    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

    Unsurprisingly, 16 minutes into being on hold to @bt_uk I’ve gone from “Can I change my plan so it’s not a rip off?” to “please refund me so I can **** off to another provider” @comparethemkt says I could be paying HALF of what I pay now. #bt #broadband #comparethemarket

    @bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

    @bt_uk I moved house a week ago and my broadband still isn’t up and running. 4 phone calls to the helpdesk (4:30 hrs in total waiting time) and a no show from an engineer. Please HELP.

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    Since our regretful broadband “upgrade” by @bt_uk over a month ago, one of the many problems has been that we have been unable to use the Apps on BT tv. Really wish I could turn back the clock 😩

    @bt_uk should have gone live with internet on Friday 13th, yet we have had 1 broken hub - 1 hub replaced,no engineer showed up, no broadband, they can’t find account on system !!! cut off 4 times !!! 2 hours into call logs !!! #terrible

    @bt_uk can you explain why my in-laws who are both in their late 80’s have had no phone or internet for the past two weeks? BT have been contacted several times with ‘promises’ it will be dealt with, but to date they have no phone service. It’s winter, they need the phone
