@SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam You will arrive and it will be working fine, then it will go off after you leave. Rinse and repeat. We have multiple smart tv, games consoles, phones etc and nothing has this issue.
