    Rubbish set up service from @skyuk. Promised smooth transition on Thursday -anything but! No WiFi - hopeless when working from home- Sky TV not working. No engineer available til next week.. not impressed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    That @lionsofficial tour was dire. Awful rugby, awful refereeing, just 3 games of scrap. Not much for either side to be proud of. Currently resenting the extortionate @SkySports fees. Well done @WillGreenwood and colleagues for trying to make it sound interesting. Wasn't though.

    As a new customer with @SkyUK it's been an absolute abysmal experience so far. If we don't get our internet on Monday with the 4th Engineer (if they actually turn up) then we will be cancelling and going elsewhere. This has been going on 2 weeks now...

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I placed an order with you on 14 November, some equipment was delivered the following week. You then cancelled my order on 6 December, I spent over an hour on the phone on 15 December to be told that the streaming service was ready…….??? 1/2
