@virginmedia Intermittent .. and for the whole street. I tried repeatedly to engage VM on this and was impossible to contact / get response. Hence I have withheld payment . Service has been so bad I understand that I can cancel contract ..

@drewsonix @virginmedia @BAFTA I only use the broadband and landline, as I use Sky and Netflix for tv Is they’re much saving in ditching the basic tv part if the “package” I never use.

@virginmedia Hi, it came back on about 11 for 10 minutes, then at about 12.30 since when it has been stable. This is third outage of several hours in 4 days. Can this be fixed?

@Danny_McMoomins Worked in a Virgin Media Call Centre, there was a Royal Mail Postman working within the centre, wore the uniform the lot, only Postie in Swansea that never saw the rain or the inside of the mail centre! Even went on strike with the lads when they wanted better working conditions

@virginmedia They are now saying 2nd march. Why can I not be a priority and they keep referring to the issue as being in the house. It's not indoors and I can't understand why this is not being logged correctly. I feel that 1 of 2 things will occur. No one arrives or not fixed.

@virginmedia Yes, called via the landline. I've never had a call like this before, and I don't believe it was a coincidence that I have just updated my 'prefered contact method' with VM 30 minutes earlier.
