Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
