@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SamNewing_88 @SkyHelpTeam Not at Sky’s end. It’s ongoing issues with their playout provider Red Bee following a fire incident on Saturday night which has damaged quite a lot of systems. As The Box and Kiss are working, they are being used as a back up service for their sister channels.

@BrianDavies12 @rlwithjd I watched St Helens v Leeds on @SkySports with the sound muted (surely I'm not the only one that's aware of how utterly awful their rugby league co-commentary is?) & I listened to the Radio Leeds commentary which was 'accurate' and infinitely better.
