Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. Also, when I left Sky, they eventually offered the sports package at £20 pm for me to stay, but I had other issues with them, so was leaving whatever they offered.
