    @virginmedia This issue was chased on the 30th Nov 2020 (had to wait 45 days for the cheque) & then once again on 15th Jan 21, as cheque not received. Advised it would be posted in 14 days & still nothing.

    @virginmedia you have without doubt the the worst internet service going, your customer service is shocking !!! I spent over 12 hours on the customer service chat going around and around only to have them terminate the conversation. Next day "how can we help"

    @katerussell Virgin Media support once told me that 2 days of no service were because “accidents happen”. I immediately switched to another broadband provider and will never go back to Virgin.

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia That number had wait times of over an hour. You still haven't compensated me for my 3 day outage last year. Why should I pay 50pct more?

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. I don’t think it’s a service issue in my area but more of a peering issue. The hops from the router outbound appeared to be solid until it left virgins owned IPs. It seems to have calmed down now.

    @virginmedia Yes login then jump onto mobile data and then it says theres seems to be no issue with service in yur area but there is an issue which is why i am on it ...i give up

    @virginmedia As they should be, it's an idiotic way of #VirginMedia to deploy an upgrade to a system - I could upgrade my entire network at work to a new operating system, new firmware, new bios, etc, and still ensure no files were lost!
