@virginmedia 3rd night running I sit down to use internet and 3rd night it’s not working! Turn on/off router, follow every online advice, phone call centre who say it’s a short term issue when I get through! I rely on internet access in eve to carry out work. Unacceptable!

@VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

@virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

@virginmedia It’s like talking to a wall - just a text message service that just don’t even listen - well virginmedia apply your charge and we will see you in court . I can’t see how I am wrong when doing as requested then you want to charge me because your man didn’t write the info down

Honestly getting fed up with @virginmedia now. Had a great service for 12 years at my last property, nothing but problems since I’ve moved. Currently have no TV or internet service, can’t be fixed remotely so I have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer.

@virginmedia quite a bit of a laughing stock from how bad their service has been today. I’ve had no internet for a week now and I know it’s a minor problem but it’s becomes a pretty major one when you work at home a fair amount.

@virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

@virginmedia @virginmedia you keep cutting off the phone and not allowing me to speak to a manager! I’ve rang back 4 times! And I’ve spoken to 4 different people who won’t help! And keep hanging up...can someone please contact me this is insanely poor service

@virginmedia I got through. But I'm not a VM customer. Virgin media in Ireland is free to air. The virgin media player allows me to cast sport to my TV. The problem is it keeps cutting out on me.
