@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

@virginmedia I've just made a complaint. My broadband contract is up for renewal 7th July, but you only just sent me a letter this week telling me monthly bill was changing from £38 to £54!!. This letter should have been received 30 days before 7th July!! @ofcom @KatieMorley_

@virginmedia You now admit there is a broadband issue in parts of London but it actually seems bigger than that: your service status pages are not working & if I check that page logged into my app, it claims I have no broadband on my a/c, although the a/c page confirms I do!

@virginmedia I had a problem with DIrectD. You switch off the service in 5 min. When your routers don’t work. Wait for a guy for a week. Btw.. time and day that only suits you!!! I have to take days off.. Internet speed is up and down like, something like we do in Waltz. I#

@virginmedia I did actually check, it's good that the upload limits on traffic management were lifted. But it makes it all the more bizarre since my downloads speeds are and have always been fine(100mb+), but the last few days have seem my upload speed of usually 10mb go down to 2mb
