  Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

  @SkyHelpTeam For >36 hours it has stated “There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this. Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

  @SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

  Shocking service from @DPDUkHelp44 . Waited in for my @SkyHelpTeam product to be delivered. Get message saying they have missed me . Then send a picture of a different street. Nothing they can do as driver route is pre planned.
