Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone.
