You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

    Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    So annoyed @bt_uk unprofessional and rude customer services and the scam you are running with the gift cards incentives for purchase of your packages. Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

    @bt_uk ruining mine & my recently widowed grandmothers lives. 6 weeks of threats, empty promises and demands of speaking to my dead grandfather. In shock about the lack of compassion &poor customer service. Threats to my grandmother of sending debt collectors, pls reply ASAP.

    @bt_uk Yes I have an open fault. Got through after 40 minutes on second attempt. No Broadband until next week. Not eligible for compensation because under BT terms and conditions this is acceptable service Unbelievable

    @bt_uk about to cancel my direct debit with you. Have not been able to use my service since the 8th and you keep giving me the run around. An engineer was due to attend today but has not I dont have the time to keep chasing u and taking time off work 2 be home 4 no reason!!

    Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

    @bt_uk We are moving house, and the date I originally submitted has changed due to a delay. This is due to start at the new property on Monday. Trouble is, our service has been shut off at our current property now. We need it to be reactivated!

    Hi @bt_uk. Just wondering what the broadband fault in the Brighton area is being caused by? There is no report on your website but I reported a fault 5 days ago and my neighbours and I have experienced slow internet since this day. Speeds are currently between 3-5mbps.

    @bt_uk I’ve been civil and understanding each time you’ve told me you would resolve and we are now numerous weeks, calls and delays down the line with no resolution. How can I trust the issue will be addressed just because it’s now been flagged as a complaint?

    @bt_uk @England Spent 2 hours each day on for the past week trying to get through to speak to someone about the wifi, the customer service is absolutely shocking wouldnt recommend if you want fast replies and good customer service, especially from the first blue chip company

    Once again my @bt_uk internet has gone down for nearly 48hrs. An once again no communication from them. Definitely leaving wen its time to go. Sky have by bt sport packages again and sky internet was better from wat I remember. ******* joke bet they charge me still tho.
