    @virginmedia on 14/11/20 you sold me a contract renewal for 18 mths @ £44 per month. Today, you sent a letter increasing my price by £3.50 from 1/3/21. Meanwhile you offer the same package to new customers on your website @ £40 for 18 mths. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

    @virginmedia Got through on text: they offered to cancel the increase & restore the £44 price, but refused to match the £40 as it’s “only for new customers”! They referred me to Retentions, but they have now withdrawn even that offer & insist I must pay the full £47.50! Just unbelievable!

    @virginmedia sick to death of this absolutely rubbish WiFi. Rebooted several times, phoned your team, even installed a new router. Nothing seems to improve it and you supposedly pride yourself on being the best. Please fix this issue.

    @virginmedia Hi john, no there isn’t. All status pages and troubleshooter told me it was my devices at fault not the network, yet your colleague told me on phone it was an ‘area issue’ (unclear where) and would not say more other than 5-7day interruption. Can you DM me for my phone number?

    @virginmedia We're expecting an engineer visit between 4 and 7pm today. It's 5pm now and no sign yet. Getting dark outside. If it's not fixed this time, we will have to think about switching to another service supplier, which we really don't want to do.

    No info from contact centre staff - not able to help and told not getting compensation @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph text yesterday say resolved, call today to say text sent in error - new resolve date of 18 feb. No explanation. No help. Slow and broadband cutting out.

    @virginmedia All the customer service people I've spoken to (by mobile phone) have been very nice and tried their best with tests and notes on the file etc. The work on cabling seems to be a law into itself and repeatedly tried & fails, as far as I can gather, to though that is only surmise.

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @virginmedia The local council resurfaced the pavement outside of our front garden wall shortly before these problems arose, so we're wondering if they damaged the cables there. I informed the engineer who came and customer services about that.

    @virginmedia I think it's a standard engineer visit to address the broadband outage. We're hoping it won't lead to another cycle of cabling attempts, although I understand that things have to take their course and hopefully get there in the end.

    @virginmedia 3rd time this week that we have had an outage... This is now 3 days in which I have had to upgrade my phone contract with 02 to get a service that I am paying for that you can't seem to provide. Get it together, Technician can get here on sat, so 1 week with no wifi.

    @virginmedia why do I pay £150+ a month, having to watch tv on my phone with EE as @virginmedia can’t fulfil a My Shows recording. Or even BBC iplayer Sunday week 11 Strictly results ahow? WTF Virgin. I am slowly getting annoyed at all this no service, disruption, all the time!

    Went most of last Thursday with no channels etc on @virginmedia . Now landline telephone has been down for 3 weeks. With no apologies and people hearing ring tone when no ringing at my end. I’m missing important pre-booked telephone calls.

But no mention of mask's, antigen,HEPA filters,crazy modeling,we never said school was safe. Grow up ask the hard questions to them
