The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.

Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
