@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@bt_uk my business phone line has been down since 9.15am. Was meant to be ported to a new cloud product from our existing cloud phone. Was told 30 mins and a maximum of four hours, that was 13 hours ago and it’s still down. I’m losing customers and money and cannot get it sorted.

@bt_uk Any update? That outage still not fixed, now on day 10. No communication from BT, we have problems working from home, students with exams. Seemed to be no action at weekend either. I don’t know whether to pay for more mobile data, is there an end date?

@bt_uk Yep ‘failed order’ despite not communicated to that effect. The first guy was basically blaming me for cancelling sky before contacting you but no one said when you took my money that would be an issue. The 2nd woman who was much nicer said it was a business account & failed!
