    @virginmedia Thanks I checked earlier but it says no known issues. I also checked the guide for the lights on the front and it’s a connection problem / constant software download as it’s flashing green. Works for 5 mins then reboots and spends ages all flashing green again. 3 hours now.

    @virginmedia I wasn't complaining at all, just commenting on how Virgin is on top of its game. My broadband was only down for half an hour, no dramas. And your field tech was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on. All good here.

    @virginmedia I cancelled my direct debit on 28th September, I gave my 30 days notice, I’m now being pursued for money I don’t owe in a new tariff I didn’t agree to. Phoned customer service, systems have crashed allegedly, can’t help. I followed procedure
