Heads drooping down, hardly any communication amongst themselves. For a number of seasons now we’ve lacked leaders on that pitch. As Souness said many times on SkySports & he’s right - which senior players do those youngsters and new signings look up to in that dressing room?

As if moving house without a car isn't stressful enough ..the utter ineptitude of @OpenreachHelp and @SkyUK is astounding. How difficult is it to reconnect a service that was there the day before ? Emails to both CEO with "please do better" sent . Let's see if either read..

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

@SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam every time I turn my Sky Q mini box on after a couple of days on standby, I get error m102. It usually takes two or three reboots to fix this. Is there a better solution?

@ECB_cricket @SkySports @DynamosCricket An infinitely better use of funds than the Hundred, which is utter garbage. Maybe consider channeling funding (& some innovative thought) into supporting domestic red ball cricket and who knows, you might salvage some respect from cricket fans

Don't have @SkyUK broadband. Do have Sky TV. Last few days our box keeps losing broadband connection. It seems every time its turned off, when it's back on it wants to connect to the neighbours sky broadband& we have to reset. @SkyHelpTeam any help on offer?

@SkyHelpTeam Over the last few weeks I’ve had massive troubles with my Sky Q WiFi box. It recently happened last night. I live in the Kent area and all lights are green but nothing happens / can’t connect. After a few hours troubleshooting it fixed but got useless help pages...
