@SkyHelpTeam hi I need your help ! Every night my interrogation goes down between 12.30 and 3 am !! During this time I have no internet access ive tried running tests abs they say an engineer needs to visit them after 3am it comes back ! Why am I losing internet every night ???

@SkyHelpTeam They have failed to make a payment, they then paid via the sky box and set up a direct debit, but the Q box hasn't updated and when we call it asks us to set up a payment again. We need a call to help. So they don't pay twice.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I managed to reset their password, small miracle in itself and sort. But it was frustrating that there was no option to talk to a adviser and they were blocked out of any help. They are useless with all tech, emails etc.
