    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    @O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

    @O2 signal down yet again. Can't chat to someone, can't talk to someone on the phone. My o2 phone is an emergency contact number and not one person to speak to for support! I can see me looking at moving after being with o2 for over 20 years!!! Sort it out!!!

    @AndreaFisher5 @O2 I’d suggest going through on live chat or calling customer care and they should be able to offer you compensation until it’s fixed. As long as you have coverage then it’s something that can be compensated. Yes, they cannot guarantee good service all the time...(1/2)
