@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down . I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Which has told me my router setup is the issue, yet you’re fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange? Can you inform your customers there’s a problem?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, we’re due to move out later this month but don’t have our new address yet (we’re renting part of a house with sky already) - is there a way we can use our Sky Q box / viewing card there as we don’t want to cancel given we have 21yrs of history. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Certainly looks like a DNS issue, no problems since change DNS to 8.8.8.8 on any device I’ve tried, all lights are green on my router, not sure if other people’s routers are showing something different, if green and can change dns settings to manual and 8.8.8.8 worth a try

@liams028 @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam To be fair, I had a colleague with a similar opinion as you. When I was with BT - despite to leave, having numerous issues (told that 10 wireless devices was too many for their hub....) to go back to Sky - my colleague was with Sky, desperate to return to BT!.

@CDC_0101 @jcarlyon @SkyHelpTeam as someone who worked for technical support for a couple years, it very simple, if you are receiving low speed on 2 separate devices, then it is most likely a router problem if you have done a hard reset and speeds are still slow through ethernet.
