    @SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

    Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?

    @SkyHelpTeam having real trouble with the paramount+ app on my Sky Q 2TB box, it won't play hardly any video's, just crashes and says I should reset my router!, very frustrating ! Please fix !

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I know all that. I have just spent 20 minutes going through the reset process and it’s working again. Why does it keep happening? Before this new router it was rarely if ever a problem. Now it happens too often for me to complain every time on Twitter.

    @SkyHelpTeam It would be really helpful if you could just give me the number. I’ve done the test which tells me sky is having problems and to try later. I’ve tried the contact us section which just takes me back to testing my line, then I go round in the same circle again.

What Raducanu did was historic - as in never having been done before in the history of tennis in the open era. Laura Kenny CBE & Charlotte Dujardin CBE have won plenty of accolades, don't begrudge Raducanu this one

    @SkyHelpTeam Some time. But the solution to people complaining about the pause bar (which was also an issue) is removing the pause bar or blanking the screen NOT making the entire screen the same as the pause bar so instead of degrading one line you permanently etch your logo into it!

    @SkyHelpTeam continual problem over last 2-3 weeks with outage in Cardiff CF23. Lots of colleague and contacts c/o same -help please. Trying to wfh to stay covid safe. This makes it impossible.

    @BrokenLizard22 @SkySports Tier 2 sides will benefit massively, where Tier 1 sides may have capped a player to hold them down, but then never called them up again. They can now play for the country who they've ties to, and who actually wants them
