Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
