    Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

    Waking up on Mondays is always horrible but even worse is when none of the sky boxes appear to be working in the house. I’ve tried switching them all off at the mains, reconnecting each mini box to the Main Q box & still nothing. I’m not in the mood for this @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam!

    Hi @SkyUK. My original offers have now ended and I’m paying about £40 per month more than I would be if I was a new customer. I’d like to resolve this but no phone number I can find works, and it doesn’t appear to be easily done online. Can I actually speak to someone?

    @SkyUK I am not paying £70 so I can speak to an automated call system and sending me a txt to go on line to resolve any issues when the issue I have is my broadband connection a bit ridiculous is in it

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    Just a quick Tuesday morning PSA to let you know that @SkyUK have been charging me £2.50 a month for NOT having sky TV (can’t afford that kind of luxury) for the past I don’t know long. Never heard of such a stupid charge... good one sky 👌

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any small amount of wind these days results in a ‘satellite signal’ message appear - almost constant disruption. Pretty sure its my dish and wiring from it but engineer didn’t even get up and take a look when he visited….

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has been unusable since Sat 7th June. I’d had 2 x Openreach Engineers booked. Problem still ongoing. I’ve had email offering to Upgrade and phoned but message says Closed & phone between 7:30 to 11:30 I did!!HELP HELP HELP HELP

    @SkyHelpTeam You desperately need to fix the glitches on the Sky Stream puck. Basic things like menu scrolling, freezing on the TV Guide, internet connectivity failure messages when it's connected fine... Haven't a clue why they occur but it's very frustrating.
