    @bt_uk is there an issue in the SW20 area? Broadband not being picked up on our laptops since yesterday so unable to work! Mobiles ok but can’t work on my mobile!

    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk have had no broadband for 2 days, told it’s a network outage and will be fixed by 12 today... still no internet.. when’s it going to be resolved ?!

    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    So @BTCare Wi-Fi disconnect every 5 mins since approx midday yest. Purple flashing (Halo 3) suggests hardware connectivity issues, which I’ve checked indoors; cables, sockets, etc. So what next, cause in the event log I wouldn’t know my WANs from my LANs or anything in between 😬
