    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife has a new iPhone XR. We reset the password last night but she hasn’t been able to log in to her emails and the phone hasn’t downloaded any since 7am this morning. I’ve checked all the settings I can think of. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam OK thanks. It would be better to address it to us by name rather than "Dear Customer", which is normally a sure sign of a dodgy email. Gmail sent it straight to my junk folder.

    @SkyUK giving me absolutely terrible customer service... all i want is better internet connection and they cannot fulfil the speed we should try and get and are telling me i have to pay to leave them!!! Ridiculous!! Not happy virgin media calls...!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam hi, I wonder if you can help.I have been sent a message to say a sky engineer is visiting me between 8-10 on 16/7. An engineer come out a week ago and solved my issues. I do not need an engineer tomorrow. Can you please cancel this appointment.

    @SkyHelpTeam please, help me with this one. Every single night at 2:45am my broadband stop to work and doesn’t come back until 6am. This is happening for the past 2 weeks and it’s quite annoying since I use a lot during this period.

    @SkyUK we left virgin to join sky and we have had nothing but hassle, we have used all our mobile data waiting for you to connect us, this is terrible service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, we've been without internet since Saturday and were told that it would be within three working days, and today we've been told it's five, and that there's no way Sky can get any time frame information from Openreach. Pretty poor service guys...

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam Alison, what are you talking about? I'm not ordering a remote. My complaint is that sound on @BBCOne died during the World Cup match this afternoon, which only appeared to affect #skyglass customers. Yet there was no acknowledgment from @SkyHelpTeam on this.

    @SkyUK @ameliadimz Just don’t cancel you Sky subscriptions as you’ll have a shiny dumb monitor only capable of plugging your BD player or PS in. No Netflix/streaming services. Like their Sky boxes when you leave, despite saying you own it. Good old Sky. Lock you in, keep you dependant on them.

    @SkyUK Hello. The last two times I’ve called they’ve been unable to escalate without checking Wi-Fi reception one device at a time or changing my router position, which is not at all necessary for the issue that I’ve demonstrated. If I call back, will the core issue be looked into?
