@EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

@EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

@EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

@EE The data top up was for a meeting nearly 3 weeks ago? IF, big IF, the data did update then its due to expire in a week anyway so pretty pointless? No worries, I learned my lesson, don't trust #EE I'll get a data SIM from my mobile provider @02, they give better service

@ryan54752513 @EE @GooglePlay I had the exact same issue and managed to get on a live chat with a Google rep. After some disagreeing he forwarding all my fraudulent purchases to his hierarchy and it was sorted in 3 days. Yet to receive a physical refund but all the purchases says refunded.

@EE and OH - the hotline agent that processed my UPGRADE on Saturday was KIND and nice.. but I emailed him MOnday about this problem AND ZERO REPLY ANYMORE - WELL SALE was done -- BUT let us see by 6 pm IF I GET AN EMAIL AND A CALL FROM EE that is 48 hours

@EE absolutely shocked at ur customer service, are ur staff ok! I order weeks ago a iphone, i then received 2 Separate conflicting calls from ur staff asking me to change the colour as what I wanted was sold out, i did that to now be told its a 28 day wait???

That’s me and my partner lied to by @EE when taking out phone contracts. Disgusting, the staff will literally say and do anything to get a deal without even thinking of the customer
