@SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

Where do i put a complaint in @SkyUK ? Rang over 2 weeks ago to book a repair for my new phone, told packaging would be sent to return phone. Rang a week ago to ask where packaging was, told it would be sent out again. Rang today to be told a repair hasn't even been booked..joke
