Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

@MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

@JwhiteRev @EE never get cross with the delivery driver, and appreciate for the company there have been genuine reasons, but just/do ask the questions, (assume/imply nothing) don't be taken fora fool :) ..perhaps...but if there's serious loss due to a broken agreement write a letter!

@EE Same I've been having problems for 2 weeks even after being on the phone with you and getting a new router and changing channels,it's Sunday I just want to enjoy watching a movie without the Internet connection dropping every hour

@EE Is an absolute disgrace! Elderly mum charges £234 for 340 mins over her mobile for UK calls. Was told she had unlimited calls, her online page says calls cost £0. She was not warned & now her phone is down 👏🏽way to go to look after the elderly in a pandemic! Criminals!
