    @bt_uk 7 hours of phone calls and 3 weeks later we are no further forward. Inept advice & rude staff doesn’t help the situation. This seems to be the only street in Edinburgh where only bt can be used! How unlucky are we?! 😱😪

    @bt_uk I work yet you expect me to make another phone call which in all honesty is unlikely to resolve the issue. You want me to chase the problem cos @bt_uk can’t be bothered… I didn’t shut my line down after 5 years with no warning! Hopeless! Sorry but what rotten service.
