One month now of hassle trying to instal fibre optic. @virginmedia constant hassle. Promised engineers that don’t arrive, promised call backs that never happen, 4 hours on hold, engineer installing wires incorrectly, 4 weeks and still no service. Cannot run business! Help!

@virginmedia I can understand the need for maintenance work to improve your service but why do it during the day when the majority of us are still working from home? At least do it late evening or early morning when no one is using it!

@MoneySavingExp I‘m moving from Virgin to BT & having the same debate. LL really only there as backup. Poor mobile signal, even on wifi. FYI, @virginmedia make it blooming difficult to cancel contract. Transferred to 3 different depts, asked for same info again & again. 1 hour call 🤬
