Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet
