    @SkyHelpTeam just moved flat and waiting for installation as a new customer for broadband and a tv package and have to wait 3 weeks for this. I know we’re in a lockdown but can anything be done in meantime as working from home with no internet is tough?!

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to get resolution to an issue from Sky since last Friday Everyday the sky virtual assistant texts me at 9am to say they are ready to help then ignore me for the day I get another text at 5.30pm to say they are closed and contact me again tomorrow.
