So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

Just seen the details for #skysports and their UK #bundesliga deal - let’s just say it’s a bad one - no 2.30 games due to 3pm uk blanket ban - no 2.Bundesliga games apart from playoffs - no mention of highlights - I have to switch to sky sports something I said I will never do

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it kept saying there’s a problem with hub, and then it would say it’s fixed. However it did not fix anything. The connection came back on its own some hours later. It’s ironic that we need to have an internet connection in order to fix broadband issues.

@countrymousie @GL650_LynneG @SkyUK I did look at glass but I don't like the idea of committing the entire package to a single company. If the box goes wrong you can swap it out and all other connected services remain. It comes down to how many eggs you want in that basket.

@skyUK he then disconnects my perfectly operating sky super fast broadband and cuts the cable off the building and leaves my property. I now have NO broadband as ultrafast has still not been connected. Sky customer service tell me it may take 48 hours to fix 2/3 #dontusesky
