@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@MartinSLewis With @SkyUK and no real desire to leave, but frustrated by a Black Friday deal offering 18 months at £30 (normally £35) for improved speeds, but unable to get this via the app and website for my account. Showing as £32. Do they just think I’ll accept? Poor!

@SkyHelpTeam Something else I can add to the complaint then, absolutely nobody wants to help to resolve this! Another case of happy to take money but any issues then it's heads in the sand. What would happen if I cancel my DD? Oh yes you would cut services! Shockingly poor customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Not sure, they've said the same thing 4 times already, then don't get in touch. One said, I'd get an email with an update 24 hours later, I didn't, this was 2 months ago. I'm fine with being patient and waiting for an update, but 2 months with my issue unresolved is pushing it.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. I've phoned multiple times, and each time, they tell me that the issue will be sorted or someone will update me within 24-48 hours, and then I don't hear anything.

@chriskettle3 @SkyHelpTeam Cancel your DD and find out. Definitely won't have your services being billed for a couple of months of which you will be contractually obliged to pay. Hope you stop moaning for long enough to get it resolved for yourself :)
