@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia - I have a replacement router however when it is unable to connect to your network. Its is not getting a public ip and the 'Network Access' status is blocked as opposed to Allowed. I need to speak to someone from the technical dept to get this allowed.

@virginmedia No. I’m annoyed as when I called I was also promised a Wi-fi booster as my connection is dropping on video calls. Yet that has not materialised either. Disappointed as just switched from a different provider & they seem to have better customer service!

@virginmedia The engineer said it’s SHINE but the only way to find the device is to send a team of engineers to look for it I believe. Wifi has disconnected twice at roughly the same time and shows 2 green arrows and a green wifi signal.

Hello @virginmedia for a while now my connection has been slowing down a lot and it feels like daily it gets worse to the point where I disconnect every 5 minutes and struggle to load pages on my phone when I could load everything easily before. And my up/down is 5x worse now! :(
