@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

The club itself has nothing to do with it. Rangers shouldn't have to investigate this, should be the police then Rangers can then take ban action
