Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@VodafoneUK leaving EE to join Vodafone: so far the worst onboarding experience in my life. As an ex Vodafoner I marvel at how Voda didn’t manage to improve in all these years. Get a decent product team!
