@SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@LindizzLinz @starry_velvet @SkyUK Probably busy. Rise in energy costs people will cancel non essentials like sky. I cancelled years ago. 30 a month broadband no tv. Cant believe i once paid that. Now have unlimited sim, pay 20 a month I hotspot from. Faster than sky. 660 a year saving.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, where do I start? My TV isn’t really working well. The Sky Q mini box either has sound but no pictures, or picture and no sound. Sky refuse to help. I’m trying to send back unwanted Sky equipment and I just can’t get it sorted. Very shocking service I’m sorry to say
