@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I need your help ! Every night my interrogation goes down between 12.30 and 3 am !! During this time I have no internet access ive tried running tests abs they say an engineer needs to visit them after 3am it comes back ! Why am I losing internet every night ???

@SkyHelpTeam absolute joke got offered a deal on Wednesday for tv and broadband ring today to confirm the changes and get told its gone up by £7! 17 years a customer been overpaying by £28 /month since the contract ended and you treat people like this #poorcustomerservice
