    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    Keep getting an odd issue on our @SkyUK Q box, some programs seem to keep getting corruption. It seems to only be BBC HD channels, which is more commonly on BBC 2 for us and I think 3. As BBC1 isn't HD as standard *still* don't notice it there or BBC news.

    @SkyHelpTeam @CNN is on normal #Sky so why block access on your flagship service? I pay more for Sky Glass than I did Sky Q yet have fewer channels and less choice. Hardly a ringing endorsement. I’ve upgraded my TV and unwittingly downgraded my package. Not happy!

    @SkySports Millions of us pay a lot of money for Sky Sports, so why when something is in the red button (championship football) is the quality of the picture so poor?? No replays, one camera. Yet the highlights will be in HD.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi been having broadband issues for a couple of weeks now did book an engineer however it says tv engineer I have also had a message today saying it is being investigated so don’t know if I still require the engineer or someone else is going to sort it
