    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it says service is operational however the internet has been dropping in and out all morning and a quick check of Twitter makes it pretty clear that many other people in Islington are having the same issue

    HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam I see a number of people are reporting an outage in north London again. I am one of them. Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

    @bancroft_mathew @SkySports Been ploughing through the rules and if it was classed as dangerous driving the pen would be a 10 second stop go during the race or 30 seconds added if it was adjudicated after the race which would have put Verstappen into 8th - a drop of 14 points! Never would have happened!

    @SkyHelpTeam It looks like I’m still being billed for two, I can’t change the data plan because the data package was a Black Friday deal so I got it cheaper, and I was able to add 5g on for free which I never had with my XR

    @RojoGoose @AaronJay83 @SkySports Possibly, just a shame we never got a proper race (you know where drivers can actually race and overtake etc) instead of the sham 2 laps behind the safety car, I’m sure that was so they could class it as a race and not have to refund the fans 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm well, thank you. Hopefully you can help by telling me how despite a couple of visits from one of your engineers in the recent past, my broadband speed is NOWHERE near the speed we're told it's at, and on a lot of days we're having to use 4G because the WiFi is so bad

    @SkyUK Is there a problem with the landlines as well as sky mobile? I have suddenly lost my landline and Internet connection! The WiFi is needed for homeworking urgently. The hub is only a few months old and working OK until 2 hours ago! Tried to ring and was told it is the hub!
