@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

@SkyUK I’m a bit disappointed, I was waiting for a call back the other day and it never happened. Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

@sday69 @SkyUK Mine said "broadband unavailable" despite 10 other devices in the house all connected ok. Sky engineer said my TV was too far from my router - it was 3 feet away. So they they said it was a broadband speed issue... benchmarked at 190mbps. Factor reset - didn't work. Now refunded.

@SkyUK I had it loved it but you need very good wi fi which I did not have so back it went but top service from sky picked it up no fuss - I had the best wi fi available in my area was sad to see it go try again when WiFi upgraded

@SkyHelpTeam I'm not doing that as I mentioned. You has scheduled works in this area last week and it did nothing. It'll be fine and then suddenly it's down to 0.1 mbps and jitter over 400ms. Just inform your team that deals with faults to actually fix them.
