@SkySports the commentators keep apologising for bad language we might hear. But the ‘offenders’ are the managers and subs etc. Why not just tell them beforehand to try to stop swearing ?

@SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam URGENT: our broadband is playing up, wifi not working and intermittent Ethernet connection. Have tried tests and help online but no joy. We are key workers and working from home so need internet to communicate with customers - please help

@SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

@SkyUK are you ever going fix the @SpotifyUK app for Sky Q or are you going to just allow it to freeze and crash the box after about 3 songs forever? It’s been like this for about 12 months at least. I keep trying in the hope you might have sorted it but still nothing.
