I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.
