    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    @benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

    @harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    @SkyHelpTeam Terrible service tonight from Sky. Been a customer 21 years and no resolution until an hour and a half into boxing tonight. Can't get this speak to anyone and no live chat function for sky tv customers ordered through TV not sky sports box office!! Working now in a fashion.

    @SkyHelpTeam not any customer booked online to watch on roku Went through security check on bank etc and showing as pending £20 but cannot access any live boxing and on the box office website not even any evidence that I’ve paid despite it showing on my bank pending
