    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

    @EE Please help out. I know Iโ€™ve asked this before but we not in the 90โ€™s anymore. On my iPhone Iโ€™m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like Iโ€™ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

    @EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if thereโ€™s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

    @EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

    @DPDCariers I spoke to the team online and on the phone they didn't seem to care less. At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Honestly DPD is making EE look so bad with the service from yourselves as there chosen provider.

    @EE So it had to be the Champions League final when your nationwide hub problem caught up with me, right? At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabrielโ€™s penalty.

    @EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .

    What the actual **** @EE why the hell can't you turn off voice over LTE on your network ******* stupid and that's coming from an IT guy!!! Calls drop constantly can the data stream can't handle it, most moronic thing i have ever seen in my life!!!
