Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
