    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @sihiggins1985 @SkyUK @netflix I’ve already called themThey couldn’t take it off my bill then had the audacity to ask to rate them over the phone out of 10. Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

    @SkyHelpTeam was supposed to have our broadband and sky talk activated yesterday. Engineer didn’t show up. Customer service couldn’t give me any information as @WeAreOpenreach only update them the day after they are supposed to complete the work. No information on our order

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

    @SkyHelpTeam My exemption is that you provided awful service as a broadband provider for 3 of the 6 years and I will not be paying that termination fee, so who do I need to speak to directly to get this matter sorted out

    @SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!

    @SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

    @Martin_Buhagiar @SkySports To be fair the worst commentary of the weekend came in the WBA v Brighton game, after Wellbecks penalty hit the post, he hit the rebound back at goal, the ref blew for a free kick. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

    Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

    @SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

    @SkyUK internet coming and going. Twice I’ve rung to be fobbed off with engineer will sort. Was also promised booster voucher to buy from Tesco. Not received complete joke. I want a refund and problem sorted. I’m paying enough

    @SkySports is anti-spurs. There is no point in listening to the in-studio commentators. I had listened to them when Spurs played Utd, Burnley and now Palace. It is the same crap. Why am I paying for this ****? I suggest people change channels when they are on. #COYS #THFC.

    @SkySports No I was at the game he got floored by his own player by jumping for a ball he was never gonna win, all game their goalie was a joke holding up every single goal kick they had, I can understand why cos Newcastle are going down with Everton and both clubs are a joke but we won 👍

    @SkySports Liverpool did nothing wrong, but yes the referee should of stopped the game for a potential head injury. So goal wouldn't of happened, but over the last few weeks the English referees have proved how **** they are

    @SkySports No it’s seen too many times players going down, looking around then holding their heads, if he was dazed like Eddie said for 4 or 5 mins then he as the manager should have made a concussion sub

    @SkySports If there was a genuine head injury I'd say yeah, that's unfair. But looking at the replay I can't see anything strike his head. Like the De Gea incident a few games ago, fair goal.
