    @SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

    @scatch21 @SkySports They’ve started that which is good. Quite a few promising young players in over the past year or so. However recruitment for the first team has been awful. A list of long shots that other clubs with more money are after. Never likely to succeed.
