    @virginmedia Just to update you. Engineer came round on Monday and informed me there was a local issue with broadband that @virginmedia were aware of and was surprised I had not been informed. The last engineer who came round seemed unaware of this!!! How do I get compensated? Anyone know?

    @HavocTechie @virginmedia Thanks. Router has been rebooted and factory reset. I installed a wired Lan in lockdown 1 to solve poor wifi but unplugging that switch and going straight into the router doesn’t work either. Now no service at all. 😩Again.

    I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

    @Matthew_Wright @virginmedia I also had so many issues with them. And working from hoem could not afford not to have secure internet access guarantted to be avaiable so switched to BT and speed fantastic and no outage once ever sinde

    @virginmedia From 27 Jan onwards I have had problems with the supply and activation of the new TV360 System. I’ve spent hours on the phone but without success. However I did receive 3 separate promises of a call from a manager, most recently on 9 March, but I am still waiting!!!

    @virginmedia Estimated time has been constant for 12 days! Tomorrow is the 13th day without broadband! This ‘issue/fault’ should of been fixed by now! Engineers have apparently been fixing this since day 1! No change, I’m assuming these engineers are using wooden spoons and water!

    @virginmedia are absolutely useless. Without tv and internet for a week after we have moved house. Should have been installed on 8th December never showed never called. Now being told 3rd of Jan. disgusting. Iv recommended my brother before we moved sorted him out asap….

    @virginmedia Broadband down in my area of Glasgow since 18:55 - 5 mins before I was to teach online classes... Had to cancel, have lost £30 in earnings, and will be the same tomorrow according to estimated fix date 21/12/22. Compensation for loss of earnings?

    @virginmedia They’ve said that it’s down to a “3rd party”. For this reason virgin has no control, no visibility and no answers. Poor really. They can’t even give me a date when the appropriate work will be carried out, despite me asking time and time again.
