Wow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

@bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

@bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

@bt_uk we’re upgrading to full fibre today. However for some reason you have cut off our existing broadband from midnight last night, meaning my wife cannot work from home today. It has cause a LOT of stress this morning. Not great for a new customer

@bt_uk so, your engineer didn’t connect us properly last week, your system said we should have an engineer to fix today, but it was mysteriously cancelled and has had to be rebooked. This is a joke as it was messed up from the start. Now paying for something we don’t have.

@bt_uk Never use BT they just signed me up made me wait 2 weeks told me they were activating it today then sent me an email saying they r cancelling because some1 isn't moving. I didn't call me don't know who they called but now im going to have to wait another 2 weeks
