    What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    Worst worst customer service from @SkyUK ...... been waiting all day for engineer to turn up .... still no sign Tried calling all day and there useless automated system is from the dark ages !!!! So can’t speak to no one to see what is going on ??

    2. @SkyHelpTeam your staff are unable to give me a date for a visit from and engineer to rectify the issue. I think I have been patient enough so have asked one of your competitors to install a new line to the property and supply broadband. You have until the 9th to sort it.

    @OpenreachHelp Engineer ‘installed’ fibre at my property - not in the room I requested, but assured me it would work (it doesn’t). Raised complaint via @SkyHelpTeam. Apparently takes you 8 days to respond - any way this can be sped up?

    @SkyHelpTeam The health check isn’t finding a problem, but there still is one. Went through the steps, it now needs to be turned off at the wall because resetting it caused the power light to stay red
