    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

    @chris_rugs @bt_uk Did you speak to the engineers and ask them what the issues are? If not, their job notes should be on your fault report as it sounds like there’s a problem that needs further work they couldn’t do on the day.

    @bt_uk wow yesterday I rang BT to complain about overcharges and was told the systems were down and they would ring me back, well nearly 24hours later am still waiting. Worse customer service ever, how do they stay-in business, virgin media here I come!!

    @bt_uk I was reporting the death of my mother and wanted to cancel the broadband because my father is 94 and can’t use it. They said I would lose the number which he has had for so long. He lives alone and the phone is critical for him. I transferred the broadband to safeguard it

    Hey @bt_uk I haven't been able to play any music for a day as my WiFi is unstable according to @Sonos Working from home yesterday was difficult too. I'm getting somewhat sick of the quality of your service.

    @bt_uk Was supposed to have an engineer come out today and regrade BB however no engineer turned up and it says that the engineer couldn't access our property? we've been in all day, no access issues
