Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.
