Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?
