    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have other choice than tweeting you, as I have been trying for several months now to sort my broadband, which NEVER WORKS, and your customer service is useless. I have been paying other services to be able to work from home. This is really annoying

    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @SkyHelpTeam I think it's an advert issue as I've found a show that works (Run S1 episode 1) but The White Lotus S1 episode 2 is just loading ads forever, sometimes it says "Advert 1 of 5" and sometimes it says "Advert 2 of 5"

    @SkyHelpTeam honestly your customer service is shocking! I’ve spent the last 3 days phoning multiple times to cancel my sky stream and every time I get hung up on!! Can I have a email address I can email to have this done I am not wasting anymore time on the phone.
