Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

@SkyHelpTeam I have been trying to get through to book an engineer for my sky Q box. It keeps freezing and needs to be rebooted at least 3 times a day. I have tried ringing but was on hold for 10 mins, then received a text message which didn't help either.
