    Day25 of no internet. Today when I called @SkyHelpTeam they told me that despite three visits I do indeed have no broadband & @OpenreachHelp are waiting for planning permission to dig up the road! WTF!

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    @SkyUK Haha unbelievable I just came back to sky..after cancelling my contract I got promise after promise of it will be better.. but still you never fail to disappoint

    Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports Strange decision for me, they backed him in the summer with a lot of money then sack him after a bad run, only to appoint a manager who’s last job was at a club that piss the league every season anyway? If you’re sacking him at least replace him with a better manager.
