    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down . I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Which has told me my router setup is the issue, yet you’re fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange? Can you inform your customers there’s a problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I am trying to speak to someone about my account. An error has incurred £2100 in call charges in a 24hr period and the telephone help service won’t put me through to customer services until the balance is cleared. The charges also go beyond the £50 spend cap!
