Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

@SkyHelpTeam For the last few weeks I have noticed that my interned speed has dropped to below 10mbps even though I am paying for a 35mbps plan. I will have to cancel this plan becuase it seems you cannot deliver the speed required . I cannot work from home with this speed.
