    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

    I quite enjoy ringing @bt_uk such lovely professional and caring staff . 40 min call went as if t was 5 mins . Took all the stress of the issue away and felt like I was talking to a friend . Top marks again @bt_uk

    @bt_uk So if my neighbour denies access for whatever reason, the issue will remain unresolved? I'm sorry but that is beyond ridiculous. Meanwhile I am paying for a service not fit for purpose. If I was to cancel my Direct Debit, you'd sure as **** be on me dog on heat. Shocking service.

    @bt_uk still no service, 11 days on, 3 engineers, several phone calls. Openreach engineers have acknowledged the fault, yet nothing is being done, apart from sending through my latest bill!
