    @SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any ownership at all for broadband outage issues and when it will be resolved? Currently paying for broadband & multiroom that doesn’t work & then data on top? That can’t be customer service???

    @SkyHelpTeam @PSClarke28 I think @PSClarke28 has already done that - the issue he has is the same I have - appears to be DNS related. Your diagnostic pages will be worthless if DNS is down - users probably won't be able to reach them. Please listen to customers and investigate accordingly. Thanks SKY :-)

    @SkyHelpTeam Our broadband has worked fine until this afternoon, online sky outage is showing across uk, stop feeding us the check your router line, it’s not the router it’s your service that is the problem, how can everyone across the uk be wrong? Sort the connection now
