@SkyUK shame on you. Poor customer service. Having to cancel to get heard. Broken box but want to charge for multi room until an engineer comes 10th March. Unacceptable timeframe without second box #FirstWorldProblem.

@SkyHelpTeam HI sky I've noticed a software bug on your new router which adds sky boost. When u change the bandwidth on the 2.5ghz from 20mhz to 20/40mhz. Sky q doesn't work at all.

@SkyUK dreadful service from you. Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!

@ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I booked an engineer yesterday due to issues with my sky q mini box and I received email and txt yesterday saying engineer will arrive today between 8am and 5pm and no one bothered to show up.

@SkyHelpTeam Our Internet in Sheffield has been down all day. Your Twitter help service refers me to your web page. Your web page tells me it can't find my hub but then my connection is fine (?) and your phone line has a 45 minute wait. This is incredibly frustrating.

@SkyUK Great for new customers but screw existing customers. My package rose in-contract by £6.50 pm in April and when it ends on 4 Nov, you’ve quoted a further rise by £25 pm. If I renew, no doubt I’ll be looking at a further 10%+ rise in Apr-23. 24 years a customer, now off to VM.

All the money people pay for @SkySports and they put all the games on at 2pm. You should be given choice or put a game on at 12.30 Leeds games suspended for 35 minutes because of a power cut so VAR was down. However did the refs cope before 🙄 Embarrassing
