    @SkyHelpTeam In Feb I called your customer service team before my contract was due to expire. They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.

    Sky are the ******* worst. No reward for loyalty, new customers get everything. Leaving a cult is probably easier than downgrading your package with them. Nothing can be done online and no one ever answers the phone. Over 2 weeks getting nowhere. @SkyUK

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive seen multiple people over the last yr complain about the same thing maybe yous should look into whats causing so many drop outs from your internet other companys dont have this issue its mainly sky deffently considering changing net providers

    @HelenMeadows @SkyUK Thanks Helen, have tried everything suggested on Sky help, on customer forums etc. When I called they said it's a known fault that they are working on, no other suggestions on workarounds...will have to try calling again 😟

    @Daily_Hotspur @SkySports I'm glad to hear they're trying. But now being without Sonny, I think we need to try harder and make it happen a lot quicker - the top 4 race may come down to fine margins, which could be decided in just one week of important games - NLD, Leicester and Chelsea
