@SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@nimnil @SkyUK I think I could cancel my @SkyUK contract and get a new provider to sign me up and install a new line quicker than it would take Sky to send someone out to take a look at it. I mean, probably not, but that's what it feels like. Massively frustrating.
