All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy knew his stuff

We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

Just look at this season, once he leaves Spurs will be in trouble. We know what it is like to lose a top Striker and Lukaku isn’t even as good as Kane, we could not replace him.
