@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

@bt_uk Hi @bt_uk I’ve had about 7 call handlers from customer service … 3 engineers 2 turned up , a new hub sent and still doesn’t work … .. only provider in area and nowhere to go so 9 days now .. no internet … unreal from a global company 👏🏻

@bt_uk We have a BT 4G hub using EE network for wifi and we suffer BBC iPlayer not working, TED talks not working, and now the network dropping out when on BBC news site. BT Mobile technical team have acknowledged the fault is with BT but months have now passed. What's happening?

@bt_uk When am not working I’ll try and call are u able to call on a Sunday ? Also the router and phone line is downstairs I have a booster in the room tried Ethernet and wifi from the booster & still same results I reset the router earlier I’ll find out if that works when am back home
