I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.

Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!
