    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @EE What is going on with your service? My BB has been out most of the day. Tried to speak to someone - message saying the office is closed!! Finally managed to follow new "visual" service and still waiting for advisor to call. Not known anything like it in years as a customer.

    @rbrgss @EE When this happens it usually means your email is associated with another mobile account. You have to call 150 or text fault to 150 for an agent to call you back and fix it

    @EE I ordered ROAMING PASS yesterday and have arrived in the US today with no phone service for either myself or my wife. This is not good.
