    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I just got off a call & SKY is refusing to replace the defective product you sold me. I have had the same audio issue w/the phone since I bought it & have sent it in 4 times only to be told you can't find the problem or fix it! Why did you lie about repairing it?

    @SkyHelpTeam contacted customer service to downgrade TV package. The gentleman said I'm in contract til December but would look yo assist me, he then went on to try & sell me additional sky services, dispute repeatedly bring told why I was calling. Told him he obviously couldn't

    Funny how @SkyHelpTeam will let you add to your package online. But not remove services. Then when you try to do it via Customer Services you get cut off twice!

    @SkyUK This is not what we were expecting, Sky. The next logical step is a Sky Q with no need for a dish. What do those of us with high-end TVs do, sell them? And when we ultimately decide to cancel the service, what do we do then? 🤨
