахіс (@PasoPeanuts) reported

@HowesTheBacon @EE Bin them off. They’re breaking their contract anyway. Greedy gets. I’m also on EE and I will be an ex customer as soon as I get that notification.

  • ChickenLikklee Spaccccceyyyy 🐝 (@ChickenLikklee) reported

@TheMickAlmighty @EE Maybe try a sim rep? From experience I know that sometimes anything to do with calls and texts and data not working it all comes down to the SIM card! Why not pop into your nearest store with a DL or PP and try that

  • Nicklikesrum NickAP (@Nicklikesrum) reported

@EE @theratcliffe82 That’s the thing though - you’re not investing in the network, you’re asking customers to pay for it instead. 14.4% increase is NOT justifiable at all, it’s sheer profiteering.

  • liam_barness Liam Barness (@liam_barness) reported

@rosi_roberts_ @EE 14%!! The amount of texts I get stating ‘there is an issue in your area’. It’s already the most expensive network, that’s a pisstake

  • laurenunx Lauren ❤️ (@laurenunx) reported

I swear @EE always have massive pay increases on your phone bill every year 🙈 roll on October when I can cancel!

  • bignes1080 Ri (@bignes1080) reported

@EE 14.4% + 3.9% on a "fixed" term contract i took out in December, on the premise of "better availability" Can someone let me know if this 14.4% as its not part of the "reasonable" annual increase, can it be used to cancel the contract without fees?

  • trojanhorse1962 Lee Jennings (@trojanhorse1962) reported

@EE Why is your 5G coverage so ****. Your 5G coverage map is not accurate at all. Your 5G speeds seem to be 5 times slower than 4G.

  • Northeastred Nigel Malone (@Northeastred) reported

@EE I'm not worried, I'm angry. But I can imagine many are worried, and as I said, you (not you personally but EE) are part of the problem with regards to "digital exclusion".

  • toootiepie Tootiepie (@toootiepie) reported

.@EE I will be joining the throng of people ditching your service due to the appalling decision to increase charges by more than 17%. Because you can do something doesn’t mean you should. I’ve been a customer for 25yrs. You should be ashamed.
