    @SkyHelpTeam guys seriously the internet connection is god awful. Constant problems and at the moment rather than bad signal ( which happens frequently ) there’s now NO signal. Hard to stay patient with a service this bad 😫

    Have paid £34.50 just to speak to a customer service assistant @SkyHelpTeam about an account which was meant to be closed. No email address for me to address the issue. Horrendous, quite frankly.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, we've been without internet since Saturday and were told that it would be within three working days, and today we've been told it's five, and that there's no way Sky can get any time frame information from Openreach. Pretty poor service guys...

    I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam That's all I ever hear. Got the same response from your customer service team over a week ago. So far, with @SkyGlass we're on our second TV, (first had speaker problems), then two weeks unable to use as the remote failed. Genuinely wish we'd never 'upgraded' to Sky Glass.

    @MichaelBensonn @SkySports He was knocking Williams down without trying in the first 4 rounds Eubank Jnr could DEFINITELY have stepped on the gas at that point and finished Williams … However, he opted not to , and Williams Adjusted and became accustomed to his style Weird fight! Right man won though
