    @OpenreachHelp I’ve done that & @bt_uk & yourselves have let me down several times. I was told BT would call me back twice & on both occasions got a text to say to call them to rearrange my appointment. If you’ve an hour to spare call them. Just terrible service.

    @bt_uk So, why do you outsource suppliers who treat residents (who don’t even use you as their internet provider) like crap over the phone and again.. give NO WARNING. My mum now can’t do her job and can’t help very sick terminal patients because she can’t access the internet.

    @bt_uk Some cables were unplugged while my shop was closed and when everything was plugged back in and switched on, the business hub has a flashing purple light and both phone and Internet are not working. Help would be appreciated
