@SkyHelpTeam having real trouble with the paramount+ app on my Sky Q 2TB box, it won't play hardly any video's, just crashes and says I should reset my router!, very frustrating ! Please fix !

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

@SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

@SkyHelpTeam Last time I had a similar issue about 4 months ago it was like 5/6 days to fix but included weekend, got zero compensation as only working days counted, and paltry few gb added to plan when probs went thru about 50. Don’t expect any accurate information from updates

@LisettaWren @proberto_carlos @SkyHelpTeam It’s not rude it’s correct. I work fro home and it’s been affected all day and potentially tomorrow and they can’t even update their service pages with the issue. It’s clearly a serious problem to be down so long so we need more info.
