@benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@SkyUK What an absolute joke!!! 20 years I've been with you, preferring your service to @virginmedia, but YOUR engineer, who I waited 2 weeks on, says that my SKY should be cancelled immediately. Then I get a woman calling who could barely speak English saying she'll disconnect!

@SkySports Use Public Transport. Go to TFL website and see TFL Rail is operating reduced service on that day. While London Overground and three Underground lines have part closure and two Underground lines have planned closure. West London/Chelsea are have no service on District Line.

@SkySports £20 min wage Is the fix. No family working should have to claim Universal Credit top up. Govt are propping up employers with Universal Credit and making the Employees claim it so they can pass the blame onto the Employee for having to claim UC top ups! Stop blaming the workers!
