    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimmy74923391 London in general I agree with, I’m Morden and it’s been severely cutting and I upgraded to superfast a few months ago! All trouble shooting tried. Sky needs to now investigate.

    @virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and I have tried calling on several occasions been cut off twice while on hold and a a minimum wait time of at least 45 minutes to speak to someone who then says we need to transfer you to a different department another 30 minutes wait time..joke service and no customer care

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has been unstable for months, after numerous calls for support and no help. I have given up and waiting for a BT line to go live. There is nothing worse than when you know you have an issue and your techs say it looks fine on my side.

    @SkyUK I have switched from Sky broadband and I’ve spoken twice to customer services who both told me there I’ll be no exit fee so why have you sent me a email wanting £50 odd pounds?? I do not owe you anything ! #SkyUK
