For gods sake @bt_uk not only has my extortionate bt broadband been down for most of the day but I’ve now been on hold for almost 40 minutes for the 3rd call I’ve made today. Shite.

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk The only thing for me Martin is when the Hub3 or WiFi6 routers will be available for us Halo2 900 user's as currently Hub2 is WiFi5 and at best half speed. But I have to say I've no issues with service or support.

As an indication of how slow our @bt_uk connection is today, it took 3 minutes 12 seconds from entering my gmail address and the password page loading. We have a 32Mbps contractual guarantee and it is currently 240Kbps. This kind of staggeringly bad service was why we left Sky.

@bt_uk A renewal! Everything was working but renewal price was dearer than offers online. Called in to check why? Got price match. Then ongoing issues since with all WiFi discs being disconnected and 10days later still not working as per contract agreed

Anyone know how I can terminate my @bt_uk contract early. Its hands down the worst service I have ever had. Had faults galore and never been offered any compensation or resolution. Now got issues again with recordings. Cannot wait to go back to @skytv

@bt_uk I have tried absolutely everything. I have reported it several times, have had a lovely engineer out, have had the line and number disconnected then reconnected. I have honestly tried everything - this has been an issue for a couple of years now at least. I am at my wits end.
