They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

    Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

    @RobGooders @jffcpfc @SkySports I’ve seen it from all Angles . No heads actually clashed - he leant in and pushed his chest at him. Zaha pushes him in the face so that should a red ... but I agree just let it go as caps was stupid and was baiting him. Meanwhile - elbow in face on Kabasele ....

    @Taylan_Gul @SkySportsPL @SkySports Rt it’s stupid what he did by saying I don’t want to say it but then proceeds to say it 😭 but ngl being here 6 months at the club his fitness should be way better and technique physicality and skill wise he’s ready for the prem which is what’s so disappointing about him

    @inrickmansworth @UKPowerNetworks @OpenreachHelp @Observer_Owl Apparently it’s an Openreach thing. We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

    @SkyUK I’m a bit disappointed, I was waiting for a call back the other day and it never happened. Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    @SkyHelpTeam I think you need to read my tweet again. How can I speak to an advisor when your helpline is not working? But in all honesty the lack of help I received the other day from an advisor telling me I have to monitor the problem myself I don’t think your helpline would do me any good

    @UTDDrizzy @SkySports I think Christmas specials make a lot more sense when over 90% of the population celebrates it. Only 3% of the population are black and frankly, we never even wanted that 3% to come here. The government just forced them on us.

    @SkyHelpTeam @joelycett I have emailed your show to take my case on - these people owe me over £100 we have had every excuse in the book from accounts that disappear upon death to the cheques in the post to well be in touch. Every deadline 3-5, 28, 31 days and any day now has been broken

    @SkyHelpTeam Admittedly during pandemic, but literally took months of calling & emailing to cancel. Ever since then, I get incredibly aggressive phonecalls, where the person doesn't listen to a word I say, and just talks over me. Each call confirms my decision to cancel. Not coming back!
