@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky some shows or channels are saying that there’s a problem with my internet connection when I try to download but I’m able to download other shows with no problems at all. My home internet is working fine so why is this?
