    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

    Has anyone face a bill increase & poor customer service from @SkyHelpTeam during this period. I’m aware I’m owed more than £300 pounds due to the poor broadband service since 2018/19

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why I have to keep reactivating my sky q mini box every day? My main sky q box isn’t hard wired to the router nor is my sky q mini all though I could do that, would it help.

    .@SkyHelpTeam I'm stuck in a loop with your tech team. Internet keeps dropping out but connection to house is fine - issue with router. Tech team won't replace as the only way to get a new one is to upgrade my package. Stuck with broken router and a contract till December. Help.
