    @SkyHelpTeam I juat got off call with a skycare and thwy said they do not even know what the issue is. And they need 3 days to know the issue and then no guarantee on its solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam I suspect you've had a customer data breach. I've just received an email purporting to be yourselves, asking me to click on a link in Adobe Cloud so I can receive a tiny refund. The email fails SPF. I've not been a customer for a few years now..

    @SkyHelpTeam @_Steveh_ Yes I’m in RM9 too and no broadband. Unable to call customer services option 4 out of use and over 30 minute wait for all other departments because your training the people working from home. App is no help at all. Can we have some sort of update as soon as possible.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle, thank you for replying. Unfortunately the clock is ticking and Sky will have to pay if not fixed in two days for everyone affected. Unfortunately my account will be paid late the same timescale as the outage. Sorry but it’s life I’m afraid.

    Had a very pleasant call with a support agent from @SkyUK. Unlike Virgin, they actuality go above and beyond to try resolve your issue and don’t just use a script and try to find a reason to blame the customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.
