@bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@bt_uk I am still waiting to my response in regards to my request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

@bt_uk your broadband service is dreadful pay lot money for next no service, complained and try to get this sorted out numerous times and nothing ever gets solved i quite frankly think it’s appalling that in this day and age the internet service provide is inadequate for use.

@bt_uk Maybe. I think this is a general problem and you certainly need someone to look into it. At the moment I can add incoming calls to my Call Protect blacklist, but when I try to listen to junk voicemail messages, I get a few seconds of silence then it disconnects.

@bt_uk The issue is the cabinet used to provide 70/20 after 3 years it was 50/10 and now so many people are on the cabinet it's 24/4. The engineer said the cabinet is full and BT really should be upgrading.
