Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

My mum has no sky service and asks me every day when she can watch football and golf again. Been going on since 4 March 🤬
