Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

@EE Have to say EE, am absolutely disgusted with your customer service. My son has had to buy out his contract because his Z flip developed a ‘known’ fault and was outside Samsung warranty. Shameful situation. You wanted him to pay an outrageous repair cost for a ‘known’ fault!!!

@EE It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with your site changing options as you go through the pages! Cannot see how a strap would be a £100 difference either. No worries, I’ve managed to get it to work and ordered it now, but would really suggest you get your site in order.

@sabaone @EE @sky I thought if you had sky glass it wouldn’t work with any other broadband so you would have to buy a tv I might be wrong EE is another name for BT Ive been with BTinternet as long has there has been an internet, no problems, sky is fast, virgin is faster still by you pay for speed

Hi @EE why is your broadband (and customer service) so horrifically bad?We had no issues with BT and then got forced to transfer over and it hasn’t been the same since. And everyone we contact says there’s no issues. I have a remote exam on Friday - sort it out.

@EE I been a loyal customer for 16years I had an emergency and called Jamaica yesterday. Re then restricted my phone lines (I have two contacts with them one for myself and the other for my daughter) after calling them this morning they have said I was on the phone for almost.
