@virginmedia Hi! Our WiFi is constantly dropping out and not working even when the lights on the box look fine. And it can’t even reach around the whole house and it’s definitely not a big house! Is there any way you could sort it out as it has been a problem for a while. Thanks.

@virginmedia Dont use the virgin router switch off wifi buy another router and use the virgin one as a modem. I did this at another property and its fixed all my issues apart from the dns issue. Thats an issue due to the way the virgin router works

@dowenb @highlight If you’re using Virgin Media cable then this isn’t the same technology as the rate adaptive technology used in ADSL and VDSL, so you don’t have a sync speed to monitor. One issue you can have with Cable can be an increase in latency especially under load.

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia Well we already had an engineer out and even he confirmed its the most problematic router virgin has given out. Especially with the dns issues. We also have 6 people in a 3 story house. We were told adding wifi extenders also cause issues so we cant even get signal now...

I got confirmation from O2 regarding Volt benefits but it has only been applied to one contract not both, it's not showing up on the other, I had nobconfirmation from virgin media and the service has not been updated cc @O2 @virginmedia

@virginmedia That wasn't expressing frustration it was making a suggestion. You can't constantly be 'busier than expected' can you? At some point, you must surely start to expect the busyness and staff up to cut wait times and improve service? Assuming you care about customers that is.

@virginmedia @virginhelp The policy was misold in June. In October I called I have been made to feel terrible! I was advised 2 complaints were raised…no outcome. Today a manager demeaned me!!! I have been paying for 13 years with 4 contracts!!! I don’t need a free phone which she accused me of saying!
