Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
