    @EE What a joke of a company, two hours spent on the chat trying to sort out an issue of a tablet upgrade, and being charged for two tablets. All I get is bullshit, by no marks, almost trying to insinuate its my fault. Not taking it laying down. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isnโ€™t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    @EE internet is absolutely, and I cannot stress this enough, the WORST broadband I have ever experienced. I canโ€™t play a single game with lagging, why? Simply why?

    Quite disgusting that @EE had planned works on signal in my area till 16th September and not one person from a telecommunications company has bothered to let me know or communicate this to me. What a **** up. Embarrassing.

    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

    Just a heads up i ain't paying my bill for a service I ain't receiving @EE mid September the issue will be fixed. Then mid September you are getting my payment and even then i want that wiped off!!!!

    @EE please you sort horrible connection out in the Wembley area, it's been absolutely fine coverage for 3 years, and now it's awful. Either you sort it out asap or I'll simply just remove my standing order. Get it sorted
