@dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

@SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

@tonygrie @bondola @SkyUK I think the issue lies with BT, companies that use the BT line. Most companies have user reported outages for most of the South East, and all these companies use BT lines. These outages will be reported to their provider, not BT, as the end user assume its the providers fault.
