    @SkyUK house move.... TV engineer 8-5 call out, arrived at 4.30pm with no contact all day to confirm the time, helpful! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I've only got the basic one through Netflix. If I added to package would that automatically cancel payment with them. Would I loose my existing account and profiles. My contract with tv is up soon so might add it then
