When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@Dust_Shadows @SkyHelpTeam My sky contact said an engineer would come out within 48 hours but had no report of any outages or issues in the NG10 area, obviously system is slow to update, others not in sky have same issue so open reach for sure. Hopefully not going to be to long.

@SkyHelpTeam Had 2 hours no connection yesterday lunch in BH2 area, intermittent connection issues 1am - 2am (30 seconds to 3-4 minutes a time) and now fully down for past 15 minutes. Any logged maintenance or known issues in the area?

@ngw144 @SkyHelpTeam I’m in NG10, with Sky and have an issue. Phoned them and they said the issue is “outside the property” so an Openreach person will fix it. So I guess that’s a phoneline issue? Said will be fixed within 2 days but COULD be 3-5 if it’s a difficult issue.
