    I have just had a text from scammers pretending to be @O2 telling me there was a problem taking payment. They asked me to click on a link to confirm bank details. I didn’t. I deleted the text. Please RT and help others.

    @O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

    @O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 @PeelhillLibrary Keith, I get at least one a day - it's not o2. Keep blocking, but these scammers literally buy / spoof thousands of numbers. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I play them at their own game and keep them engaged for 20 mins before telling them to foxtrot oscar.

    O2 serious issue…utter mess caused by @O2 has been escalated to complaints and copied to CEO yet all in getting is told to go back to customer care/retentions, which they say is incorrect, via multiple copy and paste AI emails which ignore everything in saying! Help!
