@dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

@SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

Dear @SkyUK My son and my wife gave you their PAC codes on Sunday. They were told they’d be transferred to #SkyMobile Tuesday. 48 hours on and it's still not working properly. Please HELP!

@dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

@SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

@SkyHelpTeam bloody ridiculas I've spent litterally hours on your FB trying to sort out a constant problem that's even effecting the movie channels now... You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

@SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

@SpeedwayEuro Time to find a more reliable TV partner to showcase your events as @Eurosport seem to treat it with contempt as on more than one occasion they have cut in late and missed races. @SkySports or @btsport would be a better partner. #LetsMakeSpeedway

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks again. There is not a number behind that step I'm afraid. It just takes me back to the offers page which, again, does not display the offer from the letter. This whole episode makes me more inclined to cancel Sky than upgrade! I don't suppose you can give me the number?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your quick response. I have tried that page and the £9 offer does not appear on it. If you go to the Contact Us options and then to Upgrade my Package you just go back to the same page without the offer! Others say they have had the same problem. Does this offer exist?
