@bt_uk hi we have a bt box pro and we keep getting problems with the recordings. All our recordings say “failed to record” but they were there fine earlier. We had a different problem a few weeks ago with the box resetting itself and it we lost ou recordings then too.

@Sareyware @bt_uk Yeah. I moved into me new home 3 years ago took 4 months to get hooked up on FTTP. Had to deal with a dongle and mobile signals are notoriously poor in new builds because of the stuff they use for insulation!
