    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

    @SkyUK @fox @NCIS_CBS this is really poor since fox was sold off, ncis ncis Los Angeles has gone to Disney plus. No where to view it feel like chucking it all away 19 seasons with ncis left in limbo now

    @SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

    Between @ESPNFC & @SkySports pundits . I've heard Martinez is too short but has a great jump but can't jump. His distribution is poor but his left foot is sweet when he distributes . Miss times tackles but he only tackles well . Wtf give the guy some respect

    @snellcj @SkySports The Hill/Schumacher rivalry was great and no silly tribalism from fans. The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

    @SkyHelpTeam @danks350 I’m in sp8 area as well still no internet I’ve been on the phone 3 times and have had no progress what so ever. Other people in the area are getting different answers. Need clarification and a fix need this to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam So it’s acceptable to get 1.2mbs over your super fast service and 37.46 mbs over 4g is it and signal not reaching security cameras! download speed to my iPhone with netgear router via Virgin is 160mbs.... Sky promised me a better broadband service! This is unbelievably worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried this and been on the phone for 2hrs with one of your team trying to help. The orange Internet light is on and with so many people in the area having issues it has to be a wider issue

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s all well and good. But this back and forth by email has been going on for two months. The team that sky have told me to contact are not being helpful. How can I escalate this, or at least speak to someone who wants to help?
