    @SkyHelpTeam I had informed sky in advance regarding scaffolding when booking the visit which was a week ago. They should been informed and came with a solution. I wasted a whole day which I had to take off from work

    @SkyHelpTeam HI sky I've noticed a software bug on your new router which adds sky boost. When u change the bandwidth on the 2.5ghz from 20mhz to 20/40mhz. Sky q doesn't work at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any chance you can set up an online chat? Not everyone has the luxury of having time to waste on the phone, and the automatic chat is absolutely rubbish! Can't believe I'm paying £32 a month for such a bad internet.

    @Laurettaaaa04 @SkyHelpTeam You’ll need to call up, the reason its not working online is because you’ve cancelled the package but the account will be in limbo as it will be awaiting for the equipment back. Nothing Twitter can do so give customer services a ring

    @OpenreachHelp can you please help with my sky broadband installation date, we had an appointment for 5th jan, it was a no show from engineer and due to some issue @SkyUK end the new date we have is 14th feb, we work from home and have no internet. Appreciate your help in advance
