    @btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk Want to set up a new broadband account with BT? Me too! It has taken them >>>22 days<<< to activate my broadband and I still don't have internet. I have spent countless hours at this point with tech support on chat and phone with no effect.

    @bt_uk Internet came back on Tuesday . Landline still doesn’t work. Was booked for engineer to come round yesterday between 1 and 6 to resolve. They never turned up. 👍

    @craigwoodburn @bt_uk I have had a similiar problem. I have lost access to critical information on both my talk21 accounts. When I contacted BT the adviser was not helpful and could not resolve my issue yesterday even after 45 minutes on the phone. kindly advise urgently

    @bt_uk So a 78 year old on their own with no means of comms (no mobile or internet and now no phone) has to go without a landline for over a week. Let’s hope he doesn’t need to call a doctor etc!? Your online chat colleague said on Monday it would be fixed Tuesday. Poor service imo.
