Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE So I've been hearing... for years. But when I try to speak to @OpenreachHelp they say 'contact your provider' and when I speak to potential providers they say 'it's not down to us it's openreach'. That's why the whole thing needs renationalisation.
