Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.
