    @virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

    @virginmedia very poor customer service asked to down grade service as no longer in contract after spending 30 mins. All done. Get an email nothing changed back in contract called back 40 mins on hold then agent hung up. Called back again office closed Very bad service.

    @virginmedia deny one of the passwords I gave is correct. Their systems are appealing. As is customer service. Don't use Virgin Media. No good reasons for why their practices are in place.

    @virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.

    @virginmedia No, apparently a few weeks ago you were upgrading the service in the area. You did not notify any of your customers there would be intermittent outages. But it also said on your line that they were now done

    @virginmedia You wrote to say prices were increasing, I called up & the advisor said as ours was in contract it wouldn’t affect us, got ‘next Bill’ email & it’s going up, I called to raise a complaint & no call back
