    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam I have logged into their acc and run the connection test (I am not with them).it says theres a problem and to call sky to go through the next steps of sorting it out. they are almost 90 and are unable to crawl around plugging things in and out so can’t you just send an engineer?

    @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach we don't know why they didn't come, we re-schedule and wait. We are both working from home, no internet, we pay for dongle (30£ each p,m) and you keep offering apolgise and no resolution. We are exhausted to have to chase OURSELVES (not you, you never call us)

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see the full link there, but on the Website it doesn't let you downgrade. Are you saying there is no text method of customer support (e.g. email, Live Chat or here)? I can't get through via phone. I this isn't an option I'll be forced to cancel my subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I've been having internet troubles for several weeks as it keeps disconnecting/reconnecting and we keep having to use the Sky reconnect/fix only for it to go off again. Our internet has been off at least 7 times today and whilst it is only for short bursts-
