    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 my wife’s new phone has been waiting 4 days for her old number to port across. 202 have been no use. She is looking after her elderly parents and you have shut down BOTH her old phone and the new one. What are you going to do about it?

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    Good morning tweets! What a muggy nite! So @O2 have teamed up with another network, my smart meter isn't connecting to meter, my BT line went down too as its gone digital, same time my smart meter went tits up!🤔 Honestly technology floors me to the ground sometimes🙄

    @adamwingie @O2 I feel your pain! It's been generally good for me too. I think I remember a similar problem on 4G rollout. I could try to disable 5G but why would I have to do that? I tried to send a WhatsApp message (short video) for over 40 minutes.

    @O2 i have tried a couple of time to migrate number using pac code still not successful so how that if i activated account the pac might be successfully i am lost as to how i can migrate number and get account login working

    @O2 You really cannot work out what the problem is? Are you joking. Go look at the screenshots again. If you are that blind then let me spell it out for you. Since the tarriff increase my account says my new monthly payment is 24.57 and yet I paid 24.78 and I bought ZERO extras

    @O2 hi. I just want to let you know your network in Northern Ireland is shockingly bad. The last 3-4 weeks I can barely make voice calls never mind search on the internet when I’m in 4g. Are you doing anything to improve it? My contract renewal is due soon and doubt if I stay

    @Brendan_O2, @O2 Hi Brendan, After getting a new contract with O2 on 3rd of April,my number still doesn't work. Have been in touch with customer service, but no luck. Have contacted @O2 today with my contact details, still no calls. Im already regretting my O2 decision !

    @O2 My issue is consistently bad, I've done all the usual things to try and resolve the issue but makes no difference at all..I compared my speed with a colleague on another network and their speeds are 10 times faster...
