    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down . I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Which has told me my router setup is the issue, yet you’re fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange? Can you inform your customers there’s a problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, yes I have & it says no known issues. But our Sky went down just after 12:00pm today. I have tried all the usual but no luck!

    @SkyHelpTeam That means I lose 19 years of Sky Benefits, and involves you taking my Q boxes (so I lose all the films I’ve paid for) only to replace them - which is utterly ludicrous and environmentally unsound. What exactly is the rationale for such a customer unfocused ‘business decision’?

    @virginmedia Not since the first conversation earlier. They wanted to offer a bigger package at a slight discount when I wanted to help by reducing their bills in light of the cost of living crisis. They couldn't offer anything below £54 a month when @SkyHelpTeam have offers from £30-40

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for reply Heather, what is the reason it keeps dropping? I keep restarting it, unplugging.Have a green light,than after few minutes blinking orange light and than no light at all.Its started few day ago. Is it a router issues?
