    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam For >36 hours it has stated “There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this. Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

    So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

    @mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK yes same as my elderly neighbour because he doesn’t have an email address they charge him a further 30£ extra a month and still can’t get his new sky box and recording woking properly .. rang back and no one could help him solve this .. disgusting service for the elderly 😡

    @rickybutcher_ @Sportybilly Couple of things; Ticket prices at the venue ≠ tv audiences. You know that, yes? But… For SkyUK, 2025 RC is its highest rating ever. It was also the most watched golf event in SkyUK history. 06 Sun: 1.1m peak on BBC 25 Sun: 5m peak on SS You sure ratings are “way down”?

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked with @SkyUK The amount of elderly who never knew they were paying for movies or other services....people who were given Netflix free for 3 months then charged and the elderly never knew. Sky has no moral compass. The agents are on commission too!

    So it turns out that One Touch Switch and continuing you service until new service is active doesn’t mean anything to @SkyUK No broadband for two days, despite having paid for it as well.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've raised multiple complaints about incorrect “additional location” charges on my account despite never using my Sky Pucks outside my home. Provided evidence twice, no response, & still charged £26. Unacceptable. Formal complaint made. Resolve urgently. @SkyUK
