  @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at £24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to £27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.

  Hey @SkyUK had no signal for weeks. Engineer confirms its a line of sight issue that is your fault and tells me to move to stream. Call and told to pay £40 for something not my fault. Been with you nearly 12 years, still have no TV as I'm not paying. Was told a manger would call
