Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

@bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

@bt_uk I know you don’t particularly care about one disabled person being disconnected from the internet but I need help. This is the 9th engineer out this year and nothing has been fixed. Our internet barely functions and I am paying a fortune for a shockingly bad service.
-

@bt_uk or @BTGroup I think someone should please sort this out. It’s really not very fair or nice to have someone hang up on the after a whole hour of being patient and fix this issue. Especially when @bt_uk were specifically told not to do this.

@bt_uk No, someone should explain potential consequences (especially with our history of problems with BT installations previously). It’s called customer service. I need to talk someone to discuss the issues here and make a complaint. 30 minutes waiting
