@alessroby @bt_uk I got told the issue was my end and if they sent a technician out it would cost the same as canceling my contract and moving... so I moved to TalkTalk and it has worked ever since. If they had just sent a new router I bet they would still have me.

@bt_uk Thanks Theresa but I can’t do that. The page never loads. Hence why I had to phone the call centre last month. I tried again today. I just get the bouncing dots. That’s on multiple devices with different OS and different browsers. The problem is at your end.

@bt_uk Hi, I run an MSP and provide broadband connections to my customers over your lines. BT are ALWAYS the thing that slows it down and makes it a very frustrating experience. Openreach are impossible to get hold of and never take responsibility for things when they go wrong.
