    @SkyHelpTeam In Feb I called your customer service team before my contract was due to expire. They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.

    After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.

    @SkyHelpTeam are there problems in NN2 area? Internet was in and out in Friday and is poor today. Have reset box several times and followed steps to check signal which says is fine - but it is clearly not. Making it really difficult to work form home

    @SkyHelpTeam there is a fault on our line and we await an engineer visit but in the meantime it's a disaster - 2 secondary school kids unable to do any lessons and 2 full-time workers unable to work. Can you escalate? "2-4 days" is a big problem.
