    @O2 it’s 10am now - as an O2 customer I have now missed out on the 9:30 slot for the O2 December dates and rapidly loosing my chance at the rest. Not good enough.

    Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

    @O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    @O2 you’ve sent me reminder to pay u for a bill I can not see! I asked for a bill last mnth, as could not view online and nothing? This is on u! U have stopped my service but I wont pay until I have a break down? Bully! If u can send me a ltr, u can send me statement?? @Ofcom

    @O2 Hi my phone signal is absolutely shocking. I get 5G but still struggle to load web pages. Also no one can ever hear me on the phone? Yes i’ve tried turning my phone off & on again

    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    .@O2 sent messages on Twitter, called customer service, DM sent via Twitter: 4 days after upgrading my plan I am still not able to make or receive calls and I was told it will take 3-7 days to sort it: why?

    @O2 Hi, I've been going around in circles for weeks. I'm an O2 and Virgin Media customer. I'm supposed to be in a Vilt package but mu data hasn't been doubled on the o2 end. Can this please be sorted asap

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Do not switch to o2 theres a reason their cheaper their signal is awful im o2 wifes EE she always has signal i dont. I've been o2 for about 20 years the minute my contracts up im off

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡

    @GreggsOfficial @o2 app machine not working in my local Greggs so had to pay full price for my coffee (had saved the £1 treat for today) and also lost out on the Greggs point when paying full price 😩😡

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!
