@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk so… 4 call centre agents, 3 separate calls and a total of 2.5 hours to do 3 simple things - renew mobile contract, negotiate broadband contract and remove a 500mb data add-on. Is that the definition of fast efficient customer service???

@bt_uk 2nd time in 6 months BT Wifi is down. I have to work from home & this makes it incredibly difficult. Pretty rubbish for a services that’s not only expensive but pretty slow. Just annoyed. I don’t want to go into the office tomorrow!! Help!!!!!
