    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    @SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam absolutely beyond a joke!! home move 14th July was cancelled, assured service would remain. Copper cut 19th July! 8th August new fibre to be installed.... 6th October still no service!!!!!!!!! Sort it out NOW. Hrs on the phone to Sky!! #worstservice

    @SkyHelpTeam I've called this morning! and several times since July. For hours! All you do is 'chat' message with OpenReach and they just keep budging along updates. Is it acceptable to delay service for over 3 months?! Your advisor said its ridiculous now. NO ownership from you - always me!

    @SkyHelpteam no broadband for 8 days and the much needed engineer visit didn’t happen today as promised on your system this morning and has now been marked as complete….. still I’m promised a call back within 24 to complain so that’s alright then problem solved….. 🤬🤬🤬

    @wired2thebrink @SkyHelpTeam If you mean a cancellation has been placed then no you need to wait for the line the cancel down before you can place a new order or your new orders will just keep failing so looks like you’ll be without internet for 2 weeks or so.
