    @O2 Yea I’ve tried that. Same problems across different iPhones, SIM cards, have restored OS several times. I was told by one of your advisors that if the problems persist after all troubleshooting and its isolates to service, I can leave without penalty.

    @O2 I feel I am being treated much worse than new customers. After 34 years a cable customer new people pay less get Netflix and TV 360 when I do not after transferring to O2 on the promise of faster speeds and pods neither of which have been supplied I have been asked for extra £25
