    Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    Shocking from @bt_uk to hike their sports pack prices whilst 3 months into an 18 month contract. Their customer service is shocking as well. People refusing to speak to me about the issue and others transferring me mid sentence #wouldnotrecommend #poorshow #customerservicefail

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    @bt_uk No its your website. You may not support use of some services over vpn. Phoning soon anyway because you have messed up my account billing again! Had to revert my last contract change last year, now i appear to be paying for two different call plans, hopeless account management!

    @bt_uk Shame your promised 900mbps barely gets above 200 too. More money for a lower quality of service. (I’ve had an engineer out too; he couldn’t improve the speed either)

    @bt_uk entire network down for LA3 Lancashire, yet you say there is no fault, so your sending an engineer when I phone. The routers orange and no Internet for any #BT customer in #Morecambe area.. Please reboot the big box..

    @bt_uk Well, I’m currently diaried for a follow up call on my complaint on 8/4. If you think that’s acceptable, no need to follow up. If you’d rather I didn’t cancel the contract (which I’m told I’m still well within time to do), I suggest you might “try to sort it out” as you suggest

    @bt_uk One of my BT queries is why you guys always seem to have issues with broadband speed despite being a multi million dollar company. Not happy with this service whatsoever. WIFI has been performing terribly several times this month out of nowhere for no apparent reason.

    @btbusinesscare This is a residential account. Changed to get the pension credit discount. Resulting in a total fiasco. Call out charge is £40 so I should be paid that for providing emergency support. And charging £3 for a paper bill!
