@virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

@MattBennett93 @SkyHelpTeam I have this problem since a couple of weeks ago. I find switching the TV off/on (not standby - actually pressing the button on the set) brings the sound back. Maybe this forces hdmi to renegotiate the connection. I suspect its a software issue on the sky q.

@MichaelBensonn @SkySports He doesn’t even have any titles so what shot would he be giving him exactly? It’s not like Martin has any name value either for AJ to be interested in a rematch. His last fight was an extremely poor excuse of a PPV.
