Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.
