    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    @benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

    @SkyHelpTeam The screen has has a message since yesterday “your box is initialising, please return back in the future” - now saying they HD box is not getting a satellite signal - I need someone to call him to sort this out

    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @SkySports As an honest Ronaldo fan, I have to admit Im sick and tired of watching him goal poach the last 7 years. Waiting in the penalty box all game for service for 90 minutes. Wish I would have watched total football and enjoy Messi earlier on to bring love back to the beautiful game

    @SkyHelpTeam I do this everytime and sometimes it says there is a problem so I disconnect everything wait a few minutes then reconnect and it’s fine for a few hours or a day. The internet speed is consistently slow aswell.

    @SkyHelpTeam why does Sky broadband keep dropping out at least daily, which with todays reliance on broadband connection is not acceptable, this is an ongoing issue which is getting worse. Think its time to look for a new provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam, me again, we are still having issues and trying to finish work that has been held up all day. Nobody is able to give me a straight answer or even pick up the phone. I’m tired. I’ve missed teaching. My partner missed time in court hearings. You’ve done nothing.
