    @TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

    @virginmedia This is not about individual accounts but a whole neighbourhood looking for an adequate response from you on this issue. We don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 6 more days for an engineer to fix when everyone is in lockdown/working from home. Can your response be quicker?

    @virginmedia Not in my area no but I done internet speed tests on 3 different computers and it came out as 0.17 download speed when I’m paying for 100+ also getting awful long spikes

    @virginmedia called three times yesterday totaling 90mins holding on the phone with no answer. Still having issues with you service but is ok I’ll still carry on paying full price for a reduced service. On the phone now 17 minutes and counting..

    @virginmedia Yes in part, sorted the internet but still missing parts of my package, I had to be transferred to another team but was sat on hold for ages so had to put the phone down as I'm working. I'm going to see if I can do what I need to do via the live chat later
