On their comms its in the small print.

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
