    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

    I don’t often rant but @skyuk the 9 hrs we’ve wasted with your customer service is a joke. I’ve been a customer of yours from day 1 how on earth do you cancel someone’s broadband & tell them you can’t reinstate it until December 31st #WFH

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

    @SkyUK there's no signals at all. Can't use WiFi. Rubbish service as usual. Since 3pm no service. Why I am paying @skytv @SkyHelpTeam can't watch anything at all on my days off 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam I currently have a fixed IP with your "Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro" which you no longer support so I can't change anything on my package as I will lose my fixed IP... It looks like I might have to change ISP to get a fixed IP going forward (unless I can have your business broadband?)

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I did all the speed tests and connection tests, nothing showed up as an issue. But for the hub/router to keep resetting there is clearly an issue with it. I've reset it unplugged it everything it states to do online and still the issue happens,

    @SkyHelpTeam Having to call back in 3 days to see if you can beat my BT renewal offer seems counter productive. Had to cancel a home move due to BT owning the line in the new house but now I’m in “pre-registered” status and should call back in 3 days Never straight forward 🥱

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Becca I finally got sorted at 2000 last night after waiting another 58 minutes. I understand that everyone is busy but the web service is not fit for purpose in my opinion.
