ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, @VodafoneUK are one complete **** up of a company, thank god I’ve only got a gigacube with them and not my mobile phone, tomorrow I will be released from my contract without penalty or I’ll take this further, no more will I accept this🤬

SIM card changed, Gigacube changed, loads of hours wasted to tech support, same old problems only mean one thing, and like I originally thought it means @VodafoneUK 4G/5G is ****, pure lies on their website stating good coverage, now get me ******** out of this contract #frauds

@VodafoneUK there is no mobile network coverage in the area around Hyde Park Corner in London. It’s been like that for the past month or so: every time I get nearby the mobile internet doesn’t work. Is a tower down or something??

@VodafoneUK Why is your 4G signal so intermittent at Heathrow T5 at the moment? Loads of us that work here haven’t been whats app messages till hours later, phone calls don’t go thru and apps not loading!!

@VodafoneUK has the worst help line structure. Call about broadband and be on hold for 40 minutes, then explain your problems, and get transferred to the wifi experts team? What’s that about. If it’s a broadband issue, just have a number direct to the wifi team.
