@EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

@EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

@EE Unfortunately it’s not sorted ! The phone came on for a day and has now lost all network coverage - this happened in the middle of my on call !!! The technical team do not work at the weekend! The whole thing is a complete let down
