    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

    @SkyHelpTeam vulnerable parents have been left without a telephone for two days. They don’t have mobile phones.This is their only link to their family and to make emergency calls.Telephone your CC yesterday, aware -external fault, told it would be sorted today. Hasn’t happened!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you understand me at all. I’m saying workmen turned up with no warning. They ripped cables down and were taking the telephone pole down. We weren’t warned of any work.

    @SkyHelpTeam having real trouble with the paramount+ app on my Sky Q 2TB box, it won't play hardly any video's, just crashes and says I should reset my router!, very frustrating ! Please fix !

    1 hr & counting on phone with @SkyUK after no one showed up for our broadband setup appt. between 8:00 & 13:00 today. It’s now 18:30. Their solution? Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam Impossible to get through to anyone! I’ve had no internet or phone line for at least 16 hours! Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said I’m not home right now and because there was no internet at home for two hours my dad was forced to go into London to work. I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

    After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @SkyHelpTeam why can the engineer come and take down my old dish, then tell me he can’t climb the ladder to install sky q as can’t secure the ladder, so then climbs the same ladder to fit the old one. We have problems with sky and said this is the way to fix it as no TV.

    @beccaburton8 @SkyHelpTeam When we had this issue it was always to do with the main box that was causing the issues. We used to unplug that and turn it off as well as turning all minis off wait a while just turn the main one back on, make sure it connected to network and working then turn the minis on x

    @MoustacheHis @SkySports Liverpool fans were telling us Fabinho was a top 3 CB in the league. They told us Thiago was twice the player Bruno is. Leicester have had huge injury problems this season with a much cheaper squad and are sitting above Liverpool.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to message you about an issue with my internet and it just keeps saying ‘press the button below about your issue’ but there are no buttons. Also tried calling you yesterday but the wait time was 45 minutes!!
