    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @SkyHelpTeam Again I’ve done all the steps and when you get through on the phone help is non existent and I’ve been hold then the phone gets put down customer service is shocking to be polite about it

    @virginmedia been on hold for 45 mins today, called yesterday too and was on hold for 30 mins. All I want is a new remote? Wouldn’t have had this problem if I was still with @SkyUK but my fiancé says we have to stay 👀 please can you send me a new remote?!
