As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.
