Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

@SkyHelpTeam Rang Sky and after completing all checks and updates still no signal so engr visit arranged for this am.Then my Sky came back on late on 14 Jan. Thanks for arranging engr quickly and when he rang this am I canc the visit.Steve was very nice &said I had not wasted his time.Thanks.
