@virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

@virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

@virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

@virginmedia I’ve turned the phone off and back on but it seems you have cancelled my contract. I did not ask you to do this as I’m using a friends phone whilst my phone is out of action. Now I can’t make any calls and I have no 3G or 4G it says no service.

@virginmedia Whenever we get put through to a person, we never hear from them. The number you’ve is the 1 I spent an hour & 45 mins on hold to, to then get cut off. The same number we’ve spent over 11 hours on hold to, to get cut off every time.

@virginmedia can you tell me if there is a known issue with Hub 3's wifi currently? Internet via ethernet is working fine, however WiFi has been very weak with frequent disconnects. Been like this for the last 4-6 months. Restarts and resets of the router have not really helped.
