    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

    @bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    @btbusinesscare I have the Iphone SE 2020, on the front screen it shows wifi also bars for mobile signal but not ay 3g or 4g sign etc and cannot connectto internet via data as its says not connected to internet

    @bt_uk Ive got an expensive door stop at the moment and no Internet since the 4th November. Still waiting to be connected after being cut off from my previous provider. Useless dongle that keeps cutting off. Wife keeps losing connection in video calls for work. Shocking service

    @bt_uk why is your mobile reception so appalling bad in the BS7 region of Bristol..? It doesn't matter what you're coverage graphic shows as that doesn't represent the actuality... really poor 3G/4G signal indoors or outdoors. I regret switching from @tescomobile
