    @SkyUK I just gave up and have decided to stay with the **** service that I get at Virgin. What a pity. I was actually quite excited about getting away from Virgin because for the past five days the immediate postcode has been without service. Don’t say I didn’t try…Jeff

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Still no resolution to near fatality caused@by not fit for purpose Glass wall mount. I am still waiting on a resolution. @BBCWatchdog i emailed you last week about this. Still no response.

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    Internet still down locally (CR4) It's affected my workplace, local shops, library etc..It's been out for over 24hrs for some places/people..@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam, any idea when normal service will resume?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that. So again…is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, local issue reported, which could take up to 2 hrs to resolve (I first got this response when I checked at around 10pm last night) thanks for your quick response!

    @SkyUK your service is crap! All I wanna do is put my programme on and sleep! But I can’t! The sky box’s have no signal! My iPad and phone have no internet!! How hard can it be?? 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    @ChrisTallant @SkyHelpTeam Nothing, its an Ofcom regulation so probably best to get a grip and stop complaining about having to enter a 4 digit number to watch some shows on your luxury TV service when some people in this world are fighting wars or struggling to heat their homes or eat basic food

    @SkyHelpTeam I have contacted sky twice and they assure me they can’t help which is absurd. They say they will complete a feedback form. I have a Son with a life threatening long term illness and I’m going to be left with no phone. I have to return my iPhone 14 to cancel the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam why does you mobile network have such a poor signal ? For months this has been an issue , even in cities phone calls cut off , or you miss words. It’s not acceptable

    Be very careful when upgrading your handset when you have a Sky mobile contract. I have been missold and sky ‘can’t’ help so I’m off to #Ofcom and the financial ombudsman. @SkyUK

    @SkyUK why when you have been asked multipul times to take the money on the 6th are you still trying to take it at the end of each month , now you have cut me off I have no security system in place now all the cameras are down and I can't leave the bloody house with out it !!!
