  @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

  Absolutely appalled by @SkyUK. My elderly parent paid £40 for TV installation, yet the engineers refused to install it and showed no interest in helping. They left an elderly customer distressed and upset. Charging for a service you don’t provide is unacceptable.

  @KingselehSzn @SkySports There has clearly been discussion behind closed doors to get it this far. Im pleased that EUFA doesn't trust it either.
