Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.
