    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    @SkyHelpTeam I had informed sky in advance regarding scaffolding when booking the visit which was a week ago. They should been informed and came with a solution. I wasted a whole day which I had to take off from work

    @SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

    @ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just before Christmas. You sent an Openreach engineer who confirmed no problem on the line itself and that the issue was in the Sky network. You’ve also had multiple complaints from others experiencing the same issue on the same exchange. Why has nothing been done to fix this?

My point another way; you appear to criticise an individual’s pay in order to destroy a national asset. Maybe you don’t intend this, but many think you do. It’s a poor argument with a disastrous downside.
