@denbighbaz @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we had the same. Full reset done on Sunday, not fixed so engineer visit today. Engineer confirmed it is a known fault apparently linked to some broadband providers only. He couldn’t fix but referred to his colleagues who have fixed remotely - all seems okay. Hope this helps!

Not happy at all with the response from @SkyHelpTeam, been a customer for over 7 years, this year upgraded from a sky HD+ box to a SkyQ box. Just bought a new 4k TV and noticed that my box will not do UHD. At no point did the sales person on the call say it was the basic box.
