    @SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't contact you often but we have been putting up with a terrible internet service for over a year now and ive been with sky over 21 years. I'm quite easy going but this is beyond the joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

    @SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

    @SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

    I don’t often rant but @skyuk the 9 hrs we’ve wasted with your customer service is a joke. I’ve been a customer of yours from day 1 how on earth do you cancel someone’s broadband & tell them you can’t reinstate it until December 31st #WFH

    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @claudelittner @SkyUK I was paying £150 per month, switched to Sky Glass and now £74. I have also been a customer for 20 odd years. Just couldn't afford to keep paying those prices. I have standard package and Netflix, that's enough.

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Claude, just get a Samsung Smart TV and get what ever streaming service you want to watch. You can cancel at anytime and its cheaper. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Discovery+, Now (sky), BT Sport etc
