@vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

@EE Shame your customer service or ability to answer your phones in less than 45 minutes then be able to rectify your mistakes in less than 5 calls. isn’t up to scratch. EE and customer service doesn’t go hand in hand regrettably.

I've had amazing coverage on @EE for years & have loved being with them. Even convinced my wife to join. Currently, I can hardly get signal anywhere & this has been going on for last 3-4 months in many places. A phone call to EE & a visit to our local shop hasn't resolved it! #EE

@EE hello. Any idea why I've not been receiving the texts my partner sends who is also on your network? I've only had one reply come through in a week (this evening). And then the next reply didn't. Couldn't even call her at lunchtime today as there were signal problems too.

@EE Working again now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (again). Seems to need doing often. Google play should be updating the app automatically anyway. I'm not having a problem with any other apps.
