    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with sky never had a problem with them now I have a problem there ******* me about my phone line has been knocked off on the box on my landing I told them this but yet you want to run a line test that of course will fail

    @SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam pls help in rearranging a failed home visit to relocate a Sky Q 2TB box from ground floor to new loft conversion. Engineer attended and said she couldn’t drill through roof tiles and cancelled my appointment that was booked nearly 2 weeks a go. No due diligence done!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not coming up with anything, says the area is fine. We’ve done a test connection thing, but says the problem is outside the house. Mum is working from home so needs sorting ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi thanks for the reply It’s farcical tbh, it’s the 3rd go at this, but more concerning that my mother-in-law is left without a phone service. Fully expect @OpenreachHelp to do the usual ignore till it goes away or fix blame elsewhere, rather than expedite to get it resolved
