    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    @SkyHelpTeam Why direct me to article about compensation for total loss of service when I’ve said many times it’s an intermittent problem? I need to be able to rely on broadband which I currently can’t.

    @lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

    @ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

    Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, BT Sport has just disappeared from my subscription. I just spent 30m to speak to someone in cust service who then transferred me to the Value Team - who aren’t working today! How can I get someone to speak to me about this without having to call and wait again?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download some stuff on SkyGo on my iPhone. Never usually have issues. Tried restarting the app as suggested and still won’t work. Error code is 91-1, I have put this into your “nifty” error search engine and it doesn’t recognise it. What’s gone wrong?

    @SkyHelpTeam What's the trick to get to talk to a person. Not a chat robot or automated call? I mean there must be a way. Please have a world with line manager and ask them. The system must have a work around. It is not right to leave a elderly customer with no phone for 6 days.

    @leytonorientfc @SkySports @SkyBetLeagueTwo Glad we are getting spotlighted on tele, but why does it have to be so f**king early and not on the 27th. Why couldn’t it be an evening game on Boxing Day. 12:30 games are never good games.
