    @Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom. Judging by how @SkyHelpTeam has handled the problem so far, I’m sure I’ll be in touch. I’ve just been passed around teams and hardly anyone seems to care about finding a solution! @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve contacted and spoke to them twice band they just say there are no issues they offer no support or suggestions WiFi isn’t working.... someone must be able to sort this!

    @SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

    @skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

    @SkyUK shame on you. Poor customer service. Having to cancel to get heard. Broken box but want to charge for multi room until an engineer comes 10th March. Unacceptable timeframe without second box #FirstWorldProblem.

    @SkyHelpTeam once again I cannot access my email from my phone or tablet. It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo. Please sort this out.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Help!! Everything has just gone off! Mini box has lost connection even though it’s hard wired to the sky q box. I rebooted the main sky q box but had to completely reconnect the internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam 01466315810 is a company that called me today, pretending to be from Sky. I believe they a company called Home Telecom offering “ Genuine and unlimited broadband “ How dare they? I wonder how they got my landline number as I am with telephone preference service.
