    @SkyHelpTeam can you help please when watching any channel on mini box every now and again the channel cuts out and the message reads issue regarding connection between mini box and Sky Q box any ideas

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - update on ur poor service is that you need 2 more weeks to fix this issue. And now we have to wait till 8th October without any guaranteed solution. Such a poor service in a time where internet is the most usual thing🙄 #poorcustomerservice

    Loving the @VitalityBlast but please can the @SkySports commentators focus on the game. The funny stories are fine in a slow moving test match but annoying and unnecessary in a T20 of this calibre #SuperKent #t20finalsday #VitalityBlast

    @HillF1 well said Damon! The only only one with sense on the Skysports team. Max was totally at fault and never making that corner and could have killed Hamilton.

    @Mr_B_solihull @Villasince82 @SkySports Think the Grealish deal was on the cards and achievable, he’s improved the City team. Unfortunately the Kane deal was never going to happen because of Levy. I’d be more happy if we get Haaland next summer as he is a better long term prospect

    @peterhill93 @PeterWellDone @SkyUK I use the Sky Superfast which averages 65mb/s to a south London address. Only £28/month and no line rental. I’d check reviews local to you as service varies locally between providers.

    @steeleyp_ @SkySports Slight flaw to that argument is I happened to have that fully produced and packaged product on another stream (NFL GamePass) at the same time. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

    @SkyHelpTeam I juat got off call with a skycare and thwy said they do not even know what the issue is. And they need 3 days to know the issue and then no guarantee on its solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam haha you have planned maintenance 12-6am you said this 2 days ago for my area yet I still have no internet soon there will be planned maintenance on my direct debit i.e cancelled, sure you have the cheek to put charges on late payments what can I do for no service??

    @SkyHelpTeam I realise this is out of hours so may take time to get answered but do you have issue with PS5s? I can connect on other devices & Ive just lost connection on my PS5,but the message I get is my ISP or router may be stopping me - as connected on others not the router?

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried another show when I got your tweet, no problems, but then the issue with Trek is intermittent. Have reset both Sky Q box and router in last couple of days too. May just need a new box but can't afford one and don't want to lose recordings. Oh well, I'll live with it 2/2
