    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Today is 5th working day... will we be given an idea of when we can expect someone to fix?I assume you book the engineer..can this info be shared? As 2 KW’s having to find ways of doing our jobs with two children to home school virtually and not allowed in other homes.Nightmare!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve watched the video but can’t see what other steps you mean. Our issue is that we need a new external cable so we physically haven’t got any broadband or phone line. That’s why we need an open reach engineer, not the sky contractor. The sky contractor told us to contact you...
