    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    I tried to contact @skytv as my contract expired & I wanted to cancel a product I don't watch. Took ages to get through, and I ended up with a non-uk call centre who just tried to flog me stuff as I'm a "Diamond customer". Waste of time. Any ideas on actual service @SkyHelpTeam

    .@SkyHelpTeam i have recently renewed my sky tv contract and part of the package is the UHD upgrade. However, I’ve been advised that this is only a benefit if you have sports and cinema which we don’t have - I believe we have been misold this product. How do I submit a complaint

    @SkyHelpTeam any reason why mobile data in Nantwich is currently lagging on 3G? Normally get 4G so nothing been connecting until I get back on WiFi. Also when are you going to sort out signal in Chester city centre - drops to nothing! No calls or data.
