    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.

    @benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

    @vuym524 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have been advised not to go round so I can’t sort his box out - plus he has difficulty selection multiple options on customer service calls. Being isolated, he needs to stay occupied

    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    If any more sports are cancelled #skysports may have to be suspended as they will have nothing to show. Which then raises the question will #sky credit its subscribers for not being able to offer a service

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @SkyHelpTeam The screen has has a message since yesterday “your box is initialising, please return back in the future” - now saying they HD box is not getting a satellite signal - I need someone to call him to sort this out

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    @SkyHelpTeam You have literally just copied and pasted a link I have used alot recently! No help at all? How is it feasible the complaints team are not contactable yet only make one call before saying no answer try again 48 hours!!! Not acceptable! And why are senior managers hiding as well?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband is up and down like a yo-yo! Impossible to listen to anything streamed. Makes me miss CDs. At least you don't have to wait for en engineer to get round to finding a fault a week after a storm.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for the reply, Nathan, but can you just give me a straight answer, please? I resigned an 18 month fibre only contract on Feb 2021. It was £26 a month, plus £5 a month for the new hub OFCOM have told me I can cancel the contract early if Sky raises the price
