@O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

@O2 don’t use this company they are a rip off I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all there own data free, never turned my mobile data the whole, got a bill when I got. Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

@O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

Update on the “Apple Watch”: A helpful person from @O2 DM’d me to solve the problem. It turns out, not only was the person rude on the phone, they also gave me incorrect advice that could have led me to wasting hundreds of £s! I’ll be alerting friends and family imminently.
