    Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

    I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can solve my complaint and prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

    Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

    @VodafoneUK I have used this but it doesnt explain if I get charged or not. It just says if your on a certain plan you will get it free if not its £2 a day. Tbh the price I pay each month on my bill is ridiculous I get nothing from you. I paid less on EE and got benefits. Vodafone is awful

    .@VodafoneUK Website told me to call, so I call, and the automated phone service tells me to use the website. Nothing I say or do will get me through to an operator. I hope you record the responses to the automated service because you'll learn an entire new lexicon of expletives.

    @VodafoneUK Managed to do it now -via livechat. It was changing my DD details onto a joint account. It said I couldn't do it online so I had to ring 191, but the 191 service was doing everything in its power to push me to the website instead of giving me someone to talk to
