  • JunaidJuned86 Torbaf (@JunaidJuned86) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@virginmedia I purchased a 1 day WiFi pass to use on the underground. It doesn’t seem to work and when I phone customer service they don’t know how it operates. Can you help me with this or refund me my money? #virginemediawifipass #tfl #freewifi

  • GoodbyeCook Villain in Tinseltown? (@GoodbyeCook) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia What the hell id going on.Yesterday and today mornings no service at all. Crap.

  • craigr98_2016 Craig R 🇹🇩🌹 (@craigr98_2016) reported from London Colney, England

@virginmedia I’m on a sim only deal with you recently taken it out, but looks like I have under estimated how much data I need is it possible to switch to a higher data plan? And then if not needed move back down?

  • PactzLdn P_R£NZÉL (@PactzLdn) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia outage🙃, they best reimburse my data as im trying to finish it till this issue is resolved 🤔

  • derekcburgess DEREK BURGESS (@derekcburgess) reported from Walthamstow, England

******* typical. Self isolating & my @virginmedia Internet & TV have gone down due to some issue in the area. Had just started working my way through season 8 of #SilentWitness.

  • Besawyer Besawyer (@Besawyer) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia are you actually kidding?? Service down for #LineofDutyFinale (and not going to be fixed until the 5th May)

  • aliciaverbs Alicia Carney (@aliciaverbs) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia Looping this conversation back into noisy, bottomless support channels and forums isn't gonna cut it. I am fed up from wasting my time waiting on hold for 45-90 minutes only to be told "we've already told you engineers are coming, bye." This is infuriating.

  • Jimbob_Du james Dunn (@Jimbob_Du) reported from Hoddesdon, England

@virginmedia You obviously don’t read my tweets. I complained and it took 6 weeks to reply. Your company is really pathetic, and has no customer service.

  • Jimbob_Du james Dunn (@Jimbob_Du) reported from Hoddesdon, England

@virginmedia your customer service is unbelievably pathetic. You think paying me £50 discount will resolve my contempt for your service, well it won’t. It took you 6 weeks before anyone even contacted me. I pay for 300 meg WiFi, I’m lucky if I get 20.

  • aliciaverbs Alicia Carney (@aliciaverbs) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia Yeah, there are outages. Every single day. I can't remember a day WITHOUT an outage. The only reliable part of my wifi is that my colleagues expect it to be painful talking with me. It's embarrassing. Contract ends in October. You're gonna charge me £250 to leave. I've tried.

  • hiaw61 Robert Frame (@hiaw61) reported from Hatfield, England

@virginmedia I have been complaint for the last 12 months and once again no action is it really that difficult to ask an engineer to fix your defective product beyond belief

  • Dante_Banks Danté Banks (@Dante_Banks) reported from Tottenham, England

@Simon_Shell @virginmedia And you won't. They are, without doubt, the worst company/customer service in existence.

  • aliciaverbs Alicia Carney (@aliciaverbs) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia There's always engineering work. It resolves a drop in the bucket when there are reported outages every. Single. Day. Not being hyperbolic. We were told we need to call and document every issue. So we do. Every day the automated message says engineers are coming. It's a joke.

  • Besawyer Besawyer (@Besawyer) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia you have less than 20 minutes it get the service back up and running or it’s contract cancel time #LineOfDuty

  • jim_dawes James Dawes (@jim_dawes) reported from London, England

@virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

  • hiaw61 Robert Frame (@hiaw61) reported from Hatfield, England

@virginmedia absolute rubbish tried calling a get cut off raised a complaint and can’t even speak to some one £100 per month for crap service

  • Mbilla_Arts Mbilla Arts (@Mbilla_Arts) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia There was a fault- already checked. Need to know why this keeps happening - paying £63 a month for a service that hardly ever works!

  • medicman2011 Peter (@medicman2011) reported from Loughton, England

@virginmedia Of course I'm a customer. It's you renewals call centre that ring twice a day.

  • Besawyer Besawyer (@Besawyer) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia Provide a more reliable service and a time machine

  • Besawyer Besawyer (@Besawyer) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia Considering I’ve experienced multiple internet and TV issues over the last few weeks (whilst trying to work from home) it would be appreciated to see some compensation on next months bill

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Maenie Maenie (@Maenie) reported

.@virginmedia send an engineer who says the reason we have broadband issues is because next doors connection is coming off mine, putting us both out of spec. Next door get an engineer out & afterwards their connection is still coming off mine, but Virgin won't talk to me about it

  • SamNicol13 Samantha Nicol (@SamNicol13) reported

@virginmedia No. I honestly have no idea what one even is and why it’s on my bill as part of my package. I’ve been a customer for a long time. There was an issue in previous property but was many years ago and sorted when new hubs were launched. Still don’t recall the issue of a booster?

  • Maenie Maenie (@Maenie) reported

Apparently I need to talk to my neighbour about it. But my neighbours have just moved in. They've already contacted Virgin and had someone out after my engineer visit. So I'm still having broadband issues, but @virginmedia say they can't talk to me about it.

  • mike_mccahill Mike McCahill (@mike_mccahill) reported

@virginmedia Hi folks - our Internet's just dropped out in a way that suggests localised (rather than in-house) issues. Could I check to see whether that's the case? (Have restarted my hub, but no further joy.)

  • BaldTrooper BaldTrooper (@BaldTrooper) reported

@dg1t1zed I hate PPV, even Netflix, amazon, Disney etc have all turned crap lately. Virgin media have started to charge for some on demand tv programmes that used to be free.

  • KevinNorman79 Kev 💜🖤🇺🇦 (@KevinNorman79) reported

@Alexbcfc94 @virginmedia Take my advice; Use your 14 day cooling off period, cancel your contract and run.

  • GaryMilligen Gary Milligen (@GaryMilligen) reported

@virginmedia Forget it I’ve got a technician coming on Wednesday. Surely they’ll be more help than anyone I’ve spoken to so far.

  • debpennick Deborah Jefferies (@debpennick) reported

@virginmedia The problem is that due to the email account logging in issue the password isn’t recognised and when we try to reset the password it says he doesn’t have an account. So this letter is going to probably be useless

  • richard170409 richard Stevens (@richard170409) reported

@virginmedia Obviously still crap, as it has been for nearly a year. Had two month of ok internet but it’s back to been slow and resetting itself. No I don’t want the same advice I want it fixed or Virgin can do one (at this moment the latter one)

  • matsteiner 1mat steiner #progressivealliance (@matsteiner) reported

@virginmedia Sorry - not your fault - but you aren’t unable to help me
