Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

What for?

We never found out until after he died and we saw the bills. This cold calling should stop.
