@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?

@SkyHelpTeam - sky glass has been awful over Xmas ( and intermittently throughout 2022) it continues to buffer, freeze, randomly switch itself off, run to fast or run to slow and more than twice a day BBCiplayer crashes. V disappointed told nothing you can do just log it!
