    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I got one response that didn’t answer the question and then nothing else. Sadly I will have to call tomorrow and block up the lines that should be for key workers. It will be to cancel.

    My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad these last few weeks I’ve used all my phone data and had to buy a bolt for the first time ever. Can’t get through to them on the phone either 🤬🤬

    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam Correct and every time we call we start from the beginning again. We have had 2 engineers from openreach on site who say the fault is with sky. We have registered a complaint which has been closed, how can you do this when you know we have no resolution.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, still having problems. The router keeps blinking on and off, by the time the self help tries to diagnose what the issue is it comes back on and tells me the issue has been resolved

    @SkyUK this is ridiculous. I’ve had no internet during the day and have to go to somewhere else so I can do my job! Called sky they have arranged a technician to come. But ever since they have booked the technician and the Internet is not working at all!!

    @SkyHelpTeam your broadband is about atrocious! Every 5/15 minutes it disconnects! Have reset the modem itself many times and still the same issue. Very frustrating and a waste of money.
