That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky
