    @SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

    Why does @SkyUK make it so ****ing impossible to contact them. “You can do most things online”. Well not this. Speaks volumes about its lack of customer care.

    @mac1882thfc @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Been with @virginmedia in the past & had loads of issues with them in my area unfortunately & the hiking up on charges was not helpful despite being a loyal customer of 16 years & poor customer services attitude.

    @SkyUK I have just terminated our Sky tv contract after approx 28 years because of technical issues with Sky Q and SkyGo apps and the failure of your support team to resolve the issues and because you’ve been overcharging is for 2 years.#skytv #noloyalty

    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been resolved. I had been without internet for the entire evening last night re Norbury. But there are often outages with the broadband so nothing new. When theres another problem I'll be in touch.

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    Excellent work from @SkyUK Rang to cancel last month, they persuade me to do a home move (with promise of a new box) We move, technician gives me an almost decade old box with no WiFi built in. Ring to cancel again, promise a Sky Q box. No one completes the order, or rings me.✅

    @SkyHelpTeam But they can't? XD do you not think in the two and a half years since I've been having issues that I'd of spoken too them ? Nothing is ever properly resolved I'd rather just move to a better more reliable company.

    @SkyUK Unless you've got sky broadband which means you keep dropping signal , have to turn box on & off 5 times a day to reset n when you report it get told won't send an engineer cus it's not their problem. . Happy days .

    @SkyHelpTeam Yup . Mate your customer service even tried offering me a TV package for less than half price... only to be messed about for a month and then told the engineers won't but a dish on a 3 story building and I can't get it :) and no alternative compensation offered.

    @SkyHelpTeam What about the other 2 weeks ? At this point I feel like I'll just be calling a lawyer or omnibudsman as for 2 and a half years now I've had awful service from both sky's Internet Internet their customer service team are fowl. People lie to you and hang up on you. Awful company

    @SkyHelpTeam My solution for sky internet connectivity issues was to go to @zeninternet . Huge reliability and coverage improvement. Your TV is fine, internet and WiFi a joke
