I would then have to put up with a load of calls asking me to add it to my package again with cheaper offers. Would then just add it right before the season

@SkyHelpTeam Unfreezing, playing, freezing and so on. It’s not only this channel it’s sky in general and the broadband. Router and box has all been reset etc. happens minimum once per day. If anyone would answer the phone I would like to cancel as this is not a service worth paying 150£+ for

@SkyHelpTeam When entering the contract with you I made it clear I wanted the connection for online gaming and streaming and as you can see the service you provide is not good enough to game let one stream at the same time. Who wants to see someone stuck in lobbies for 5-60 minutes.
