    @O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

    An @O2 customer for 11 years, need a new phone and they are unable to offer me a deal until my upgrade window is open, which is for 4 weeks. I guess its off to a new provider

    @Johnny_Slack I’ve been with @O2 for 20+ years but once contract expires in August will be moving suppliers as they don’t look after their customers - no loyalty perks nothing - poor coverage where I live and work so it’s bye bye

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    @LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

    What’s going on with the @O2 signal around London/Kent lately. Absolutely awful, every call I make or receive cuts out or off etc. Anyone else had this problem. Even cost me a chance of winning The Who tickets with @absoluteradio the other day. @daveberry_tweet

    @O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

    Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @thepmadden @O2 I've been having almost the same problem...I lost the SIM card, so now even though I have the email and password for the account I am unable to cancel my contract. In March I've spent over 9 hours trying to get through on the phone and my official complaint email is ignored.

    @O2 Hi, I sent a complaint email to O2 on 03/03/2023. Seven working days have now passed and I am still awaiting a response. I made clear in my email my intention to cancel the account and I feel like O2 are dragging their heels on purpose to try extort more money from me.

    @EE need some help topping up a card for a dongle. Shops won’t accept the card we have. You won’t let me create an account online. Asking me to call 150 off my phone but I’m not on EE and last time I called it cost £18. Glad I’m on @O2 🤬

    @O2 You’re always ‘busier than usual’ on the phone but the wait time when I first called was around 15 minutes - it’s now been over 2 hours! Can you confirm that this level of service is acceptable to O2? Can I have an email for your legal department please?
