    @virginmedia Hi thanks for the response We reported issue 1st on Monday last week it was intermittent all week 2 or 3 days we had nothing despite engineer visit It corrected itself Friday late pm. We had been told we had an issue but The engineer advised we were affected by a local outage

    Genuinely shocked at a phone representative at @virginmedia I ask to speak to the manager and then he hung up. I have had some bad service in my time but that was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

    @virginmedia I am home now. As I pointed out in the original tweet, AT&T suggested compatibility issues. Are you suggesting that it is pot luck if my roaming works depending which country I am in and what network I have roamed on to? That could be the final nail in the coffin re my contract!
