@SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with sky never had a problem with them now I have a problem there ******* me about my phone line has been knocked off on the box on my landing I told them this but yet you want to run a line test that of course will fail

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@SkyHelpTeam Yep. Terrible provider. Promised WiFi in every room, which I get but internet is awful, and reduces in strength the further from the hub you are. Never used so much 4g as I have with @SkyHelpTeam broadband. You can have full WiFi signal but it’s useless without internet.

@SkyHelpTeam I never ever had an issue with BT broadband in over 30 months. Since having sky broadband over the past two months I'm sick of my kids on my case about loss of connection. Tonight is the final straw. Not good enough. I'm going back to BT
