    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why direct me to article about compensation for total loss of service when I’ve said many times it’s an intermittent problem? I need to be able to rely on broadband which I currently can’t.

    I was warned, don't move to @SkyUK. Having ignored this advice, unfortunately, I can confirm poor customer service. @SkyHelpTeam comprised of bots, hours of online chat, repeating the same info, yet no resolution and a week without service and broken promises 😠

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my husband died I tried to speak to Three to cancel his mobile plan. They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I was also told by his car insurance co that they didn't consider me next of kin?!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how hard all this is. For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around £300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for £25 outstanding bill lol

Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
