    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you understand me at all. I’m saying workmen turned up with no warning. They ripped cables down and were taking the telephone pole down. We weren’t warned of any work.

    1 hr & counting on phone with @SkyUK after no one showed up for our broadband setup appt. between 8:00 & 13:00 today. It’s now 18:30. Their solution? Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said I’m not home right now and because there was no internet at home for two hours my dad was forced to go into London to work. I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

    @SkyHelpTeam vulnerable parents have been left without a telephone for two days. They don’t have mobile phones.This is their only link to their family and to make emergency calls.Telephone your CC yesterday, aware -external fault, told it would be sorted today. Hasn’t happened!

    Disgusting from @SkyHelpTeam this morning spoke to a nice man about having to cancel my bt sports as had trouble paying so much out he said fine and shouldn't be a charge then puts me through to a rude lady telling me to pay 60 pounds now to cancel it! Over 25 years with sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, every time my main sky q box is being watched the mini box either stops completely, or stops and starts, totally unwatchable. Have reset everything, link from main to mini, link from mini to main, network connection, everything in the help section.

    @SkySports Spot on. Var just needs binning take off the rose tinted glasses. In general it’s horrid. That poor guy in the Newcastle game got volleyed in the face yet it was fine! The offsides in the wolves/Liverpool games were also comical. It also takes aggeeesss to get a answer 🙃
