    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @virginmedia I’ve been checking peridoically over the last fortnight when the service gets really bad and there haven’t been any known issues. I’ve just checked again and none.

    @virginmedia I've checked my devices & def not using VPNs to hide my location so shouldn't be having issues with programming currently licenced for UK viewing. @NetflixUK why can't I continue watching Prison Break on TV via Virgin Media yet it works on 4GEE mobile device? Very confused 😕

    @virginmedia Hi. We currently have a wifi outage at PA15 3EP. Earlier, you were reporting localised outage issues but now I’m am being told my super hub isn’t connected properly. It seems to be connected perfectly though. Can you advise?
