    @virginmedia Service is back, but I moved over to VM recently and the service from my previous provider was much more reliable. WiFi has been down several times in the last few months.

    @virginmedia Still not fixed but had a really good engineer out called Andy, he's given me his mobile number and requested a network engineer to fix the power levels in the cabinet. If still not working to call him direct next week! You need more Andys.

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    On phone to @virginmedia ... ‘You don’t have to wait, you can go to our website to help fix the problem’ Right, the same website that’s telling me there is no fault & that my equipment is working fine despite having no internet for over 24hrs. NEVER join VirginMedia.

    @virginmedia I am not interested in trying to resolve issues with you anymore. Nothing ever changes! I continue to have to reset my router on a daily basis and I have now started to use my mobile phone data rather than the 300mb broadband. @richardbranson should be embarrassed how bad it is.

    @virginmedia I've reset the hub, I've configured the settings ( 5G and 2.4G) several times but still the WiFi signal to mobile phones and laptop is so weak. Surely my 350Mb broadband should be offering more?

    @virginmedia I've tried 3 times, and I've been told 1,not allowed, 2 the system won't let them, 3 cisas can get the notes instead. 4.notes are only for virgin. Although I don't have a lot of faith In your CS. After they told me to go to a pub and use their hot-spot (during full lock down 🙄)
