    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had on & off problems with my sky broadband today currently cannot connect both sky q main & mini box to internet follwed all guides online and cannot call anyone as im not in one of the crictical cats, is there a number or someone I can speak to at sky please?

    What a joke @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through the service testing online & it says we need an engineer visit but the next date is the 22nd!! I work from home some days & need an internet connection. All my daughters homework is online. Absolutely ridiculous!
