@SkyHelpTeam guys seriously the internet connection is god awful. Constant problems and at the moment rather than bad signal ( which happens frequently ) there’s now NO signal. Hard to stay patient with a service this bad 😫

@SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

@SkyHelpTeam I’m having issues in with home internet in NR5 too , even my phone signal and data keeps completely disappearing. I can’t get onto my sky app to check service checker , Will this be fixed soon ? Thanks
