@SkyHelpTeam once again I cannot access my email from my phone or tablet. It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo. Please sort this out.

@SkyHelpTeam @SuspiciousGame1 No they’re not. And on top of having flaky broadband from Sky, I’m also on Sky Mobile which now has no signal at all. Thank god for also have a work phone on a different network.
