    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam on phone to your help team and even they don’t know how to fix WiFi issue. No devices can connect and password not recognised, even though same p/W worked yesterday and same devices were connected. Can’t access hub either as it’s down/page won’t load. Any ideas?
