@SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

@SkyHelpTeam It's all working now. The reason for my tweet was than when I called, I went through the automated troubleshooting again (the same as the app), then told I was going to be connected to a support rep, only to get the out of hours message. Bad customer experience.

@SkySports With the 4 year World Cup cycle and the 4 year euro cycle players international players get very little down time as it is. I think that keeping it as it is plus reducing the numerous friendlies would be a better idea
