That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

Unfortunately the Kane deal was never going to happen because of Levy. I’d be more happy if we get Haaland next summer as he is a better long term prospect

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for.
