I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.
