    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @mustbecwaced @EE It was similar in Chester with @O2 Lynn where they told one of my neighbours that he should find someone with a different provider if his land line was down and he had an emergency. Their local mast is 'broken' and has been for some time. We're gradually all moving over to others

    @JenBarber101 Coming up a year ago Col had nothing but trouble with Vodafone. They were absolutely disgusting. Worked out over 30 hours of calls just to get an issue resolved. They ‘lost’ the recording of the main call. Conveniently! I’d go with @EE, coverage and customer service much better!

    @EE I have been waiting almost 2 years for you to sort the signal in my area…which used to be ok. I cancelled my 4g broadband and got half price cell as compensation, but that ended a year ago….why isn’t this sorted now?
