    Shocking service by @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. Why has taken me 3 calls to you where I've been promised a call back to arrange an engineer, plus a wasted day off work when the engineer no-showed to achieve NOTHING. Week 3 and zero progress.

    @SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

    @SkyUK why do your SkyQ boxes refuse to play nicely with my @Ubiquiti APs? Every other device on the network has internet yet the sky boxes drop internet and fail to work every other day 🙄

    So according to @SkyUK advisors on the phone, they arent allowed to put phone down on you. Twice now they’ve put the phone down on me. Disgusting. Also my contract is nearing the end and youve put my up by £30. And told me they will see if they’ve any deals. I dont want a deal.

    Very disappointed with my @SkyUK service. I moved and was initially told March 8th, which then became the 12th for activation. I have had no service since I moved in. Each time I've called they said it's @OpenreachHelp I have spent so much on BT WIFI and....
