These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

Mrs_Stuey (@mrs_stuey) reported@SkyHelpTeam Rebooted already, still doesn’t help. I’ve just tried to watch doctors (don’t judge me lol) and it was completed delayed. Both recorded and live. I’ve also done a hidden where you press 001 reset I think it’s called? That didn’t work either.

As a result they can’t get some channels back on air right now, but as The Box is on air, it is being used as a back up to have something broadcasting on the slot
