Hey @bt_uk, we have been trying to set up fibre internet for a month now. You keep our canceling our orders with no reason and have gone in circles trying to solve it. Too bad we can't do anything about trying a different ISP because you have a monopoly in our area. Thanks a lot!

@OpenreachHelp I HAVE raised this with our service provider - @bt_uk - I spent an hour on the phone with them today and they said they couldn’t do any more to expedite the situation because it was being dealt with by @OpenreachHelp who were refusing to send the engineer we need. So who’s right?
