@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@bt_uk Thanks for your email for complete WiFi. Had mine in for 3 to 4 months over Xmas period and never worked. I had tech support engineers visit and it still never worked. Sent everything back and spoke to BT on several occasions but my £100 never arrived.

@bt_uk part2 Just fed up speaking to people and they BT don’t deliver!!! If I wasn’t tied to a contract I would of gone elsewhere. Very poor service from a so-called top provider, and I am still struggling to get WiFi even though the router is in the same room.
