Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least.
