They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I call @O2 and they say there appears to be a problem with the first SIM but try the second SIM and wait 24 hours and it should work as they’ve fixed the issues on this one. I hold my breath.
