@SkyUK are you ever going fix the @SpotifyUK app for Sky Q or are you going to just allow it to freeze and crash the box after about 3 songs forever? It’s been like this for about 12 months at least. I keep trying in the hope you might have sorted it but still nothing.

@SkyUK please expand your service in Plymouth virgin media currently have the monopoly in my area and there service is shocking we wanted to move but can only get basic internet. I WFH and I game so the speeds are too slow on your basic internet!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes the only offer I am getting is to buy a service plan to get an earlier engineer visit! Frustrating, I am now looking into cancelling! No sky until June! Credit is not acceptable
