@SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

Absolutely shocking diabolical disgusting and inhumane service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam leaving my disabled elderly mother with NO landline for her careline. Her sky router was hacked by a horrible bunch from Africa and NO help from SKY at all you should be ashamed of yourselves
