Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyHelpTeam I contacted you as, since my fibre optic and Sky Q were installed, my sky talk wouldn’t work. You sent me a link which allowed me to resolve that but now the Sky Q box won’t connect to the fibre optic router (it did previously!) it’s been one issue after another!

I’ve never come across such a dishonest company until I join @SkyUK and dishonesty, contradictory statement and abuse of personal data was what I was greeted with. Sky uses basic dictionary passwords to protect customers personal information & then upload it to Dropbox

@SkyHelpTeam Semantics, Openreach is BT, they don’t simply maintain the network, they actually own the Network and allow others access for a fee, so, they are a third party provider, once again you use the word partner; no more help required!
