A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

An engineer come out a week ago and solved my issues. I do not need an engineer tomorrow. Can you please cancel this appointment.

Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

Andrew Foster (@MrAFoster) reported@SkyHelpTeam Pointless because i know enough to see from the router logs that the problem exists on the WAN connection side. When the dropouts occur, the diagnostics on the router show the WAN port is still connected but no packets are being received from the switch.
