    Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!

    @SkyHelpTeam The connection has been dropping and cutting out a couple of times a night for two weeks. It's cut out 4 tims trying to watch one 20 minute programme. Testing on your system reckons it's all fine though.

    @virginmedia Funny that you can get an engineer here just before you have to pay compensation. No support when people are unable to work because of your abject service. Going to give @SkyUK a call tomorrow

    @SkyHelpTeam just had our 2nd Sky engineer visit completely messed up by Sky. That’ll be 2 months without service if we stick to Sky’s schedule, probably be changed again without asking us, be lucky if we get service by Christmas time. Yay.
