    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimmy74923391 London in general I agree with, I’m Morden and it’s been severely cutting and I upgraded to superfast a few months ago! All trouble shooting tried. Sky needs to now investigate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

    @ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, streaming to my TV, phone has two bars WiFi signal, TV has no internet connection - 6ft away, check internet settings on TV tells me it’s connected then not then is then not

    @SkyHelpTeam Its my sky Q keeps turning off and freezing. As per my bills, I'm sick of being charged an admin fee every time my contract ends and I have to reduce my bill. Y am I paying extra to cancel channels to afford it. Y am I paying extra for a discount u could give me anyway? #loyalty

    @SkyHelpTeam Before lockdown u screwed me over and I had to cancel a package. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

    @TheScore01 @PaulInce @SkySports I just have this feeling Lampard will ignore the call and stick with who he knows. It’s no disgrace to bring someone in as a sounding board but the wider issue of his reluctance could be his downfall....just don’t feel Morris cuts it as an assistant at this level.

    @SkyUK , your broadband service is getting as bad as VM now. 4 router resets today. Nothing in the device logs. Nothing on your service status page. My major concern in that it is getting worse.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apparently there’s no issue with your WiFi, but my internet light is off and I’ve done everything your website says and it still isn’t switching back on. It won’t even let me test my connection, says that access is denied! What do you expect me to do?

    @SkyHelpTeam Our internet for the last few days has been intermittent. When I run speed tests it says it's fine. But apps are failing to load on all devices. I've now changed my WiFi password and only have my phone connected. Yet it's still not working properly. Any suggestions?

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s apparently an external problem and an engineer has been called, but you can’t give a timescale to how long this will be. It could be tomorrow, but I think they said a maximum of 3-4 business days. Does this make sense to you as being factual? It was hard to hear her.

    @SkyHelpTeam Those tests were the first thing I tried - it said there were no issues. Each day the (wired) PC connects 30-90 mins after being switched on, Windows says it's a DNS issue. Tried changing DNS settings and 'network reset' which worked once, but not every time. Day 6 so far...

    @SkyHelpTeam Service cancelled as disgusting service received After being told on three separate occasions that it would be sorted latest being today where advised it would definitely be sorted we have been forced to cancel. Thought at least a Manager would have had the decency to speak to us
