@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

@birtydave @SkySports PL clubs in a few years are going to suffer I think, and take a big hit from TV broadcasters. It's working well at moment because of Prime, BT, and Sky competing to keep contracts high. If subscriptions continue to go down as this thread suggests, they aren't going to pay as much

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. The information provided states Samsung Galaxy S8 is not supported for 4G calling, but Vodafone states it is compatible on their network. Is it therefore network specific rather than handset specific?
