@SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

Bloody hell @SkyUK your broadband is ****! I’ve had intermittent connection since April, a broadband and tv visit and it’s still crap... quick enough to take my £100 a month though huh!! Can’t call or contact you either #pissedoff @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam my mother in law has been without Broadband since 21st April. I have been told repeatedly that it will be back within 72 hours and that has not happened. she has been without Broadband for over a month. a formal complaint has been made without response. disgusting.

@SkyHelpTeam Like I said I've been through all that information. Sometimes it comes on and stays on for a while before going off. Only the Sky Q mini box is having this issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. Nothing on a timer. Also the website is never accurate, the “past 14 days” diagnostic has, for the last 3 months, tells us that we get 79 MB/s, every day. There has never been 2 days we’ve had consistent WiFi, or even consistent Sky TV, so that’s obviously false.
