    @bt_uk Thanks for the help. I spoke to freeview, tried a few things which didn't work but i contacted your TV help and after doing a few basic things somehow it appears to be working now! Very Strange. Tks

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    Hi @bt_uk another neighbour in the building has also reported identical issues. Sending me a replacement router clearly isn't the solution

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    @SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @bt_uk Hi, I have had to restart (not reset) my router as the wifi was abysmal this morning, everything seems to be ok again exept both of my wifi discs will not reconnect even though I am following the guide to reconnect them to the letter, is there an issue at your end?

    So @bt_uk came to install full fibre yesterday.We now have no working phone line or broadband and are using a 4g hub for connection atm. The engineer left without testing anything worked and now we have to wait for a hub in the post. Which is obviously not going fix the issue.

    @bt_uk Nothing it would appear. I had@a conversation with a colleague who advised she had booked an aerial installation for my mother and my l mother has been advised via Twitter this is not the case. Disgusted. The sheer incompetence is something I have never experienced before!!!

    @bt_uk My issue has not been fixed in 18 months countless engineers and managers involved and speeds are still slow and loads of dropouts.

    @_ashsachdeva @bt_uk I am 3 months without internet due to BT error but getting charged for fibre every month! They don’t seem to have any problem taking your money…it’s providing a service they have trouble with!!

    @bt_uk left a widow without a working phone line and then changed her phone number without letting her know. Then it’s them most complicated system in earth to talk to a person. Awful service

    @tyke34 Looked at @ee too and their site says we can’t have landline either as says we don’t have a line at home? We do, but I assume it’s via voip with @bt_uk as have a special box that converts it to analogue phone signal for old cordless.

    @bt_uk Hi is it possible to explain why I pay for unbreakable WiFi yet it is broken? My speeds are so low it takes 45 minutes to do a 1gb update on a PlayStation. I get regular dropouts. Why does the ee backup not get put on?

    @bt_uk … and if you can’t honour the same deal then I’m out anyway and leaving you. I just tried that other number you gave and it goes to the same call centre. Basically, crap, waste of time, unhelpful. You are losing a customer today.
