    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE whoโ€™s customer service are impeccable.

    Quite disgusting that @EE had planned works on signal in my area till 16th September and not one person from a telecommunications company has bothered to let me know or communicate this to me. What a **** up. Embarrassing.

    @EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

    @EE kitikpa la cha unu anya. How can you owe me ยฃ50 after I returned an upgraded phone within the 14 day cooling off period only to be billed ยฃ99. The idiot I spoke to on 150 said nothing can be done cos that my bill. Imagine the audacity? Arant nonsense.. Afแป SA gbue unu dia.

    Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

    Just a heads up i ain't paying my bill for a service I ain't receiving @EE mid September the issue will be fixed. Then mid September you are getting my payment and even then i want that wiped off!!!!

    @EE your signal in PE6 is absolutley honking. How can we in 2026 have literally 1 bar and almost no signal in the middle of a main village @TomTugendhat is spot on. You , o2 vodafone , three, need to get your acts together and start givings us all a decent service

    @EE EETv is the worst subscription Iโ€™ve ever taken out canโ€™t wait to go back to Sky the customer service is basically telling me Iโ€™m wrong thereโ€™s no problems or itโ€™s WiFi controlled so we canโ€™t guarantee your tv programs all the time the tv guides are wrong most times awful
