    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk whys your WiFi so bad. Can't even game without getting 600 ping. Sent an engineer out to the exchange and one was suppose to come to my house (which they didn't) n I got a text saying it was fixed but it just isn't. **** company

    Loyalty counts for nothing as far as @bt_uk is concerned. My dad who is 86 and housebound pays £52 pm for broadband and for his telly he pays another £52.Thats £104pm!! Currently a new customer can get the same broadband for just £27.99. Hello @SkyUK

    @lollujo @bt_uk Might not be the cheapest option but have you tried any of the satellite broadband providers to see if they can help you with a 30 day rolling contract with them loaning you a DIY install kit?
