@virginmedia So customer services are baffled by daily outages since July - you should advertise a “not a fault free service” expect months of business disruption , and forget working from home. Just fix the problem.

@virginmedia Fastest UK broadband. That’s a maybe, but what you fail to say is that you will suffer regular outage and won’t be able to work. But that’s ok because you’ll pay £16 compensation for hours of lost production.

@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

Does @virginmedia actually have a customer service department? Put in complaint (loss of service, etc) several weeks ago - got undated reply saying I had 28 days to respond or they'd assume it accepted. Responded via 'signed for' letter & got reply saying they'd received it...
