@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

@SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

@snellcj @SkySports The Hill/Schumacher rivalry was great and no silly tribalism from fans. The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

@SkyHelpTeam #SkyGo never fails to disappoint - now the reappearance of a problem recorded on forums in 2021 of the app shutting down repeatedly after the ads have played. I uninstall/reinstall at least 2x/w to get Sky Go to work. The poorest and most troublesome of products.

@SkyHelpTeam No. I already have a complaint open with Sky after last week's fiasco. I am always having to call to ask for updates and the app now says Sept for installation when we upgraded with you in May. Unless this is rectified this week we will be leaving Sky completely.

@SkyUK are too taking the ******* piss. I was speaking to someone at 6.30 and tried to help which was like banging head against a wall who then transferred me to someone at 7.55 who put the phone down and your lines close af 8pm you are a joke of a company
