@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam downloads keep stopping at the point where ads start. Then when I try to resume or delete and try again from beginning I get the message, ‘Failed. Remote network problem.’ What’s the issue here as it’s getting irritating? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried calling back, but it’s just an automated message; it doesn’t ‘ring’ and there’s no option of leaving a message. Never mind, it’s probably a sales call. I’m sure if it’s that important they’d leave a voicemail or email.
