    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @bt_uk I’d just be happy with a hub that actually works!! Sick of having no internet. Discs don’t work, but I’ve got wait to get 3 (pointless) and then I’ll get an engineer out but all tests are ok going into the house. I lose signal in the room next to the hub! It’s a joke

    @bt_uk now 4 weeks with no broadband and you owe us £200+ for failed appointments and no service. When I text advisor to 61998 you ring me but no one on your end of the phone. Your service is unbelievably poor. Please send me details of one of your managers.
