But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

@SkySports Problem is you started off in the wrong foot. You started this at time BLM were wrecking the country and forcing white people to "take the knee" and now its being enforced in sport. I know its technically different this campaign, but timing means the 2 are linked.
