To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo.
