The @StarSportsIndia team for cricket match is very bad perhaps the worst. The host has no good knowledge. They just hero worship some Indian players, don't ask good questions and keep on dramatizing unnecessarily. Learn something from @SkySports they are the best.

The customer service from Sky is abysmal! @SkyHelpTeam Nothing ever gets resolved without jumping from one dept to another. The ridiculous waiting times and then their systems will be down and no one bothers to call back even after requesting. Appalling stuff!

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer cancelled without notification. I've wasted time off work waiting around for nothing. I've been given a month's free broadband as compensation but TBH I've only been with Sky for 2 months and am very unhappy with the broadband reliability and the poor customer service.
