    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    .@SkyUK why would you not let folks stream HD on SkyGo Extra even though we pay extra for HD.. The stream is already there when viewing it on @NOWTVSport just fix it already 🤬😡 #skygo #SkyUK

    @OpenreachHelp what is the matter with your staff for 4 weeks @SkyUK has been trying to get you to come out and fix a faulty line for my parents who are classed as cat1 yet we have heard pretty much every excuse going and today im being told to move to another provider 1/2

    By @SkyUK that the job was sent to @OpenreachHelp multiple times they been told they have the highest priority due to the state of my mum illness and things will be done asap which is lies everyday because of your failure to help when promised we have to take days of work 3/4

    Hang your head in shame @virginmedia leaving an elderly lady (with health problems) without a TV & telephone for 2 weeks, persistant lies engineers will attend and dont turn up!!!!! Disgrace Shes now gone to @skytv @SkyUK who were very helpful and all sorted within 30mins!!!
