@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

@VodafoneUK Good luck getting through, can't upgrade on the app and website because they are and always have been terrible, buttons just don't work to go to the next stage, requested call backs to be called back and instantly hung up on, phoned sky mobile as they are cheaper and got through
