    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimmy74923391 London in general I agree with, I’m Morden and it’s been severely cutting and I upgraded to superfast a few months ago! All trouble shooting tried. Sky needs to now investigate.

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @SkyHelpTeam No, streaming to my TV, phone has two bars WiFi signal, TV has no internet connection - 6ft away, check internet settings on TV tells me it’s connected then not then is then not

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that. The automated system asks what the problem is and so I say talk shield isn’t working - response was you can’t have it as you done have sky talk and sky broadband. I do. And I’ve had talk shield since it started. The only change was this year to fibre BB.

    @SkyUK apologies but I can’t get any reply by your help line. Sky Talk Shield isn’t working. Dialling 1780 as advised suggests it is, but I’m still getting unknown and ****** calls. 1780 tells me I’ve had “no calls for thirty days”, but that’s not true. Help please!

    @RojParody @SkyHelpTeam If you've got a booster 3 ft away and it still keeps dropping off (I'm assuming you get full signal str?) then I'd be taking a look at the PC (I assume your phones are fine?). Start by reinstalling the wireless driver
