    @virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

    @virginmedia You are way too late! You ignored a bunch of us yesterday when we had outage for over 24 hours. Suddenly the mention of @BBCWatchdog & you're interested. Nah. Forget it. After chasing for hours, the eventual information was - as usual - vague & inaccurate.

    @virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

    Very disappointed with @virginmedia. Was offered a new price for a monthly deal on TV & broadband this morning. It was not activated. When I called back, was told that the deal didn't exist and wouldn't be given. The call was recorded! Abysmal customer service. Cancelled.

    @virginmedia - am I the only one that gets really bad pixilation/break up on the “lesser” Sky Sports channels via Virgin Media. Trying to watch the Hundred now - breaking up all the time. Switch to Sky Sports Main Event for footy build up - no problem 😡

    @virginmedia I called the number, it said there was an issue and had sent me a text with a link. I clicked the link and it says all services are fine. I run a test on that same page and it then says there are issues in my postcode. I re-open that link and it says everything is fine.

    @virginmedia Wireless connectivity within the property not an issue. Mash network with powerline and 3's 4G wireless extender. Issue is uplink to exchange (and Hub upgrade possibly: or dying of old age).
