    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia 2/2 don't tell me you had technicians out there all this time only for stuff to be still broken. Raging isn't the word right now. Outages in this area - 3 out of 3 weeks in a row. Have you tried hiring people who fix the problem rather than patch over it?

    @virginmedia Its just gone down again for the second time today AFTER you fixed the area outage - like get a grip and fix the stuff properly. The whole area just got its Internet back and everyone on virgin in my street is down again. I also want to complainabout your customer service

    @virginmedia Apparently when I used that service yesterday it got registered somehow that my issue was resolved and that’s why I have to wait 24 since I called this morning. I rather not use it again as maybe it resets the clock.

    @virginmedia Called the 'team', advised me to repeat things I've done already, still no better off. Engineer was supposed to phone me within 4 hours and never did......what next? 2 days now without service. Hopeless.
