    @SkyHelpTeam Okay well why isn’t there a proper support number I can call because all the numbers try and sell me additional services or tell me to go to your website. Which is an absolute waste of time. That’s why I’m tweeting. You do t have proper support!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

    @TheKingD42 @SkyHelpTeam The fact is affecting my working life, as well as my content creation is appalling! There is only one thin wall between my box and my PC and it can't handle it! Ultrafast 1 and i get less than 1mbps down! I may have to look at going else where at this rate

    @SkyHelpTeam So where is the legal liability in allowing me to renew the contract despite me not being the account holder? The account holder has left the household, I have spoken to several advisors now and no one is able to offer any solution to this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Ross, we understand our problem is in the hands of BT Openreach, who apparently Sky have no control over. Hence we have no idea when we will get Sky broadband back up and running. Unbelievably bad service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. The information provided states Samsung Galaxy S8 is not supported for 4G calling, but Vodafone states it is compatible on their network. Is it therefore network specific rather than handset specific?
