    @SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

    Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

    I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam guys seriously the internet connection is god awful. Constant problems and at the moment rather than bad signal ( which happens frequently ) there’s now NO signal. Hard to stay patient with a service this bad 😫

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK for months on end now our wifi has been absolutely shocking, constantly either barely working or completely going down, our two boxes won’t connect and there’s a different problem every day. We’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks now.

    @slimlinesweet @SkyUK The mini doesn’t receive a sat signal, it takes it from your main box via broadband. If you can connect Ethernet to them, it should fix it. If you’re wifi only, sounds like you need signal boosters. I had to buy a whole home mesh system for mine to work.

    @SkyHelpTeam On 12th Sept 2020 I cancel Sky TV and went to Virgin as signal so bad. Via bank, found monthly payment never stopped. Please advice as that's a lot of money taken from me!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Hedgewytch You don’t know what the absurd “admin fee” is for? They’ve tried fleecing re-contract customers for that for about 5 years. It somehow manages to be easily waived when you threaten to cancel.
