    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk I’ve been assured that someone will be over tomorrow morning for installation and will be speaking to someone the day after to resolve the arsing issues.

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk been on hold for 1.5 hours and no one is answering. Internet has gone down 4 times in two days.. ridiculous

    @bt_uk You don't care make changes next year and go to another provider the provider I should have stayed with for when I was with him for 10 old years and I've had no problems at all

    Congratulations to @bt_uk for providing THE worst customer experience ever. Meant to be connected today, complete shambles. Unhelpful customer service, blatant lies, refusal to resolve issue and refusal to let me speak to a manager. Great start!!

    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @bt_uk I’ve cancelled my direct debit for my broadband. 2 years of having the morons at @OpenreachHelp trying to fix it is beyond a joke. All they need to do is employ someone who’s competent at their job and not just blag the repair

    @bt_uk Cleared cache and cookies, waited 30min. No change. It seems the problem lay with my ad blocker though. Soon as I turned that off and refreshed the page, the code appeared!

    @bt_uk Very random, i had to use the link you posted which didn’t work, then click My Bt to login, tried the above on chrome not safari and this time when I saw the same banner it revealed code and I’ve secured one, thanks BT!

    @bt_uk hi, any chance you can let me know why my internet keeps failing please? Anything you can do to fix it? Was ok for the first hour and a half of my WFH shift but now it’s intermittent. The phone updates says there are no issues.

    @MartinSLewis Hi Martin, no broadband from @bt_uk since Wednesday. Lies upon lies and no understanding of having a vulnerable disabled person impacted by lack of access to working broadband. "Well you have to follow the process". Please help. Health and livelihood affected
