    @SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Enormous confusion at Sky as 2 separate calls failed to give me the answer you gave! So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    24hrs as a @SkyUK customer, the highlights: 1. My new #skyglass dumped on me, left in the box and not set up. 2. An incorrect bill. 3. Told there wasn’t a complaints department. 4. Phone hung up on me. @SkyHelpTeam appalling service, regretting my choice to join.

    @SkyUK 17 years loyalty yet tonight was so painful. Trying to renew our contract, 1 hour and 33 minutes later on the phone. Three different people. And then to give us an equivalent “new customer” price you charged us £30 admin fee! Seriously disappointing. #notsoVIP
