How can @SkyUK compete in the telecoms market when @bt_uk & @BT_Openreach provide a lacklustre service. I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

@SkyHelpTeam My 4G network on @O2 is MUCH faster than your broadband service, when you promised to give me 17mbps. This has been happening for the past weeks.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

@SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

@hayley_emma1 @bt_uk @SkyUK Interesting that @bt_uk responded quicker than @SkyUK AND they got your name right. Now, if only BT could actually be better at actually getting your phone line working you’d be a happy customer and wouldn’t have to take another half day off work. Fingers crossed H.

@SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

@SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

@TheAngryBarten3 @SkySports The fact that you don’t see this as a breach of human rights and discrimination because I or others do not want to put a medical experiment into my body, meaning I can’t enjoy life like I want to, shows that you are part of the problem. It is my body, my choice!

@TheAngryBarten3 @SkySports I’m not special at all, it’s just my choice and my body, you have no right what to tell me what to do with it. I have no obligation to do anything for anyone if I don’t want to. I have no problem with anyone getting the vaccine I honestly don’t, I just don’t want it simple as.

@ashleythezulu @SkySports I think providing a negative test is suitable in the interim. Doesn’t discriminate against anybody, and provides a level of safety needed whilst cases are high. Accessible to everybody, and solves the problem of people who are double jabbed but can still pass covid on

@SneakyScoffer @darrengay1 @SkySports I’m willing to bet anything you’re not this passionate about the disparity when it comes to healthcare in the real world (that does exist) when it’s not covid related. You only want to present such issues when you’re being a snowflake about a tested vaccine.. as I said - no proof
