@virginmedia I called to register the fault but that is not an option that is available. So Virgin recognises a fault; customer just cannot register it. Flawed, no? #virginmediadown No wonder #VirginGalactic can thrive. Clever.

@virginmedia So customer services are baffled by daily outages since July - you should advertise a “not a fault free service” expect months of business disruption , and forget working from home. Just fix the problem.

@virginmedia Fastest UK broadband. That’s a maybe, but what you fail to say is that you will suffer regular outage and won’t be able to work. But that’s ok because you’ll pay £16 compensation for hours of lost production.

@virginmedia my broadband is still down since this morning. Your engineers have not fixed the issue although your automated system says no issues in area. Please tell your engineers we are still down in N21. Impossible to talk to a human. Very frustrating.

@doismellburning @danpalmer I have a self-hosted box with DigitalOcean in London. My use case is isolation from local networks and ISP privacy (I know I’m just moving the problem, but I trust DO more than Virgin Media). For those cases, VPN providers are a haven for data collection, so no.

@virginmedia Tx. What is reason for London N16 collapse of service? Your team must know that it exemplifies routine unreliability & less-than-promised bandwidth; calls into question willingness / ability to deliver service. Time to switch?

@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

@virginmedia Hi, I’m really glad you are sorry and I certainly will raise a complaint. I talked my housemates into having Virgin Broadband and weeks later it’s still not working. I’ve been demonised for suggesting @virginmedia All I wanted was faster broadband for everyone in the house.

@virginmedia #VirginMobile , ive heard bad stories about these if you have a problem but there customer service has to be the worst about. Spent over 4 hours just trying to pay a bill for a device. Frustration. I only want to pay a £23 bill why is it so hard
