@SkyHelpTeam I juat got off call with a skycare and thwy said they do not even know what the issue is. And they need 3 days to know the issue and then no guarantee on its solution.

@steeleyp_ @SkySports Slight flaw to that argument is I happened to have that fully produced and packaged product on another stream (NFL GamePass) at the same time. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

@SkyHelpTeam Why is the broadband so bad @SkyHelpTeam? I've followed the necessary on My Broadband steps tried my fixing my hub and all it says is book an engineer... 9.4mbps and failed upload speed. I pay for sky fibre and this is my speed.
