    How can @SkyUK compete in the telecoms market when @bt_uk & @BT_Openreach provide a lacklustre service. I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

    @SkyHelpTeam That makes sense as the hub was replaced due to going fibre optic. What got me worried is that name SKY74039 is the old hub. I traced the signal to a @LBofBexley lamp post.

    .@EE completely dismayed by your service. Having switched from @SkyUK I was assured it would be a seamless swap over with no need to wait in for engineers. I now have no internet and no hope to see an engineer before the 4th... 1/3

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

    @SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

    @SkyHelpTeam There have been outages for 2 weeks in this area, so much so, other people are asking in Facebook threads if anyone is suffering the same problem. Please can this be resolved ASAP and provide an update. Am I to charge Sky for using my allowances??

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, bbc1 and itv have not haven’t worked on my sky q box for 2 days. It pixilates and says no satellite signal. I have turned the power off and waited etc. All other channels seem ok ? Thanks.

    Does anyone else's email service block access if your IP changes, or is it just @SkyUK ? I changed our powerline setup on Friday & now I can only check my emails using my phone on mobile data. Apparently it's something to do with VMs. It's f*$%ing ridiculous!!
