The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

-
Nine Elms Arts Ministry - Rev. Betsy Blatchley (@9ElmsArtsRev) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandLoving the @VitalityBlast but please can the @SkySports commentators focus on the game. The funny stories are fine in a slow moving test match but annoying and disrespectful in a T20 of this calibre #SuperKent

-
Cat (@canuckinlondon9) reported from Paddington, England@SkyUK very disappointed that Sky thinks it’s acceptable to tell someone they have to wait 3-5 days to@know when they are able to fix a loss of service - while working from home this is causing potential loss of income and/ or increase in cost for alternative solution
-

-
Jeannie Dumas (@Dumes618) reported from Hammersmith, England@SkyHelpTeam I’m afraid this is a poor excuse. Given the current climate as a result of the covid pandemic @SkyUK has had a year to figure out how to expedite their services to customers that are stranded and without wifi

Tom McCarthy (@TomMcCarthy92) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’m not sure why you’re surprised. This has always been the case with sky. You’re paying £90 a mth to watch the exact same TV that they are advertising the exact same channels to a new customer for £50 per mth. Mind boggling! No customer loyalty at all, yet we all still pay it

Countess Quilterdown. I marched. (@Quilterdown) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Technically, if your contract has ended then surely you are a "new" customer? It's something that winds me up - insurance, mobile phone etc. Contract ending then we should be treated as new customers to ensure we don't go somewhere else.
