    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @RobGooders @jffcpfc @SkySports I’ve seen it from all Angles . No heads actually clashed - he leant in and pushed his chest at him. Zaha pushes him in the face so that should a red ... but I agree just let it go as caps was stupid and was baiting him. Meanwhile - elbow in face on Kabasele ....

    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyUK I’m a bit disappointed, I was waiting for a call back the other day and it never happened. Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

    @SkyUK Hi been waiting all day for an engineer but no one has turned up or been in contact. Call customer services after a 20 minute wait was told to wait 20 mins still nothing that was 2 hours ago

    @bt_uk @SkyUK Unbelievably bad experience with Sky this morning and error with BT. BT engineer visited and has accidentally cut us off. No number to call them. And Sky our main provider says unable to escalate have to wait until Saturday for routine visit. Well I work from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam Was no help at all. This booked a standard engineer visit for this afternoon beteeen 1pm and 5pm which no one is home and quite frankly is a waste of the engineers time looking in the house as the full estate isn’t working. Other neighbours have reported to BT also.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, you didn’t. You gave me instructions on how to go in circles online. Giving me a simple number or email on here would help, but you don’t. It’s ok, I’ve sent a cancellation email to any emails I can find, also I sent one on here which is dated so don’t try and get out of it.

    @SkyHelpTeam It tells me there is a fault in my area, I have spoken to your team who confirm there is a fault in the area but it is not being repaired clearly and you are not keeping customers updated. The service is dreadful!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet or a phone line since Thursday and was informed it would be fixed by Tuesday, then tomorrow another 3-5 days. Your system says no fault but then I am told there is an outage in the local area. Why can't you keep your customers updated??
