@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

@OpenreachHelp I’m afraid not. Not heard a thing from @SkyHelpTeam since I reported the issue. I’ve called them every morning & they’ve continuously told me they can’t give me an update, that I’d receive an automated text when it’s done & that I should find phone number for Openreach instead
