    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

    After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam I juat got off call with a skycare and thwy said they do not even know what the issue is. And they need 3 days to know the issue and then no guarantee on its solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

    1 hr & counting on phone with @SkyUK after no one showed up for our broadband setup appt. between 8:00 & 13:00 today. It’s now 18:30. Their solution? Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

    @SkySports please sort out the timing screens for F1!! We want to see the timings (to 3 decimal places) at ALL times during the race. It is so frustrating when the times weren’t shown a lot of the time and you can’t tell how close they are to each other! Why dumb it down??

    @obbsie @virginmedia Hence I left and went to @SkyUK Their call centre isn’t a machine, and if you’re not happy with the initial contact ask to speak to a supervisor and problems do get resolved.
