@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

@SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam please fix ur website, it’s awful. I’m trying to upgrade, I log in, go to manage your broadband, follow offers/ upgrades link only to be taken back to ‘manage your broadband’ on both app / desktop sites. It’s so frustrating it makes an easy case 4 switching.
