    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    Which idiot at @virginmedia thought it was a good idea to take most of North London’s broadband down and to schedule upgrade and maintenance work to start at 9.30 a.m. on a weekday morning when thousands of people are WFH? That’s ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Yes person happened to mention but my internet is not working from 15 days and every time I called or message same reason but my next door neighbours using same and theirs working so that’s wrong you guys have outage from 15 days and what is the reason engineer not turning up?

    @virginmedia no disrespect but going into my account just doesn’t work- especially when there in no mention of my appointment - it’s ok for your sales team to call me and agree an 18 month contract at more money but when i need help there is none

    @virginmedia With respect, please don’t bother. The damage has been done. VM took money from my bank a/c without my permission & I’m not a customer. It may be that I’ve been hacked but… Anyways, I’m out of the country, I’ve had to block my bank A/C it’s caused me great inconvenience.

    @AndySmithBeaman @virginmedia This isn’t a Virgin issue. As with many other channels, Box Plus broke down last Saturday as a result of their playout provider, Red Bee, suffering a fire incident, other channels have back up systems, but Box Plus don’t so as it is working they are using The Box as back up.

    @daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

    @hammersmithandy Have been @virginmedia customer for over 20 yrs. On Monday, they had an "outage" my email account went down. They have told me they will not be reinstating it. Apparently they told me to cancel it in 2015. But they are now not giving me any access

    @virginmedia I have lost all service, internet, home phone and tv. I have tried to check the website for area faults it does not load and says "we have a problem" I am in L25 and need my WIFI to work from home. When will this be fixed?
