Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    @SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!

    Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

    @SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam I follow the link in your email to activate and redeem the offer but later down the line it seems to fall down. I get to the point of using my Apple ID and I even confirm payment details then I can't get beyond that. Seems like @AppleTVPlus are the weak link??

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband was activated on the 12th and it still doesn’t work, i’ve contacted you multiple times but nobody seems to have a solution. This is ridiculous, i’m paying for your service and it doesn’t even work and then your staff don’t try and solve the issue either

    @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with your download service everytime you put the buzzcocks or ALOTO on you can never download it your service is awful. You charge exuberant price for a service that don't work .
