    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

BAME aren’t being targeted enough or treated equally. You’re totally right about the chances being slim. But the whole point is they’re even more slim for black people.

    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam Well today the person I spoke to was going to monitor my account all day and hoped it would be resolved. It hasn’t been, he seemed to think it was an activation issue, if so #sky activate FFS.

    @SkyHelpTeam my home wifi has been down for 24 hours now and having phoned up the next available engineer slot is 8 days away. Is this normal? 8 days without internet access when my wife needs to work from home. Nice to see such great service when paying almost £100 a month…
