@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

When I asked them what use that was they told me I could pay an extra fee a month for a speed guarantee or pay a fee for a new router. Complete scammers.

@scottiec21 @SkyUK Absolutely nothing mate. Put the Mrs on my account so she could call them. There's no option on the link they sent me to speak to someone online and she was on hold over an hour trying to call. She had to hang up because the little one needed his dinner.
