    @SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @SkyHelpTeam not the greatest service I expected for paying nearly £40 per month for home tel/Broadband, 1mont poor service and it just feels no one is interested in getting it fixed, feel really let down. I am takin service back to EE.

    @virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    This isn't a suck up to the BBC, but the slower more rigourous fact checking that they do is what the world's most expensive game deserves. Yes, sometimes it's very slow, sometimes SkySports are first to the party, but there's countless times that they've abused this influence.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, multiple issues. My phone swap has been cancelled as you say you don’t have it, but I have proof of delivery - 2nd time this has happened. Im being charged for a wife booster I don’t have and for evening and weekend calls despite being on ultra fast broadband.

    If my @SkyUK Wi-Fi goes off one more time whilst I’m trying to send an email I shall be taking the matter further legally. You have the cheek to increase the price whilst my Wi-Fi is dropping out 3-4 times a day absolute garbage

    @SwannyHypno @SkySports I wouldn’t hold your breath. Red Bull would never let that happen - as soon as Perez got close results wise start of last season it was quickly shut down. Rosberg & Hamilton were allowed to race by Mercedes

    @LilliMeps @SkyHelpTeam cancel and re-order with any other provider you'll get the same date, possibly an even later date. Also its a domestic broadband service and has no provision for WFH as per Ofcom regulation or SLA so you'll need to make alternative arrangements like going to the office
