@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

@SkyHelpTeam It is back up and running now, but it went down two more times last night. We have our WiFi, channels and phones with Sky and like I say my phone bill on mobile data only keeps racking up as the WiFi keeps going down. As I said I'm happy to pass my phone bill back to Sky to pay
