    I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam guys seriously the internet connection is god awful. Constant problems and at the moment rather than bad signal ( which happens frequently ) there’s now NO signal. Hard to stay patient with a service this bad 😫

    @agitatedgoose @SkyHelpTeam Sky hardware is notoriously not as good as high end equipment and needs to be perfectly placed to maximise signal. Obvious answer would be to hardwire Q box and then equal distances for other equipment but if purely wifi, just test with a wifi analyser for the sweet spots.

    @karunchandhok It was the worst F1 season I can recall. The #lAbuDhabiScandal was never cleaned up, Red Bull was able to get away w/#CostCapScandal & you guys @skysports tried to gaslight us fans about the Abu Dhabi Debacle while kissing up to the Red Bull Cheaters. The sport of F1 is dead.

    @SkyHelpTeam was there an update pushed last night? Sky Q box working fine before going to bed. After waking up I get ‘No satellite signal received’ and no services working even on wifi. Have unplugged mains for a few mins and reset and still the same
