@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

Just seen the details for #skysports and their UK #bundesliga deal - let’s just say it’s a bad one - no 2.30 games due to 3pm uk blanket ban - no 2.Bundesliga games apart from playoffs - no mention of highlights - I have to switch to sky sports something I said I will never do

So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

@SkyHelpTeam ... less yet paying for a faster speed! When I spoke to Sky's technical team, they said nothing can be done. I've stuck with the TV, but you've lost the broadband due to this. Your tech team simply didn't care and I've still been charged for 18 months for a speed I never got 😡

@SkySports 2 things about this 1) It wasn't the fact they didn't put the ball out, it was that Leeds made it look like they were putting it out that was the issue. 2) Bamford going to the floor holding his face and Ayling saying he almost list an eye when hit in the chest.
