    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    So I'm now reaching the end of day 3 with no phone service cos @VodafoneUK can't seem to fix whatever they've done to switch off my service. Had to navigate London with a paper map, no one has been able to get hold of me off Twitter/Facebook.

    @VodafoneUK requested a simple eSIM-2-eSIM swap which you managed to colossally screw up. Worst of all is that neither your Cust Serv nor your TechTeam has any idea why the order is "still in open status" 30 hours later...and I need the phone in order to work remotely! #COVoDa19

    So i'm moving in less than 10 days and need to transfer my internet over for the past 2 weeks 4 times @VodafoneUK have promised to call me back within 24 hours to arrange it. It'll just be easier to cancel the contract and go with someone else at this point.

    @VodafoneUK For a phone company it’s odd that Vodafone is very keen on not having anyone actually call them. I will hang in there (they say they will call me back) and I will try not to rip into the poor soul tasked with my issue . . but they are scraping on my last nerve!
