When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope - I've never watched Autumnwatch or Nevermind The Buzzcocks or any other of the half a dozen shows it's done it with! None of are shows we've ever watched. Autumnwatch last night was episode 3 & it just randomly started series link from that whilst we were having dinner!

Been a customer with @SkyUK for around 13 years and still haven’t won anything with Sky VIP as a ‘diamond’ customer. All a marketing gimmick, don’t know anyone who has won something with them. Looking at Virgin Media offers as we speak.
