    ...but some of the editing work was poor. Not sure if it’s @btsport editing or a central hub but felt we missed several parts of the action as slow-mo replays of nothing incidents were shown while we could also hear the fans + commentators interested in something we couldn’t see

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @bt_uk Very frustrating, my landline is broken, we’ve reported it BUT we keep getting texts talking about our broadband! UNPROFESSIONAL! Listen to what we’re saying (3x now).. Broadband = FINE, Landline = BROKEN!

    @GrahamH36921247 @John210750 @bt_uk I was switched to EE from BT(no choice given) &they've been fine.However,new prices look awful and as at end of contract considering a switch. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?

    @bt_uk Today I have with the help of Abdi in BT Stockport, finally resolved the issue. Took a little time but was aware of the known problem and should be recognised for her determination in getting sorted. Allison Kirby take note & dont hack loyal long standing customers off.
