    @virginmedia Ooo a response! Now I have a dilemma - do I have to complain about the length of time it took to even try to help me with my original complaint? I do sincerely hope I actually get somewhere this time. The time I have spent trying to resolve this is astronomical!

    @virginmedia Tues realised we’d been hacked via phishing email. Contacted Customer Service everyday for help & they have been useless. Told us they would turn our emails off for 48hrs to secure it. They’re can’t now get us back on despite 📞over an hr.😡

    @virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

    I've been a Virgin bband customer for 12 years. Never had a complaint. They changed my wifi router in Sept and I've had many intermittent issues. The customer service has been ******* appalling. My contract is up in Jan; Im gone. Any suggestions of a good provider? @virginmedia
