Bloody hell @SkyUK your broadband is ****! I’ve had intermittent connection since April, a broadband and tv visit and it’s still crap... quick enough to take my £100 a month though huh!! Can’t call or contact you either #pissedoff @SkyHelpTeam

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyHelpTeam I was eating at a small business today and they had the wifi password you provided them written down for customers. They were unaware that any customer could not only go to 192.168.0.1 and view all clients connected but with the wifi password could do way worse.

@SkyHelpTeam No problem at all with my box. I asked for a reduction in my monthly subscription the same as a new customer would get but you would only do it if I switched to SkyQ which I absolutely do not want. After 30 loyal years I deserve a fair deal I think

Hey @SkyUK, your security hygiene is dusting. Unlike some other ISPs who provide different randomly generated passwords for both wifi and the admin settings dashboard, you provide a default login of 'admin' and the Wifi Password. This is just asking for trouble.
