@virginmedia if you have planned maintenance in the area ‘to make the service better’ why not send your loyal customers a heads up? You can’t just take the service away for a whole day W/out informer us beforehand. This is really poor customer service #virginmediadown

@virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

@virginmedia Hi, at no point was I told it could take up to 72 hours. Also, the connection has not been reestablished yet from the many phone calls. People I talked to understood the process but haven’t reconnected our account. Would love to talk to 1 person directly who can fix this
