    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    @rtownl @SkyHelpTeam My Vodafone Broadband is just as bad. Drops out randomly. Quicker to use the 4G on my phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Emilymoz91 It's an ongoing issue with everyone trying to use the app on a PlayStation device. It's not the console's that's the issue, it's your app! The same thing was happening yesterday & hundreds of people are reporting the same issue at the same time. Not a coincidence. Fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to use the PS4 app and it's not loading. I keep getting the message "we're having trouble connecting to sky, please press the PS button to quit". Any help? Also cannot connect through MacBook, getting Error, please don’t direct me to website as it’s no help.
