@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

@SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

@SkyHelpTeam I have difficulty using the option, it suggested to call and the call waiting is horrible. So finally I have raised the complaint in sky portal. If nothing works, ultimately I will remove my direct debit option as it is next to impossible to get in touch with SKY CUSTOMER SERVICE
