    @mac1882thfc @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Been with @virginmedia in the past & had loads of issues with them in my area unfortunately & the hiking up on charges was not helpful despite being a loyal customer of 16 years & poor customer services attitude.

    @SkyHelpTeam so we are still waiting for the engineer who was due between 5-7pm. He can’t be contacted, your phone isn’t answered. Really glad we paid extra for the premium service.

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    Excellent work from @SkyUK Rang to cancel last month, they persuade me to do a home move (with promise of a new box) We move, technician gives me an almost decade old box with no WiFi built in. Ring to cancel again, promise a Sky Q box. No one completes the order, or rings me.✅

    @rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been resolved. I had been without internet for the entire evening last night re Norbury. But there are often outages with the broadband so nothing new. When theres another problem I'll be in touch.

    Good Food TV channel has moved with Food Network! Its annoying, as now it doesnt provide subtitles no more. Someone that is impartially deaf. Its not easy watching it. Please provide the subtitles!! #subtitle @GoodFoodChannel @food_network_ @FoodNetwork_UK @SkyHelpTeam @BDA_Deaf

    @SkyUK so the latest appointment for customer services and an appointment to “swap a mini box” is a whole month...I pay OVER £120 a month and have done for a decade and this is the BEST sky can do....seriously this is pathetic

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, an engineer came to sort out the problem, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. An engineer is coming 2day but the Internet is working now but it could go anytime, its like a ticking time bomb and that's without mentioning that the Xmas period was a disaster

    @SkyHelpTeam Not able to download any programmes on SkyQ. This problem has been ongoing since November. It appears to be a common problem. I have spoken to Sky twice and gone through all possible fixes. It’s not my internet connection. Is Sky dealing with this?
