@mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

@SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

@SamsungUK Hello JH, It's a flip4 5G... No damage at all. We bought it via @SkyHelpTeam . We now need to send it back and my partner will be with no handset for 2 or maybe 3 weeks. The handset itself it's on immaculate conditions. Still have the original clear stickers on.

@SkyHelpTeam Our broadband is bad actually rubbish. Despite being on the highest. Sky do these checks on your lines, which always reads “excellent”. Try living at this address, when engineers come round, they never physically check the satellite, to see if the dish is working properly. E17

@SkyHelpTeam often the internal layout of sky boxes, boosters and hub that is the issue. Solved my in laws bad WiFi by properly setting up kit, engineers do not test each room by default, most users won’t be able to use better diag tools. The connection to the hub is usually fine to be fair

@SkyHelpTeam Hi again. I’ve noticed another slight problem in sky glass. I sometimes get a slight freeze that only seems to be on ITV. It’s not my internet speed as I’m on 350 download speed now. The picture freezes briefly but the sound is fine. Hope you find this info helpful

@SkyHelpTeam I’m afraid I need your help. I’m having internet problems a every single night from 00.30 till early morning, which I read might be cause of “eco-mode” on router? Is that the case? How do I switch this off? And now, Internet is breaking up every couple of minutes…
